• Maurizio (10/5): Lo avevamo promesso ad Ottobre e ci siamo tornati. - E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo appartamento. Confermo la comodità per tutti i servizi. vicino a bar, ristoranti e Fokignos Negri che è un bellissimo viale pedonale con molti locali e bar. Un posto veramente rilassante nonostante tu sia nel pieno della città. A circa 700/800 metri c'è la fermata metro di Victoria da dove puoi raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della città ed anche la metro per l'aeroporto.

• Maurizio (10/5): Comodo e piacevole. Ci torneremo - Posizione ottima a pochi metri da Fokionos Negri con i suoi bar ed i suoi giardini, dove potersi rilassare. Sotto casa c’è anche una caffetteria take away (Dog Ville) con la proprietaria molto gentile che ci ha dato molte indicazioni. Due comode camere con balcone. L’appartamento era preparato e pulito molto bene, con asciugamani in più di scorta . Abbiamo molto apprezzato la macchina del caffè con alcune capsule di cortesia lasciate per noi. Noi non abbiamo mai cucinato ma ci sono anche i condimenti essenziali per chi volesse utilizzare la cucina. Niente

• Γεωργία (7/5): - Άνετα κρεβάτια καθαρά. αρκετές τηλεοράσεις ήσυχη πολυκατοικία Το θέμα καθαριότητα ήταν λίγο ανεπαρκής κ στο μπάνιο κ στην κουζίνα...αρκετή φασαρία απέξω κ με κλειστές πόρτες πάρκινγκ με θαύμα όπως κ σε όλη την αθηνα δυστηχως
• Sebra (7/5): Tiny with High Standard. - It was small but comfortable. I really liked the TVs in each room, as well as in the living room with kitchenette. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, and coming back from the heat to the cool apartment was a wonderful experience. Plus, sleeping in a cool room on the third floor, where nights could get too hot, was very pleasant. The really large shower was amazing, and the overall appearance was high-quality, which made a good first impression. I also have to mention that I was very pleased with the owner, who called me right after my arrival to check if everything is alright, I really appreciated that. Balcony – I'm very happy the property has one, but it seems unsafe. The fence/rails around it are too low and too short, and the balcony itself is also too small. Furthermore, water from the air conditioning creates a puddle on the balcony right by the entrance, where you could slip and seriously injure yourself. Therefore, you need to be extra careful whenever you step onto the balcony. The neighborhood seemed unsafe and covered in graffiti, but that has nothing to do with the apartment.

• Avin (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a popular area and close to everything - We loved everything about the apartment. Antonio is a very nice person. When you need something, he comes as quickly as possible and is always available. Thank you, Antonio, for the kind treatment. We will definitely come back next vacation. I told Antoni that the apartment would be better if he put a long mirror near the door so that you can check your outfit before you go out😅.

• Rae (7/5): Ideal if you are on a budget , but a 20 mins bus ride to centre each time - comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of hot water bathroom sink too small, you hit your head on the shelf when you try and wash, square shower base corner easy to catch your feet on due to lack of space , needs a quadrant rather than square. view from windows doesn’t make you want to sit on terrace
