• Bingyan (10/5): - We had a lovely stay in this charming little town. The local residents were all very friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The property is located right across from the castle, offering a unique and beautiful setting. The entrance door is a bit small and can be slightly difficult to spot at first, but once found, everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We were also pleasantly surprised that the host provided complimentary slippers, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. Большой телевизор с ютьюбом и нетфликс. Хороший кондиционер, уборка каждый день. Очень чисто. Из окна вид на замок, кафе в соседней двери С выключателями как-то перемудрили, непонятно какая кнопка за что отвечает, а этих кнопок очень много. Дверь в отель не закрывается, а ещё на букинге указана ошибка - заселение не в 11:30, а позже. Интернет иногда прерывается.

• Bagdasaryan (10/5): A charming and cozy stay in a small Sicilian town - We had a lovely stay at this hotel in a small Sicilian town. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and making the whole experience very smooth. We also appreciated the convenient access outside regular working hours, which was very practical. We managed to find a parking spot quite easily, although we would say this was mostly due to luck, as the available spaces are part of the paid parking zone. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible view of the palace, which made the place feel even more special. There is also a convenient little restaurant right in front of the building, serving delicious local food, which was a great bonus. Overall, a very pleasant, clean, and cozy place with kind staff, a beautiful view, and a great authentic Sicilian atmosphere.

• patricia (10/5): It was cozy, beautiful, and it was quiet and it was the best place in town I’ve seen - The place is very clean very friendly host and very quiet except exceptionally clean I liked everything about it. Only thing I would say is don’t bring a lot of luggage because of the stairs, but that cleanness and the host made up for that, and the bed are super comfortable. Everything was just beautiful nothing bad to say rjeily.

• PABLO (10/5): Maravilloso alojamiento frente al Castillo - La ubicación del establecimiento es extraordinaria, con vistas al castillo en dos de las habitaciones (aunque no en todas). Está muy bien situado para ir al centro histórico y al lado hay un restaurante típico y un lugar para desayunos. Las habitaciones están nuevas y los cuartos de baño son amplios y muy modernos, incluso con ducha de hidromasaje y albornoz. Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación. Todo perfecto.

• Tara (9/5): Great stay--Amazing view of the castle! - Great location directly across from Castello di Caccamo. Nice size room and with a big shower and modern decor. You are right in the town square so always activity, close a good restaurants and local wine bars. Easy parking. The hosts were really communicative and even brought us pastries when for our anniversary. Very thoughtful and kind. Would definitely recommend for a quick visit to Caccamo. There are a flight of steps so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. There's no elevator. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We tried our best to treat it as a surprise and the host also tried their best to solve every problem like parking while road closed and checkin & checkout

Direkt unten drin ist zudem ein kleines nettes aber sehr leckeres und preisgünstiges Restaurant. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos an der Straße zur Verfügung sowie auf einen ca. 2 min entfernten Parkplatz. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Cuando llegas tienes que llamar por teléfono a un número que hay en la puerta para que te den la habitación y te abran la puerta. Una vez dentro encuentras la tarjeta para abrir tanto la portería como la habitación. No es complicado pero podrían dar las instrucciones una vez hecha la reserva para ir prevenidos

Also, there is Caffe Royal within walking distance where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room will s located in a very good area of town.

Viviana has created 4 beautiful and stylish rooms with many amenities. The view of Caccamo Castle from our room is even more magnificent than the photos show. Perfectly located with cafes, restaurants and a bar within close walking distance.

• West (1/5): We left 2 days early! - Clean Proprietor and his wife hardly spoke any English. They were unable to explain how anything worked, like the shower or TV. They were not responsive when we called with questions. We needed bath towels, and had to wait until the next day for towels!

We made a mistake and choose a room with internal courtyard view, better to chose castle view rooms. host was very nice to offer us upgrade to a bit better room, on second floor, free of charge, unfortunately all rooms with Castle view were occupied. We liked everything but have some suggestions. Better organization of bathroom would be good, more handles on walls for towels, some glasses to store your toothbrush etc. would be good to have a mirror in the room, wine opener in the room will be good too :) But again, we enjoyed our stay , above are mere suggestions which would make things even more great!

• Johannes (1/5): Hotel not so bad, horrible service (incorrect No Show cancellation after stay) - Good location with view on the castle and the valley. Modern room, good shower. Chose this hotel based on the solid reviews (9.5), and indeed, it has its good sides. However, the mattress was very hard, making for a less-than-ideal sleep. The check-in process was a bit unconventional—no staff, just a phone call for entry. Same story at checkout; drop the keycard on the table, no staff in sight. I took a moment to mention the mattress situation over the phone, thinking direct feedback might be more helpful than dropping it in a review. Now, here's where it gets 'interesting': after checking out over the phone, I got a message from Booking saying our reservation was cancelled due to a no-show. What? Called the hotel, and they blamed it on a kid playing with their phone. Sounds a bit off, right? If it's true, it raises concerns about data security. They said they'd fix it, and I gave them three days before writing this review, but the hotel has not done anything to resolve it. My booking is still 'cancelled' and I lost my monetary reward. Booking tried to assist, but it's been a bit of a challenge. Now, I'm left without an invoice and missed out on some cashback as a Genius Level 3 customer. Not exactly the way I wanted to wrap up what was supposed to be a relaxing finish of our stay in Sicily. 😔

• Malgorzata (8/5): Very good - We stayed for one night on the way from Palermo to Cefalu. Easy check-in, very modern and clean place. Nice view to the castle. Located on the quite busy road so you must take noise into account but earplugs solve it. It was the best bathroom I have used on this trip but the towels... when you decide to offer white towels and bathrobes they must be white... some of them were too used in my opinion. So I suggest either changing to different colour of towels or exchange them to new frequently. There was also a kettle in the room but not a single cup :( to make tea so no use to have it.
