Margarita (8/5): - Квартира з цікавим дизайном, зручна, було в принципі все, що потрібно для перебування там, включаючи підземний паркінг. Було дуже шумно, вікна погано ізолюють, жодна ніч не пройшла спокійно, через що на ранок відчуваєш себе трохи розбитим🫠 Також немає нормального місця для сушіння речей, є сушилка в кімнатці з пральною машиною, але там нічого не сохло майже, не було нормальної циркуляції повітря, та доступу до сонця

ESTEFANIA (9/5): Muy Agradable - La ubicación, la facilidad de aparcamiento, la comodidad de la casa. Todo muy limpió y ordenado. La cercanía a los lugares. Su estilo único. Los anfitriones. Nada.
Sonia (10/5): Estancia cómoda y práctica - Ubicación muy buena, está cerca de la salida a la autovía y para subir al Teide, tiene muchos servicios justo en la misma calle y la casa es súper completa y acogedora. Además, Alicia es muy atenta. Repetiríamos seguro. Nos gustó todo.
Teresa (4/5): - Falta de respeto de la vecina de al lado , estaba viendo la TV con 2 niños y vino como una loca a amenazar que me denunciaba a eso de las 11 de la noche, asustando a los niños. Falta de menaje
Mònica (10/5): - El apartamento está muy bien connectado con las principales vías para conocer la isla, tiene un párquing privado que facilita muchísimo la estancia. Es tal cual se aprecia en las fotos. Dispone de lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Para llegar al centro de Orotava tienes que caminar unos diez minutos ( más o menos) en subida, pero personalmente no me ha parecido ningún inconveniente, las calles son anchas y transitadas. Muy cerca hay una pequeña tienda para comprar comida y bebida y en frente un bar con desayunos. Lo único que puedo añadir, que solo encontramos un cogín que nos fuera realmente cómodo.
Božo (9/5): Great location and stay in Tenerife - The location is great if you are visiting Tenerife for the first time. Easy, 20-minute drive from Tenerife North airport as well as conveniently located for visiting many points of interest. Supermarket is in the building which was very convenient. Good WiFi, very nice host. Easy check in and check out. Parking spot in the garage but also option to park outside many times was available. The host left the welcome wine which was very nice. A kitchen could be a bit better equipped including some basic stuff such as salt, sugar, oil. Otherwise, everything was good.

Joke (9/5): Great roomy apartment in surprising La Orotava - This is a great, roomy and clean apartment with all amenities, its own parking spot in the garage and even a supermarket downstairs. We were a bit doubtful about the frescos before we arrived, but they really work and provide a warm atmosphere. It was also very interesting to learn more about the painter Otazzo. The large botanical gardens are only a 10 min drive away and we had a wonderful visit. We were however surprised to learn that La Orotava has very much to offer by itself, all in walking distance from the apartment. A lot of history, beautiful buildings, a bustling old center, its own botanical garden and right next to it the gardens of the Marquesado de la Quinta Roja. And a great new visitor center to the Teide National Park that was like a free museum to us. The friendly reception by Alicia and the bottle of sidra for New Year's Eve were the cherry on the cake. The apartment does not have a balcony. However, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes with terraces nearby.
