Jay (1/5): AVOID!!!!! - AVOID!!! Unfortunately this property was classed as a retreat. I thought it would be a calming relaxing environment for myself and my babies for 3 weeks but I was very wrong. The flat is filthy. You can’t open the balcony doors as the communal bins are directly underneath. Pass the property (block of flats) took so long to get back to me that me and my two babies we’re standing outside waiting to enter the property for over an hour until the cleaner called me and gave me a code to get in. The property itself is filthy, the linen provided is very old and worn and the same with the towels. Truthfully the pictures make the property look beautiful, but it definitely is not. Even the home owners in the block are unsure how the property is allowed to be managed by Airbnb because it’s a leasehold building, I would definitely avoid this property and this management company at all costs. They are now saying I can’t have my deposit back because I didn’t give their key back and want video evidence of me putting it in their lock box. Absolute shambles from the beginning.
Jiaqi (4/5): Disappointing - The overall facilities in the room are good The landlord said we broke the door handle and needed to do extra cleaning, so they wanted to charge us the entire deposit. I originally said that if I was given the corresponding bill later, I would accept it. They also promised to provide me with a bill. But when I asked for the bill later, I couldn't contact the landlord. I can think that they wanted to take my entire deposit, which is not a small amount of money. I hope you can give me an answer.
