Important Information
1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.
Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or our cleaning services
are late, will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their residence at CoView.
Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in
Common areas (e.g. hallways).
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of one
Special cleaning and damage repairs are required.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities
are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We
charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal guidelines may result in a separate penalty

- Iurii (10/5): Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig - Ausgezeichnete Lage, nah am öffentlichen Verkehr und dennoch in einem Innenhof – nachts sehr ruhig. Wir sind zu Fuß in die Altstadt gegangen. Um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei, und REWE ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es war sehr komfortabel und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Teure Parkplätze, aber wir haben kostenlos in der Radeberger Str. geparkt.

It is new, has a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom with washing machine and a bathtub, a very comfortable bed. It is warm and the house itself is nice. It was super-clean as well. It is located in a very quiet gateway, but right 200 m apart you have all the Neustadt food places and shops There is no dedicated parking space. We parked on paid parking in the street and it was quite costly 🥲
- Robert (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, nahe beim Szene-Viertel in Neustadt. Für junge Leute die Abends noch gerne in die Kneipe gehen, optimal. Rewe nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, nächstes Gym auch nur 5 min. Fußweg entfernt. Die Matratzen sind eher auf der härteren Seite. Konnte nicht so gut schlafen.
