• Thomas (5/5): Great location but flat should be fixed up a bit given the cost of rental (high season). - Spacious, well located flat. Dated furniture. Unsafe electrical wiring. No doors to one bedroom. Insufficient kitchen supplies
• Latisha (5/5): Make it want you want. - I traveled with a family of 5 (2 toddlers). I really liked the space, enough to run around. What I disliked about the apartment was the areas that needed attention and was not fixed before arriving. One of the bathrooms had mold damaged that was recently scraped and not repaired. There was a floorboard that was sticking out(dangerous for the little ones) and lots of aesthetics unpleasant to the eye. I sent these pictures to the POC and she sent someone to paint the bathroom only. Not to mention my flight arrive around 2230 and I made it to the apartment at 2330. Since the door instructions were unclear and the number ‘9’ was broken. I was not able to get into the apartment until 0130ish. Tired and irritated with toddler, I reached out to no response. With a determined mind I made it work. None of this was brought to my attention before hand, but looking at reviews from the occupants before us (posted days before we arrived) they had the same issue. On top of that the neighbors complained about my toddler to the company, about something that was resolved between us( or at least I thought it was resolved). And the beds were poorly made.
• Skywalker (8/5): Very good - No written or verbal instructions on wifi/garbage/induction that is different from home. However wifi was the best I have ever experienced as a frequent traveller.
• Marlene (10/5): great location, but inconvenient having washing machine but no dryer but it was large unit in area we liked. - we chose location in proximity to where our friends live so it was great. they were helpful with check in. unit was very clean and comfortable. opening door to unit was a bit of a challenge but we got thru it. we also selected because it has laundry machine but it doesn’t dry- that’s huge issue for us with 3 kids. we had to use the radiators to dry clothes
