- Jeffrey (7/5): Great location but very average property - Excellent location in Faro Park. The property inside and out is in need of updating. Only 2 out 6 sun beds were useable , no sun umbrella. Not even a basic welcome pack ,basic essentials were lacking. The towels were poor quality. Overall with some investment in upgrading the inside and out the property could be very nice and then higher rental fees could be charged and would probably pay for any investment made
- Graham (5/5): An enjoyable stay, love the area, spoilt by some of the issues in the Villa, particularly with r - The location was fantastic, pool well serviced and cleaned. Style of the Villa and room sizes very good, clean and tidy. Facilities basic, only one oven shelf, no oven trays, no cleaning materials in fact no basic materials at all, expected some kind of very basic welcome pack. Beds poor, small and uncomfortable, linen, towels poor quality. Seal around bath has some mold and some tiles lack grouting over bath. Lack of outdoor privacy, on view to constant passers by. Outdoor furniture poor, some broken chairs, lounger pads very poor, grubby. Grouting needs repointing and tiles missing around pool. Overall a decent Villa but “tired” badly in need of an overhaul.
