Sally (1/5): Poor communication from property - Communication was a big problem. There was no communication from the property prior to arrival, no response to requests for access instructions and the property cancelled our booking 1.5hours AFTER the check-in time on the day of our arrival. We were left to make alternative arrangements very late in the day, with no assistance from the property. Whatever the reason for the late cancellation by the property, we would have appreciated better communication prior to, and on the day of our arrival. Booking.com have offered some support subsequently. We did not stay at the apartment so cannot comment on anything else.
Lisa (7/5): Nice, spacious and in a great place. Small improvements would mean we would definitely stay here again. - The property is in an excellent position in the heart of quaint village like settings. It is very spacious and close to other places of interest. When any questions were asked they were responded to swiftly an accurately which was beneficial. The only issue for us was the surface dust/ dirt which would improve this property and be of minimum effort in our opinion.

Emma (5/5): Dirty. Needs a good clean. Not bad for one night stay. Good facilities. - Good facilities. Fully working kitchen and bathroom. Good size for the price. Affordable. Good WIFI. Free parking. It was very dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before. Bedding was ok but all surfaces, floors etc were dusty and there was hair everywhere. Only two towels when they knew four people were staying. Bathroom was gross. Towels were new and fluff falling off them, just needed a wash before being used, same with the bedding. Lots of other people’s stuff hanging around. A used bottle of body wash. No other toiletries. Description said that the key would be in a lock box on arrival but then upon arrival I was told to go over to the pub opposite to collect the key.
Martin (8/5): Very good - The room was great. The kitchen is missing some basic items like a smaller chopping knife and a seive, a peeler, and a grater. There wasn't any handsoap in the bathroom. There were some fancy looking bottles for shampoo, etc, but they were empty.
