• 203303 (9/5): Family vacation - Good for family vacation. The room was spacious and you're able to prepare food for any occasion. Very close to Puka beach (more relaxed to spend time on the beach) Too many restrictions when it comes to cooking (seafood and dried fish are not allowed). The location is too far. Transportation is expensive.
• rade_ataru (8/5): Boracay, everything I expected it to be. - Liked the gated security with guards at entrance, minutes away from the excellent Puka Beach via TukTuk although I rather enjoyed the walk through the village. Never got a chance to use the pool up by the lobby, we were so busy with other activities but it did look enticing. I didn't like having to leave.

• Lory (1/5): Ghost village - The location is peaceful and quiet When we arrived we thought the swimming pool was located near to the accommodation that we can used the amenities as we want but they want to change us 200 peso per head per used . And our accommodation is not really next to the pool as we thought in the picture of there ads. And it's not enough facilities like cooking ,utensils in the villa . It's stressful to cook just 1 Hob outside the balcony . The place was like a ghost town we stayed in kiera villa . Definitely not coming back !

• Mafe (1/5): Bad - I took my family to this property and as we arrived The house keeping started with a 20 min briefing on the dos and don’t, took the deposit and then called multiple times a day telling where and when to throw the garbage, when and who is allowed as a visitor and continues updated about the restrictions about the property. They felt like in jail (first holiday of their life) is ridiculous considering that me and my bf didn’t face this in a room just next by (in the same property) not now and not in the past. Just look for some other airbnb in the same property

• Jaggers (7/5): Lovely views, easy access - We loved the pool and got to see monkeys out the back stairs! The place itself is cosy and had everything we needed to rest before exploring the island. It was a 30php each trike into station 1-3 and easy to flag people down from the road at the bottom of the hill (it is not a small hill be aware). The beds are very close together but we knew that going in- so was very cosy. Melody helped us check in and she was great at providing recommendations and asking how we were during our stay. We were a little mislead about this property from our online booking. This is a privately owned apartment within the Alta Vista complex - the Alta Vista staff are not able to help check in nor with any specific requests during your stay. We actually found the Alta staff incredibly unhelpful which was frustrating. We had a minor miscommunication issue with timing for check in so make sure you update the time you will arrive on the booking since the owner has to come meet you at the property (we waited over an hour cause we were ‘early’ for check in). The pool facilities are also 200php each for the day.

• Parcon (7/5): Good - The property is very comfy to a large group of family , Also the owner and the caretaker is very nice to us :) though this is far from the center and the fare is expensive but still the family enjoys our stay here .

Our host was readily available to answer questions and was just a text away. The pricacy and security was very good. Shower had hot water and good pressure regardless of time of day. The pillows were all very tall. This isnt a deal breaker, just would be nice to have a variety of sizes.

• Guce (7/5): Still good place - Place was serene, not crowded and away from noisy/busy beach front crowd. At the end of tiring day it still best place to relax. Room was big for the family of 6, we were allowed to cook in the unit. No beach front, needs to travel if going to the beach. A bit tiring for the kids due to uphill climb. Shuttle service only available for hotel guests and those who were house in condo units needs to pay.

• Carina (8/5): Remote yet good place with nice pool - It was great to have lots of space and the pool was awesome. The location is a bit remote but we could manage to go everywhere easily and cheap with the hop on hop off bus (you have to walk up a steep road though). It was clean and comfortable, good value for money The pool is not directly by the apartment but in another building. Also, you can only cook on the balcony. Sometimes there were monkeys steeling out food when we had breakfast on the balcony too, I assume they are more or less harmless but our son was a bit scared to eat outside

• Lovely (1/5): I won’t use Alta Vista by crystal anymore in the future. I wish I can recommend this but I can’t. - The staff Melody was polite and friendly and tried her best to help us out with information. The shuttle service was not free. It’s false advertisement the Alta Vista by Crystal. Drinking water is not free and toilet paper too. They charge us with water. I paid enough for 7 nights 8 days but amenities are very poor. We just enjoyed the pool and even the jacuzzi is not “hot”. We are placed in the 3rd floor level and I have 2 elderly seniors with us. There’s so much restrictions and the towels are only replace after 3-4 days used. Wifi/internet signal is so bad we had to use our own data. The view is beautiful but other than that we hardly enjoy our stay in Boracay because we have to pay for our transportation to and from to the beach and places like the pharmacy. Also they don’t have on call doctors, you have to take yourself in the emergency. Once they the hotel provide the shuttle to the hospital but no good communication with the owner of the unit we were staying. On the side note: Melody the caretaker was awesome.

• Lyra (9/5): Still, I love Alta Vista! Will definitely go back. - It's spacious. The bedroom unit is clean. I love that it has the complete kitchen utensils and other stuff. It has balcony. I love the mountain view. It has infinity pool. Got the 1 bedroom unit for Php2,552 for 3 pax. I think its location. It's quiet far from Station 1, 2, 3. We have to wait for e-trikes to pass by the hotel before we could go to and visit beaches. But then, it is still accessible. And also the "hiking thingy" going to the hotel. 🤣 But still, I love alta vista! Will definitely go back with my family.

From the airport, van transfer to hotel Ms. Crystal the owner of the unit make sure everything is going smoothly until our last day. The unit is so spacious and clean it is really a great stay indeed. Only the location is quite far from the station 2 where we need to go back and port for about 15 to 20 minutes drive from the hotel, but if you need a peaceful place this is perfect location to stay in. They have restaurant and infinite pool, a perfect location to relax. Thank you
• Darryl (9/5): Super and a must to stay while in the Island - the place is located right on the spot where you can totally have a great view of the beach and sunrise. The owner and the concierge are nice. The unit was so comfortable and all of us like it. transportation is 24 hours and 15 minutes to the main beach and 5 minutes 7 minutes to Puka beach where you can have the sunset and the beach with the nice locals .

• Imelda (10/5): The facility is good for families with kids; very relaxing, budget friendly and very safe. - The property is clean, comfy and very safe. I’ve paid a cheaper price as compare to the other facility but the amenities are topnotch. The caretaker named Melody is very helpful and kind. The owner answers immediately via email for any queries. The facility is good for families with children. It’s 10 minutes e-trike to Boracay’s Station 1 but still you cannot beat the price. You can cook anytime. There’s an available kitchen utensils, electric pot, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and a water dispenser with free gallon of water. There’s a balcony overlooking a breathtaking views, where you can sit in peace while drinking your morning coffee. There’s an available clothes rack outside in the balcony to dry your clothes. The place is very spacious and high ceiling. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is great; this made my family sleeps well after the whole days fun activities in Boracay. The place is guarded so it’s very safe. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and relatives. I’ll book this facility everytime I have a chance to visit Boracay. To the owner and staff; Job well done! Keep it up! Nothing; everything is great!
• Redentor (8/5): value for money. if you really want a quiet place to stay this is perfect for you - the apartment suite itself and its facilities location of the property, which we knew all along was a bit far, but just the same we still proceeded because we really wanted to try and experience it ourselves - that of staying this time in a resort that is a bit far off from the main beach, but nonetheless is still is very good accommodation.
