• Carlos (7/5): Bien pero podría estar mejor - El apartamento está prácticamente igual que en las fotos. La localización es muy buena ya que hay zonas de aparcamiento cercano (incluido parkings) y estás muy céntrico para poder ir andando a casi todas las zonas. En general el apartamento estaba muy limpio y el baño está genial. Había toallas y gel y champú, lo cual se agradece. En la cocina también había alguna cápsula de café, un poco de aceite, sal y lavavajillas, todo de agradecer. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena y sencilla tanto para la llegada como para el check-out. El apartamento está bien pero diría que, para el precio, hay algunas cosas que podrían estar mejor. En la cocina hay una gran mancha de humedad en el techo y había algunos detalles que no mostraban demasiada limpieza. El resto de la casa estaba muy limpio. En el salón no hay persianas ni nada para tapar la luz, por lo que si alguien tiene que dormir en el sofá cama, tendrá luminosidad desde bien temprano. El apartamento se encuentra en un bajo a nivel de calle y todas las ventanas dan a la acera. El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente, por lo que se escucha todo lo que va pasando en la calle. Por último, la llegada es autónoma, lo cual está genial. Sin embargo, el acceso a la llave puede ser bastante complicado si eres una persona no muy alta o si eres una persona mayor. Este detalle creo que es algo importante que deberían tener en cuenta y solucionar.

• Branimir (9/5): Triana - Prostor izuzetno čist i prostran. Kupaonica savršena. Lokacija objekta izvrsna uz rijeku. Sve znamenitosti Seville u blizini pješke.
• Andrea (9/5): Estancia muy cómoda y cercana al centro - Era muy nuevo, todo muy cómodo. Nos gustó que tuviese aire acondicionado en el salón y la habitación. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. La puerta de la entrada al bloque de pisos no se abría bien. Y cuando contactamos con ellos nos dijeron que nos iban a cobrar si iba alguien a ayudarnos a abrirla. La puerta de la casa además no tenía pomo, lo que hacía algo complicado cerrarla.

• Larissa (10/5): Tolle Lage und sehr sauber - Wir haben drei Nächte im Dezember hier verbracht. Wir haben uns für die Wohnung entschieden, da sie eine der wenigen in Sevilla ist, die eine richtige Heizung besitzt. Bei unserer Ankunft war leider im Schlafzimmer die Bettwäsche klamm. Darauf sollte man zukünftig achten, dass das Zimmer ausreichend geheizt ist und die Heizungen bereits an sind, wenn man das Apartment betritt. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Die Dusche war sehr groß und modern, so dass man lang genug mit warmen Wasser duschen kann. Das kenne ich aus Altbauten in Sevilla anders. Dementsprechend können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, Sowohl Shampoo, Duschgel, ordentliche Schwämme für die Küche zum sauber machen und Spülmittel. Auch einige Rollen Klopapier vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Vielen Dank dafür. Triana ist eine super Gegend. Es gibt einige Cafés und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Nachdem die Wohnung sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, ist die prinzipiell ruhig, aber abends etwas hellhörig, wenn Menschen direkt an der Wohnung vorbei laufen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte man noch mit einem Nudelsieb sowie einem großen Brotmesser ergänzen.
• maribel (9/5): Amplio y confortable apartamento - La amplitud y comodidad del apartamento , no le faltaba ningún detalle. Tiene una ubicación fantástica para ir caminando a todas partes. Rodrigo estuvo pendiente en todo momento y nos atendió con mucha amabilidad . Un plus importante el poder guardar el equipaje el día que nos marchamos, cerca de la parada de bus que nos llevó al aeropuerto Todo fenomenal
• Pablo (9/5): - Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Appartement agréable et bien situé. Il aurait été souhaitable d'avoir un peu plus de capsules de café... une par personne et par jour nous a semblé insuffisant. De même pour le sucre... Trois sachets seulement pour deux personnes et pour 4 nuités c'est un peu "radin"!! Un torchon aurait été également le bienvenu.

• Fran (10/5): Vivienda muy cómoda. - Salón, cocina, baño y dormitorios amplios y cómodos. El congelador estaba completamente lleno de hielo. Le falta descongelar y limpiar.

• Louu (7/5): Would stay again if the fuse box issue got fixed. - Great location, good space and comfy bed. Had aircon in the bedroom and the living room. Easy to check in with self check in. Value for money. slow response sometimes when messaging for help or questions. The fuses blew when using the kitchen if more than one appliance was on, which sort of made having a kitchen a bit redundant.
• Helen (7/5): Good - The location is amazing. Right by the river, near Triana bridge, and Triana area and right accross from Santa Cruz. The apartment is spacious and modern. Bathroom is amazing. Kitchen is really well equiped with Mercadona nearby if you want to cook. There is a great sofa bed - but the windows in the living room need black out blinds (like the bedroom). This property is on the ground floor, on the corner of a street. On Wednesday and Thursday night until around midnight there was quite a bit of noise from passing traffic, people talking etc. On Friday morning the local school was hosting some event so again there was noise from the loudspeaker, children screaming excitedly etc from around 08.00 in the morning. If you like to sleep in silence this is not the apartment for you! Be warned - there is no local free parking - and the parking is expensive (we paid around 8 euros for 3 hours in the nearest car park).

• Radu (9/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment is located on the banks of the Guadalquivir river, opposite the Torre del Oro. Important tourist attractions (Alcazar, Cathedral, Giralda Tower, Bullring of La Maestranza) are nearby within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen functions as an open space and has everything. You can see the care of the owner who strives to maintain the apartment nicely. The apartment is in the corner of the building, on the ground floor. So, no view, unfortunately. Street noises are inevitable, but you can't have them all!

• Yaogang (9/5): Will book again if we are in Seville! - Really spacious. Location is also great, right in the Triana neighborhood with lots of bars and flamenco theaters. Very clean. Professionally managed.

• Tori (10/5): Exceptional - This property was amazing! Close to the parks and cathedrals in a super cute neighborhood. The apartment was very large and spacious and our favorite with the bathroom with the spa like shower. Would absolutely stay again!
• Rhian (10/5): Highly recommend! - The apartment was far bigger than we expected with every amenity that we could have wished. The bed was very comfy and the living area was relaxing with a large television. The bathroom had a wonderful walk in shower and there was shower wash and shampoo as well as body cream in the bathroom. The kitchen was spacious with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. We really felt at home. The apartment was very easy walking distance to the old town which is stunning and steeped in history. We liked everything. A word of advice, be patient with the aircon in the bedroom - it sounds noisy initially but after about 5 minutes it ‘settles down’ and is very quiet.
