The staffs there are either rude or very dumb they don't understand english or any other language except hindi. They stay manager is very rude doesn't care what happens, literally harasses when called for issues. Pls do not ever visit here, even with good discount, this place isn't worth it.

• Kumar (1/5): Worst stay ever I have experienced - Nothing I had a very disappointing stay at Super Hotel O Madhapur VIP Hills booked through Booking.com. I stayed for 3 nights, and honestly, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The room was not clean at all, and the bathroom was in an even worse condition. Hygiene standards were extremely poor. Basic amenities were missing or not working — there was no fan in the room, the TV didn’t work, and even the AC was not functioning properly. Despite repeated complaints, no one came to fix anything. Housekeeping was completely absent. Not even a single day of cleaning was done during my entire stay. Whenever we called the staff, they kept saying “we’ll send someone,” but no one ever showed up. On top of that, they charged extra for just 1 hour of early check-in, but didn’t provide even the basic services you’d expect. The bedsheets were literally very dirty and unacceptable to use. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor service, zero maintenance, and no response from staff. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone.

• Buzar (1/5): Don't go to super hotel O madhapur VIP HILLS - The location is great. Staff, service, room wasn't what i saw in photos when booking. Check-in time was at 12:00pm and i got there by12:30pm but they said tje room is still not clean and told me to wait for 30mins. They only finished cleaning at 2:00pm. They were very eager to check me out at proper timing. One of the worst property in hyderabad hitec city. TV wasn't even working it's just a display.

The room was not at all worth to stay with dirty linen and cockroaches flying around. Taps were broken in bathroom.

Not sure what verification was done before tying up with this site. Just not upto the standard required. Worse was the staff interaction. We didn't get into fisticuffs ...that's all that was left to do. I needed to finish what I came for..So didn't want any trouble.... So just stayed put as I don't want to hunt another place in the middle of the night

• Bharadwaj (1/5): Do not book your stay here! The rooms were dirty and disgusting. - There were cigarette butts lying around everywhere, including the cupboards. The washbasin tap wouldn’t work. No hot water in the shower. The rooms looked like they were never cleaned. They charged us for breakfast but never served it. And it is not family friendly!!

• chaudhuri (7/5): Stay would have been excellent if the bed and the bathroom was clean. - The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with wardrobes and night stands. AC and TV were working. Elevator was working. Lights fans were all working. Curtains were clean and new looking. Location is good with markets and plenty of affordable eateries around. The metro station is very near and the Pushpak bus stop is within walking distance. The neighborhood looked safe. The manger was kind enough to keep our luggages in their custody for a while even after checking out. Absolute lack of cleanliness. Floors were clean but the walls were not. The bathroom fixtures were either broken (toilet seat) or stained and dirty (shower handle taps etc). The most appalling thing was the stains in the bedsheets and covers which looked very filthy. The towels provided look very old and not clean.

Actually it’s a very pathetic hotel to stay. 2. This doesn’t have any hoarding also. 3. Power cut means room also in dark. 4. Lots of love from misquote. 5. Stayed 3 days with same towel and no cleaning (basic cleaning done by my self) 6. Bedsheets and blankets are really bad. Felt like staying in college hostel. 7. Cup board is made out of cement and full of dust. I personally cleaned it put a news paper to keep my clothes. 8. Two small bed joined and made a double bed. You can’t sleep in the middle. Bathrooms are not properly maintained and waters are stagnant. Pipes and faucets are rusted. Amount received from customers through booking.com is not worth to stay. Location is ok.

• Arka (2/5): An Experience To Forget !! - Nearly nothing !! Not at all money's worth!! Rooms are extremely small and claustophobic - they do not even provide a study table or chair. Bathroom is equally tiny. Staff behaviour is extremely customer unfriendly, unaccomodative - WiFi did not work the entire time and no one felt the need for fixing it or asking the customer if it was fixed in the entire duration. No semblance of even drinking water available
