• Adam (10/5): - Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the area of Palmarejo, near restaurants and shops. Good location, quick to get to other areas of Praia by taxi or bus. The owner organized pick up from the airport which was convenient.

• Villefayot (10/5): Super appart - Superbe appartement très propre spacieux en plein cœur du quartier avec tout a côté pour manger prendre un café ou faire ses courses. Plage a 15min a pied ou prendre le bus 8 😉 hôtel très accueillant et soucieux du service, au top merci ! Peut être les 3 étages sans ascenseur 🤣 mais on s’y fait vite !

• Hugo (9/5): Dank Wohnung und Gastgeber konnte ich Palmarejo unmittelbar und unkompliziert erleben. - Die Wohnung bietet eine seltene Kombination: Man ist direkt im lokalen Leben in Palmarejo, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Dadurch fühlt sich der Aufenthalt authentisch an, bleibt aber gleichzeitig unkompliziert. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und ist so organisiert, dass man sich sofort zurechtfindet. Gerade in den ersten Tagen macht das einen großen Unterschied. Für alle, die nicht nur „übernachten“, sondern den Ort wirklich erleben wollen, ist das eine sehr gute Wahl.

• Irma (3/5): - Butas yra gyvenamajame kvartale, 4 aukšte, be lifto ir kondicionieriaus. Šalia yra parduotuvės, kavinės. Jeigu jau nusipirkote bilietus į Praia, tai duosiu jums kuo daugiau patarimų. Dauguma turistų nusiperka bilietą į Žaliojo kyšulio salas nežinodami apie salas nieko, o tik po to ieško informacijos. Taigi Santjago salą ir sostinę Praia apvažiuoti ir apžiūrėti užtenka 1 dienos, čia nėra nieko įdomaus. Laiką iki skrydžio turėsite leisti paplūdimyje, rekomenduoju Prainha paplūdimį, ten yra gultai, pavėsis ir labai geras restoranas su skaniu maistu ir adekvačiomis kainomis, taip pat wifi. Gultas 5 eur už 4 val arba 10 EUR už visą diena, maistas kokybiškas, labai gera pinacolada, būtinai pabandykite tuno kepsnį. Toliau dėl buto, vientelis teigiamas dalykas, kurį pamatėme atvykę, tai baltos grindis, kurios vizualiai atrodė švarios. Jeigu jau tenka Praia rinktis apgyvendinimą, rinkitės viešbutį šalia pliažo, nepagailėkite kelių eurų, nes po 19 val čia temsta ir išeiti labai nerekomenduojama, turėjome vieną vakarą grįžti vėlai ir pasijautėme labai nesaugiai. Pasirinkus viešbutį, bent jau vakarus galėsite leisti viešbučio teritorijoje lauke ar prie jūros, dabar gi mes kentėjome karštį bute nuo 19 val, nes išeiti į miestą baisu, nesaugu, o bute būti tiesiog pragaras, nes nėra kondicionieriaus, ištverti karštį yra sunku. O vieną vakarą aplamai visame rajone buvo dingusi šviesa. Šį butą pasirinkome dėl gerų atsiliepimų, tik vienas žmogus buvo paminėjęs, kad nėra kondicionieriaus, bet mes to nesureikšminome, tačiau patikėkite kvėpuoti bute 4 aukšte, kai virš tavęs įkaitęs stogas, lauke daugiau nei 30, o pas tave stovi tik paprastas vėjelis yra tragiška ir labai sunku. Mes negalėjome miegoti. Taigi didžiausias minusas šių apartamentų ir svarbiausias - nėra kondicionieriaus, nors lauke buvo virš 30 laipsnių vistiek lauke jautėmės gaiviau, nei namuose. Kitas dalykas - švara, aš nesupratau kaip žmonės galėjo 9 balais vertinti švarą, kai visame bute švarios atrodė tik grindys. Vonios rankšluosčiai dėmėti. Virtuvėje paliktas rankšluostis smirdantis, nešvarus, kempinė indams plauti purvina, nudėvėta. Kėdės purvinos, ant jų tiesiog šlykštu buvo sėstis, minkštas baldų komplektas purvinas, išteptas neaišku kuo, gal būt net sperma. Vonios kilimėlis purvinas, neaišku kiek laiko buvo neplautas iki mūsų, tai yra tiesiog nehigieniška. Indai sudėti virtuvėje, nešvarus, su prilipusiu maistu, puodeliai irgi neatplauti. Virdulys neįkaista, pradeda virti ir atsijungia. Į skalbimo mašiną įdėjau plauti juodus rūbus, su kuriais atvykome, tai juos teks išmesti, nes aplipo baltais kutais, aš nežinau kas ten prieš tai buvo skalbta, bet tai mane labai nustebino. Šviesos jungikliai visur purvini, taigi pirmą dieną tiesiog apsitvarkėme namus, kad nebūtų šlykštu liestis prie daiktų. Pirmą dieną dar gaminomės pusryčius, bet kai ištraukėme puodą, aplipusi nežinia kuo, daugiau nusprendėme čia nevalgyti, nes net įrankiai buvo nešvarūs, peiliai surūdyje, nepjaunantis, vienu žodžiu - tragedija, o dar virtuvėje topinis kilimėlis, kuris visas smirdantis ir dėmėtas. Miegamajame prie lovos ant staliuko padėti informaciniai lapukai, kurie riebaluoti, susilankstę, purvini, aš nesuvokiu, ar mums teko netvarkytas butas, ar buvę keliautojai neturi supratimo apie švarą. Pridėsiu keletą nuotraukų. Tiesa, virtuvėje gyvena mažos skruzdėlės.

No AC, no air conditioning and that was falsely advertised. Property manager needs to be clear about method of payment especially when you have foreigners going away to a country that does not use equivalent currency.

• Mateusz (9/5): Great apartment! - The apartment is very large, clean, bright, comfortable, well-equipped. In reality the apartment looks exactly as good as in the photos. All necessary things are in the apartment (cleaning agents, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and wine opener, clothes dryer, iron, etc.). Two spacious bedrooms, very comfortable mattresses, clean, new bedding. The apartment is located in the center of a new district. The neighbourhood is very safe, there are grocery stores and restaurants. I really loved that place, so comfortable! Very nice and helpful landlord. He pick up me from airport; transfer cost 15€. On the way to apartment he show me city and nice restaurants. I really appreciate that. Area is well connected. The bus ticket costs 43 CVE. There are many taxis on the street. You have to just raise your hand when one is driving by. For 200-300 CVE they will take you to Achada or Plateau. The only complaint about the apartment is the noise level. The apartment is on the top floor of building and when there is a strong wind the windows shake and creak really loudly wake you up.
