The apartment was very modern and thoroughly cleaned. All the usual amenities were provided.
I did see some reviews mentioned that cleanliness wasn't great, but I truly couldn't fault any of it (and I'm a bit of a clean freak!) Communication was quite disappointing. I had to keep prompting the host for basic information. This included asking how to check in on the same day we were due to arrive. My message regarding what to do with the keys on departure remains ignored at the time of writing my review (almost a week after departure).
Whilst I did receive instructions on how to check in, it failed to explain some important details such as how to get from the parking garage to the rooms, how the elevators worked (they required a fob) and what to do upon check-out.
I also noticed there was WiFi provided (spotted the modem on the bench) however there was no mention of passwords or how to connect to it. Normally this wouldn't bother me as a domestic traveller with access to Telstra 5G, however we found our phone reception was quite poor and took a while to load pages/apps.
We did book this room as it was listed to have 2x bathrooms, we were advised a week before check-in that the ensuite had been converted into a walk-in wardrobe. Whilst this was disappointing, we were thankful for the heads up and agreed to keep our booking.

- Thais (1/5): Extremely disappointed. - Good location. Stayed here with my husband and 7 month old baby, we had a horrible stay and ended up moving to another hotel. Only one split system in the whole apartment located in the corner of the lounge room that stunk like mold, no fans in the bedrooms, had to sleep with the windows open and listen to the noisy city to stay slightly cool. Filthy floors, no light globes in the lamps, flooring coming up in the kitchen, mould in bathroom, ensuite unavailable.

- Gerhardus (7/5): A good property to stay in when all is operational. - We liked everything about the unit except that we believed that we had booked a unit with 2 bathrooms but when we arrived one was out of order. Two bathrooms would have improved our stay.
- Patrick (8/5): Fantastic location, comfy and easy to get too. Will stay again sometime. - Close to city, could walk everywhere. Our event was at Crown Casino and we could see it from our apartment and just cross the road to get there. Swimming was closed,

Need to switch off bathroom lights if the dryer is being used.
