• Nicola (1/5): Non consiglio questa struttura a nessuno. - Il salotto e il funzionamento del wifi Purtroppo il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato estremamente spiacevole, scomodo e non sicuro (sporcizia estrema, mancanza di alcune suppellettili necessarie, infissi rotti, mancato isolamento dall’esterno, difficoltà nelle comunicazioni con l’host). Ho inviato numerose e-mail e messaggi whatsapp alla struttura ospitante per cercare di risolvere tempestivamente le problematiche riscontrate al nostro arrivo, ma non potendo accedere alla chat diretta di booking.com, ho dovuto utilizzare un’e-mail trovata sul form di prenotazione e il numero di telefono di “Lovely Stay”, l’azienda che gestisce questo alloggio insieme a molti altri. Non potendo allegare di seguito tutte le conversazioni, mi riservo di inviare un reclamo ufficiale attraverso il sito booking.com, perché non sono stati rispettati gli standard minimi per un soggiorno sicuro e confortevole. Lovely Stay ha risposto ai messaggi senza mai proporre una reale soluzione, anzi prendendo tempo, richiedendo foto e video che sono state prontamente inviate, minimizzando o ignorando le nostre difficoltà e mettendo anche in dubbio quanto da noi riportato. Io sono abituata a viaggiare e ad adattarmi a molteplici situazioni e tipologie di alloggio, ma in questo caso è stato letteralmente impossibile.
• Aude (5/5): A améliorer - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, la taille et la décoration de l'appartement. Hôte joignable facilement. Gros problème de sécurité : porte de secours ouvrable depuis l'extérieur du logement, clé permettant de la fermer introuvable et l'hôte n'a pas solutionné notre problème durant notre séjour, nous avons dû nous débrouiller en bloquant la porte de l'intérieur avec la table pour éviter une intrusion nous empêchant une évacuation en cas d'incendie... Pas assez de vaisselle pour 5 personnes (2-3 mugs, 2 verres à eau...) Dernier étage sans ascenseur.

• Carmen (7/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ideal für ein paar Tage in der wunderschönen Stadt Lissabon, gute Anbindung an die - Tolle Lage, viele gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, gute Anbindung mit Metro in die Innenstadt, Sauberkeit, helle Zimmer, als einfache Unterkunft für mehrere Personen (wir waren 8 Personen auf 2 Wohnungen verteilt) top. Man darf sich um dieses Geld keinen Luxus erwarten, alles in allem ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, wir konnten die Personen unter uns bis spät in die Nacht hören (haben nur normal miteinander gesprochen) also am Besten Oropax einpacken. Die Kissen könnten einmal ausgetauscht werden, sind sehr knubbelig und hart. In der Wohnung im Dritten Stock konnte man außerdem von zwei Schlafzimmern die Tür nicht richtig schließen. Außerdem wäre es toll, in der Dusche/Badewanne eine rutschfeste Matte anzubringen.

Volvería sin duda y además se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.esta muy céntrica y muy bien comunicada.tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y te contestan y hacen muy fácil si tienes alguna duda. Tuvimos unos vecinos muy molestos que imagino estaban de vacaciones xk parecía k estaban de fiesta.

• Gabriela (6/5): Budżetowo - Bardzo czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, plus za dwie działające farelki. Wygodne łóżka, chociaż w jednym pokoju brak nawet wieszaka na ubrania. Przez to że w mieszkaniu było zimno grzaliśmy się farelkami, co chwilę wywalało prąd - stan instalacji elektrycznej bardzo słaby (przy jednej farelce i lampce nocnej nie było szans na spokojne ładowanie telefonu). Przez to że było zimno w łazience i jadalni duża wilgoć, na sufitach widać grzyb (uwaga ludzie z astmą).

• Svitlana (9/5): Хорошее место для остановки в Лиссабоне - Хозяин внимательный, всегда на связи. Приятен презент - бутылка вина и печенье. Спасибо! Белье чистое. Квартира чистая, большая. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Хорошее расположение - метро в 10 мин ходьбы.
• Ana Paula (9/5): Buen lugar para una familia viajera de 4 - Cerca de la estación de metro de Anjos (6 min caminando aprox). Lisboa en general tiene algunas calles muy empinadas y el alojamiento está en una de esas, así que si viajas con personas mayores quizá no sea la mejor opción, sin embrago también es fácil y no tan caro moverse en uber. En cuánto a comodidad, limpieza y servicios todo estuvo bien en relación calidad-precio. La zona no me pareció muy bonita para caminar, sobre todo por las noches, sin embargo el departamento en sí está en una cuadra tranquila y cerca de la estación de metro.
• Dinh Tho (8/5): Good in the city of Lisbon - Superbe pour une famille de 5 personne. Je voulais un early check in, j’ai du appeler une fois sur place pour demander si je pouvais m’installer dans le logement alors que la veille je leur avais demandé par mail s’il était possible pour un early check in. Très spacieux, au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Situé à 5 minutes de l’arrêt Anjos. Propre et lumineux. Cuisine à disposition. Un Auchan pas très loins pour faire les courses. J’ai beaucoup aimé ce logement. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de check in avec une personne. Toute les infos vous seront donné une fois toute les informations complète sur le site. Superbe pour visiter Lisbonne.

• Pavel (6/5): - Unfortunately the place was disappointing. Everything is shown signs of heavy wear, and a lot of things are in need of replacement. Particularly floor in the kitchen is so badly worn, that it looks dirty no matter how hard you try to mop it. Very poor noise insulation, and noisy neighbors made for bad nights. Additionally, the main electrical breaker would turn off many times a day, if you run just two appliances at the same time. Disappointed in our stay.
• TETSUFUMI (6/5): - チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てオンラインの対応でした。TAXの支払いはExpedia以外のシステムでの支払いでした。支払った後に再度催促のメールが届き、カード会社に支払い状況を確認して処理済みであることを伝えましたが、そのあとは返信がなく不安なまま滞在を終えました。オンラインで鍵の暗証番号は届いたので滞在自体は問題なかったです。 施設自体は広いです。部屋数も十分にあります。ウェルカムドリンクのワインは好印象です。 リスボンでは珍しく雨が続いた時期の滞在でした。寒かったのですが、空調が電熱ヒーターだけで充分ではなかったです。オーブンはありますが電子レンジはありません。オーブンと電熱ヒーターを同時に使ったらブレーカーが落ちました。ブレーカーを探して自分で復旧しましたがその後は交互に使って過ごしました。 タオル類の交換がなく、シャワーの足場はビショビショのままになってしまいました。寒いのでシャワーは辛かったです。 4日間の滞在でしたがトイレットペーパーなくなり自分たちで補充しました。壁が薄く隣や上下階の音は、よく聞こえます。騒ぐ滞在者もいなかったので比較的静かでしたが、20:00以降は静かにするよう気をつけました。 洗濯機はありません。比較的近くにコインランドリーがあり、そこを利用していました。また、その間にあるチキンのお店のテイクアウトはオススメです。 滞在自体はできたのでよかったと思います。

• Pierrick (8/5): - Bon séjour dans l’ensemble par rapport au prix. Une insistance ménage plus importante dans la salle de bain, notamment les sols, aurait été encore plus appréciable. Les nuisances entre appartements en locations sont très perfectibles. L’équipement électrique : oubliez vite de vous sécher les cheveux en même temps que vous faites chauffer de l’eau par exemple (le disjoncteur saute). Sinon la taille de l’appartement, la véranda pour déjeuner, la literie et la cuisine sont top 👍
