Location from main road is 500 mtrs and roads are very bad. The last 50 mtrs from road to resort is very bad. And the rooms smell very bad, night it rained and insects entered room. And also there were steel sheets above the room which caused lot of noise from rain which spoiled the sleep! Staff were very good and helpful, food was very average.

- Goud (3/5): - Only area is good. Greenary is good. Location is big problem... To reach the property is like one adventure...we have to depend on property manager to go out and come back to location of the property because of road condition....even u r the best skilled driverit is a big risk to reach property...deep slides are there from main road.... I can say better avoid this property...

- Sathyaprakash (2/5): - Polite and friendly staff Infrastructure, toilet exhaust found disconnected for ever, bed sheets teared and not clean, very old.
The amount I paid and facility provided are not fair
- Ajay (10/5): - Stayed at Blue Bells Resort Munnar and loved the experience. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and plantations, offering peaceful views right from the balcony. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is very warm and helpful. Great location for exploring Munnar while still enjoying a calm and relaxing stay. Perfect choice for families and couples visiting Munnar.
- Travelling the world (10/5): - Nice location, good hospitality and service
- Gurumoorthy (9/5): Awesome stay 😊 - This place is a wonder to stay in midst of Munnar , great place with beautiful surrounding , calm nights , go for it Only minus is the last 500 mts for the stay is very steep and narrow road
- Sharath (10/5): Exceptional - It's amazing Nothing
- Jobey (5/5): good stay, peaceful stay, good staffs, for food, better have it from outside - Property alone and the staff were good, food they made was the only problem. It takes time to get it cooked, but thats ok to wait for the good food, but we got ooos motions the next day, that we couldnt accept, we were planing for a full star, but what we faced the next day was never acceptable, we had a 2 day tour planing at munnar and we got this … pathetic we liked everything there, including food, but second say we got loose motions.. the way they maintain the resort is too good, but care have to be taken at the kitchen also
- Ks (8/5): Very good -
- Ajoy (4/5): Disappointing - -Location not easly accessible. Roads are narrow and steep. No 2 cars can go at a time. During night no lights available on the way to the property from main road.
-Rooms had creaky old beds. The rooms were clean.
-Staff were good and helpful.
- M (8/5): Very good -
- Rajath (7/5): Good -
- Kiran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandeep (10/5): Exceptional - The Room and service was excellent... Felt like home.. Room cleanliness is rop noach!! They were so friendly and polite. Breakfast was yummy and had many options... Road to resort is littlw steap.. Although they provide driving assistance and free jeep service...
- Nv (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful place near to Munnar town, good service and hospitality
- Ram (3/5): Poor - The hotel staff have jeeps to pick and drop you (maybe at checkin/checkout or a couple of times not every single time you want). Right is the middle of cardamom plantation which you can visit in the daytime. Pleasant stay green all around and a distant view of a waterfall. Rooms might need a makeover. The way leading to this resort is steep. At few places it’s almost 45 inclination. If you are visiting it for the first time and you are unaware about this, you’re definitely going spend sleepless nights. While going down is definitely scary, climbing this slope is a different struggle altogether. One more scary thing is finding a cockroach in our complementary breakfast. This was scary as we already had lunch and dinner the day before and shocked to see the hygiene in our breakfast. Lucky enough that we didn’t have any food related issue for what we already had and lucky enough to have spotted the cockroach before eating our breakfast.
- Raneesh (8/5): Very good - Is very nice Place
- World (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (3/5): Poor, not worth it - Breakfast was simple but good. The views were stunning. There was clean bottled water. Staff were friendly. The electricity and water both cut out once. We had trouble getting hot water. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The staff did not bring us toilet paper until we asked for the 3rd time. The bedsheets had stains on them, and we had to ask for new ones twice. The walls were thin and we could hear our noisy neighbors very clearly. The management partied with loud music late at night right outside our unit (they turned down the music when asked, but that should not need to happen in the first place).
- Raghuraj (9/5): Very Good - Neat and clean Food …. Very bad need improvement
