- Laura Patrizia (1/5): - Size suitable only for a very slim person. Bathroom old and not very clean. No toilet paper. The kitchen is unbearably small and uncomfortable and no window. Also very old and dangerous kitchenette. Carbon monoxide detector a device in a kitchen when there's no ventilation hood. Most of the power outlets out of order and dangerous. Dining area is only outdoor, so not available when it is raining. Laundry and dry machine are only by payment with 6xquartes, which means that if you don't have a 12 spare quarters, you can't use it, and there's no mention from the owner. Also, laundry is available 24h, which means a very strong noise if used overnight. In addition a very noisy overnight party on the neighbour.

- Shelley (5/5): Passable - It was a little more run down and old than we expected. Bugs in the bathroom both days. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were way too hot for Florida weather. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. I understand the booking was non refundable because you possibly could have rented that night out. Maybe a credit would be nice for another property at another time.
- Lauren (10/5): Lovely quiet stay - The property is quiet, easy to access and seamless check in process. I was working during my stay and mostly just needed a place to crash, this was perfect for that. There were no noisy neighbors and the place was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay again. Everything was great.

The A/C unit was not working properly for the light on the A/C unit indicated the filter needed to be cleaned. I cleaned it the best I could.

- Rae (10/5): Cozy Studio in Ideal Location - The location of the property was a big plus. Within 2 miles of the beach and less than two miles to the clubs and nightlife. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. The property owners were very responsive to all inquiries. I wish there was room for an oven so I could bake my meals. Regardless, everything worked out perfectly.
