• ramis (3/5): - Ich konnte am ersten Tag den Zugangscode für das Haus nicht bekommen und musste in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Es ist unbedingt notwendig, den Zugangscode im Voraus zu erhalten.
• Sanjay (5/5): Except location and spaciousness, amenities was missed and owner doesn't care. Not recommended. - location and the apartment is spacious. No bath towels provided, instead they give hand towels, No toilet tissues provided. we had to buy ourselves. WC Tap broken. It's not 2 toilets but 1 WC and 1 Bath. Owner/Host doesn't bother to respond or to fix things.

• Andreas (9/5): Super - Lage war hervorragend. Zimmer und Ausstattung perfekt. Bischen alt, aber macht nichts. Alles vorhanden wie Bettlaken, Kühlschrank, Handtücher, ... Das Einzelbett war zu hart für mich, aber das ist Ansichtssache und kein Minuspunkt.
• Maude (8/5): Très apprécié. Répond à tous les besoins. - Bel appartement, dans un quartier fortement commercial. Toutes les commodités nécessaires. Très propre. Le propriétaire répond rapidement. 2e étage alors il faut être en forme. On peut faire tous nos achats à pied. De bons restaurants autour. La route est facile à prendre pour voyager autour. Les volets d'une chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait donc beaucoup de lumière la nuit puisque la chambre donnait sur un carré public éclairé en tout temps. Les portes se barrent et s'ouvrent de façon électronique mais le système n'est pas totalement au point, donc nous sommes restés embarrés à l'extérieur quelques fois. Fournir un mode d'emploi traduit pour la laveuse sécheuse serait apprécié car l'utilisation a été compliquée. Le stationnement presque impossible à trouver, payant et cher.
• Anne (1/5): Sind am gleichen TG wieder abgereist, da der Eigentümer dann leider auch nicht wirklich entgegenkommend - Leider nix, da das Negative dann überwogen hat. Die Dusche war leider mit schwarzem, schon pelzigem Schimmel übersät, die Gummilippe an der Duschtür schon ganz braun und die Duschwand aus Glas übersät mit Kalkflecken. Des Weiteren konnte das Rollo im 2. Schlafzimmer nicht geschlossen werden, da es defekt war.
• Jessika (10/5): Placentera. - El diseño del departamento y su amplitud es exponencial, la ubicación es muy estratégica ya que puedes encontrar todo a la mano, restaurantes, supermercados, lugares de interés y la amabilidad del anfitrión y disposición para solucionar cualquier inquietud fue maravilloso…! Sin duda alguna regresaría al lugar.

• Die 3 Stehr's (6/5): Bilder veraltet, Instandsetzung/Verbesserungen wünschenswert! - - Vermieter war immer erreichbar und leitete sofort alles in die Wege, nett & zuvorkommend - Vermieter brachte selbst 2 neue Bettdecken vorbei und half uns mit dem Gepäck - (neues)Reinigungspersonal war nach Beschwerde umgehend vor Ort und gab sich große Mühe alles aufzufrischen - Super zentral direkt am Cafe Extrablatt gelegen - Geschirrspültabs, Toilettenpapier, Lappen Handtücher alles vorhanden - Betten bequem - ausreichend Platz - Moderne Einrichtung - Koffertrolli im Hauseingang vorhanden für Transfer Auto-Wohnung (Parkplatz um die Ecke, Gebührenpflichtig) - Geräuschkulisse Nachts in Fußgängerzone leiser als gedacht (Fenster konnte offen bleiben) - Leider sehr schmutzig, Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt, Küche, Schränke, Geschirr alles sehr dreckig, (es wurde lt.Aussage des Vermieters gerade die Reinigungsfirma gewechselt), staubig... - keine Gardinen zum Zuziehen, besonders im Schlafzimmer sehr störend, da man nicht verdunkeln konnte, Gardinenstangen waren abgebrochen und/oder entfernt worden. - alte Holz-Aussenrollos funktionieren garnicht mehr, im Bad zum Glück gerade noch so - sichtbare Wasserschäden im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer (Decke/Wand) - Parkplatz gegen (nicht allzu günstige Gebühren) um die Ecke

• Özaslan (10/5): - It's a cozy warm house. The house is in front of the kaufhoff. We had that everything we need. The house was pretty warm and the shower always has warm water as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had enough towels and a washing machine for our laundries. The building was very quite and the owner of home was very nice. He always helped when we need help. I assure you house was beyond of your needs.
• Marcin (9/5): - Wszystko w mieszkaniu jest naprawdę w porządku. Duże pokoje , duży salon oraz kuchnia. Warte wynajmu. Jedyna wada to parking, który jest nie stety płatny. Dopiero po 19:00 godz jest za darmo. To jedyna wada tego miejsca
