- SUGAINTHARAN NAIDU (7/5): Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing stay with a beautiful environment, despite some inconvenienc - I liked the location as it was cool and quiet, especially with the rainy weather during our stay. There was also a hill beside the homestay, which made the surroundings feel very peaceful and relaxing. The downside was that the guards asked us to register repeatedly during both entry and exit, which was a little inconvenient. Instead the guard could have given a laminated visitor note to be place on the dashboard for their visibility. It was also raining, and there was no covered walkway between the visitor entry point and the guard room. In addition, the air conditioning in the living room was not cold. The master bedroom on the second floor was also not cold and had a leaking aircond unit. The other two rooms on the second floor were not cold as well. I had to remove and clean the aircond filters myself before fixing them back, and only then did the cooling improve slightly. There were also no lights at the house entrance or front yard, making the area too dark at night. Message to the owner: please arrange servicing for all the air conditioning units. Also, two of the bathroom shower heads were broken, and the water pressure was not strong enough.

- Syarifah Nur Syahira (4/5): Great property unit but poor maintenance. - Spacious, and strategic location as it is close by Tambun Waterpark. Poor maintenance; dim lights in rooms and living hall, washing machine not functioning, and TV could be not turn on as we could not find remote controller. Low comfort: Master bedroom is located upstairs but it has only mattress on floor with no bed frame. Other two rooms upstairs are a little small but has own bathrooms. Nice! But the rooms have low-rise bed frame and very dim lights. One room downstairs has two single beds with good rise bed! As our old parents could not climb up the sharp stairs, they slept at downstairs bedroom with separate single beds. (Could not be rearranged together as they were positioned in opposite sides). Others: We staying with a family of 10 persons. The house is spacious, and the beds are enough. However, the facilities are not accommodating to big group (e.g only 4 towels provided in total of all bedrooms and they mostly have stains, only 3 chairs at dining table, and only one futon couch at living hall) Contradict to the house policy (no smoking), upon our arrival, there was a strong smell of smoking at downstairs living hall.

What really stood out was how easy it was to communicate with the host. Super responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. It made the whole process smooth, from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient too close to shops and food spots, but still quiet enough at night. everything going well

- Epol78 (5/5): Passable - the space really big and suitable for family. cockroach in the toilet and kitchen area. owner blame me for the missing remote aircond (deduct deposit) but i'm also dont know how many remote was there. we just used aircond at the bedroom upstair..better owner check the quantity not just depend on cleaner then blame tenant. Bed also not clean and seen like not wash and lots of dust.

No mirrors in any bathrooms except master bedroom 3. No bidets in below bathroom 4. No spoons, microwave and mugs to make the stay convenient with groups 5. They had a big mould on the ceiling and it was a health factor. Its something which they need to rectify immediately. 6. Their shower cap needs to be changed. Water pressure is bad. 7. Their beds wasn’t comfortable at all.

- Vanessa (7/5): clean and quiet property, happy to stay again in the future. - porch area is limited to 2 cars only, can be challenging to park if you have big cars or have 3rd car it was raining quite heavily on the day we checked in and the back door has some water leaking in...perhaps to add an awning at the back to protect the property. In addition, an electric stove would be useful for those who'd like to do some light cooking (maggie mee). a kettle would also be useful. The lights at the dining area is a bit dim, perhaps can change it.
