• Lisa Marie (1/5): Dreckig, unprofessionell und absolut nicht empfehlenswert! - Die Lage. Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung schmutzig. Das Bettlaken war befleckt, im Badezimmer lagen Haare, und sowohl Toilette als auch Waschbecken waren dreckig. Außerdem gab es Schimmel in der Wohnung. Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte der Strom mehrere Stunden lang nicht, und es gab kein warmes Wasser – absolut inakzeptabel. Auf meine Kontaktaufnahme reagierte der Gastgeber lediglich mit einem Link zu einer anderen Website, auf der eine Rechnung stand, die nicht einmal zu unserer Buchung passte. Als ich eine Rückerstattung verlangte, kam eine Antwort plötzlich auf Spanisch, was nicht hilfreich war. Später wurde ich erneut per SMS kontaktiert, auf meine Rückmeldung erhielt ich jedoch wieder keine Antwort. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
• Laura (6/5): - Good location, a lot of space in the apartment, a few adapters and uso ports to charge phones, lift, big wardrobes, pretty good kitchen equipment. The bedsheets were a little dirty, the mould I read about in other reviews is still there and unfortunately it's not a small one but a huge one with an unpleasant smell - someone should really take care of it. There's something wrong with the kettle because when we tried to use it the power went off, we had to wait hours for someone to turn it back on and in that time we couldn't do anything in the apartment, since everything there needs power to work - no preparing food, no AC. The whatsapp. number we got to contact the property was completely useless, no one has even read our messages there and we had to use booking for communication. In such case why even bother giving it to anyone? Two hairdryers in the room - one not working, the other one overheating very quickly. All of the dishes were bought for 4 people, except for glasses, so each time one person had to drink from a mug or a wine glass - it's a little thing but it's not hard to improve it. And one thing that we were missing the whole trip was a big mirror somewhere inside, there are many walls in the apartment where it could be hung on.
• Sonia (6/5): Great location but needs mould removal - The location of this property is perfect, close to restaurants, supermarket, ferries and the beach. Easily walkable and close to public transport. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. Nice little balcony that has a little view of the water. There is mould everywhere and is smells. The main bedroom ceiling is full of mould, the shower and the air conditioner (see pictures). The main bedroom has no window and is dark and damp. Also, there is only one bathroom and that is an ensuite in the main bedroom, so if you're travelling with friends staying in the 2nd bedroom, they will have to walk through your bedroom to use the bathroom.
• Alessio (6/5): Con degli accorgimenti è ottimo - Posizione ottima , bella vista dal balcone, aria condizionata efficiente Il bagno è accessibile solo tramite una camera da letto Eravamo in quattro persone e al nostro arrivo c’erano solamente 2 asciugamani (uno medio e uno piccolo) , chiesti asciugamani aggiuntivi dal primo giorno (sabato) e son stati consegnati martedì sera , il mercoledì siamo andati via quindi ormai ci eravamo arrangiati. Finestra del bagno con maniglia rotta , anche questa ovviamente rimasta così. Aggiungo che Durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato la sparizione di un profumo e di una piccola somma di denaro. Non posso avere la certezza su come sia successo (quando son stati consegnati gli asciugamani eravamo presenti), ma segnalo comunque l’inconveniente
• Maria (6/5): Apartment was central, great pasta and pizza place next door. The apartment needs to be finished and stocked with the ba - The location was easy to the main strip of Sliema. Close to shops, restaurants and transport. Where the apartment is located infront is a small open plaza where the local children hang out and night till early hours of the morning. They were mainly young males causing trouble. That was not pleasant. The balcony was great to have breakfast on and hang your clothes. The air conditioning was strong and in each room. The room was not ready, check was was at 3pm , when we walked in and found the rooms in a mess, it was not pleasant. Which meant we had to kill 2 and half hours with our luggage roaming the streets of Sliema. There is no kettle so you can not boil water. There is only one small mirror in the bathroom. There needs to be mirrors in the bedrooms to accommodate a family of 4 trying to get ready in this tiny bathroom with limited storage. The apartment smelt like fresh paint and plaster as they were still renovating it. See photos of how we found the apartment
• Katarina (7/5): - Apartman je bio opremljen sa svime što je potrebno. Teško smo došli do iznajmljivača i nismo odmah uspjeli pronaći lokaciju apartmana. Stresno je doći negdje na odmor i da ne možeš pronaći rezervirani smještaj, a iznajmljivač se ne javlja. Soba je puna mrava, moglo bi se poraditi na urednosti.
• josep mª Al Bo (9/5): Una estancia genial - El desayuno lo hicimos en el apartamento nosotros mismos. Todo correcto y muy bien
• Giuliana Maria (6/5): Carino ma da migliorare la gestione - Ottima la posizione, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, lavastoviglie e lavatrice comprese. Non c'è attenzione ai dettagli, c'è la macchina del caffè con le capsule ma non c'è zucchero, non ci sono set di cortesia di olio, sale e pepe, e neppure in bagno per la doccia o detersivo per la lavatrice. Per chi soggiorna per brevi periodi non ha molto senso andare a comprare tutto per poi dopo due giorni lasciare tutto lì. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento diverso da quello della prenotazione, per un errore di sistema, e con la muffa agli angoli delle pareti, cosa che abbiamo segnalato ma non ci è stato fatto alcun tipo di rimborso. L'ultima sera siamo rimaste senza luce per 40 minuti senza riuscire a contattare nessuno, abbiamo trovato poi il manutentore della struttura e lui è riuscito a mettersi in contatto con il titolare. Insomma una serie di cose, non gravissime ma che non ci ha fatto apprezzare il soggiorno come avremmo potuto.
• Efstathia (8/5): Nice stay - Very spacious apartment and in a perfect position in Sliema! Only one problem: there were a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the apartment. If that was fixed, the apartment is a 10/10!
• Dusanka (8/5): Very good - Location, comfortable bed, flat equipment 😊on the rooftop of the building there is a nice place with sunbeds, jakuzzi and beautiful view to Siliema From toilete, through the window the look was at building beside that was in recountruction phase with trash and dust. Sometimes we felt very uncomfortable, molldy smell.
• Adriana (10/5): A great place to stay in Sliema - The apartment is very close to supermarkets, gym, bars and restaurants. There is even a parking lot close, where you can make one week or a month card. Even if it’s on a busy street it is still not noisy in the night. The apartment is clean, has 2 separate bedrooms and one of them has a bathroom, the beds are big and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need and the balcony is spacious, with a side view to the see. The host was very friendly and answered fast, the check in and out went very smoothly. Also the building has an elevator. We enjoyed our staying in Sliema, definitely recommend. The bathroom is accessible only through one bedroom
