• Matteo (10/5): Un soggiorno veramente rilassante - Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura a cavallo tra fine luglio e inizio agosto. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto ampiamente le aspettative. Pulito, ordinato, mobilia recente, completo di tutto. La sua posizione è il vero punto di forza, centralissimo, di fronte alla via commerciale più importante di Caorle e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, comodo a tutti i servizi. Cucina sufficientemente spaziosa per stare a tavola in sei persone, un bel soggiorno con due divani letto, camera matrimoniale di ottime dimensioni e una stanza per i ragazzi col letto a castello. Un piccolo balcone a cui si accede dalla camera matrimoniale si affaccia sulla strada ed è molto piacevole trascorrere qualche momento a leggere o a rilassarsi. Siamo stati in ferie con mio figlio e due suoi amici, che hanno avuto tutta la libertà di uscire, sia di giorno che di sera, in un contesto sicuro. La strada principale chiude alle 20 la sera, diventando completamente pedonale e quindi libera da rischi legati al traffico. Negozi, gelaterie e locali chiudono entro la mezzanotte, quindi la sera è davvero tranquillo.
• Dominika (4/5): Dissapointment - Unfortunately, the place was not clean in general :( It's an old appartment and it had its specific smell too. Internet would not work properly, the fuse kept going off if you've had multiple appliances on at the same time and the AC would need some serious cleaning done as well. Overall experience was not good, the price did not match what one would have expected for it. Location is central, which was the only positive thing about it. Staff at Agenzia Cocal are great though.
• Guest (8/5): Schöne Lage in Caorle - Tolle Lage, Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig beim Aus- und Einladen. Schlüsselübergabe war aber kein Problem. Es war in der Früh und am Abend etwas lauter, aber damit muss man in dieser Lage rechnen. Man muss halt die Fenster schließen. Die Waschmaschine ging leider nicht bzw. Hat es keine Anleitung gegeben wie sie funktionieren könnte.
