- Alain (10/5): Hôtel exceptionnel. - Hôtel exceptionnel, très raffiné dans un parc très luxuriant au milieu du désert. Les jardins, la piscine et bassins, les chambres sont magnifiques. La restauration est également excellente dans un décor tout aussi beau. Tout le personnel est particulièrement très aimable, très serviable et très attentionné. Peut être un peu la distance par rapport au centre de Marrakech…. Mais finalement nous avons apprécié d’être plutôt en dehors de la ville.

- Beat (10/5): A perfect stay in a luxurious place and a perfect service from the friendly staff. - This place is more a palace than a hotel and the most friendly staff will help you to enjoy your stay. The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful garden full of blossoms, ponds and even a small waterfall. The spacious pool area is also very impressive. Our room was also more than luxurious with exquisite beds. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and also the a-la-carte menu for dinner with a choice of local and international cuisine. The Palais Ronsard is the best place to relax after a day in Marrakesh. As the hotel is located about 15km outside of Marrakesh you will need a limousine service or a taxi and they only accept cash - but there is an ATM Machine in the hotel.

- Robert (10/5): Beautiful hotel - perfect for holidays. - Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Very good service, friendly and helpful staff - on every level from doorman to waiters. Very quiet place - perfect to relax. Property is quite isolated and about 30 min away from the center/attractions. Uber very tricky in the afternoon/evening but it is possible and easy to book a taxi if needed.

- Manuela (8/5): Schöne Anlage, schöne und grosse Zimmer. Luxusgebäude mit kleinen Mängel. - Die Grösse des Zimmers. Die bequemen Liegestühle. Der schöne Garten. - Preis/Leistung beim Frühstück. Das man trotz des hohen Preises, des hohen Standards, welchen man führen möchte, nicht auch ein paar Tranchen Lachs im Frühstücksangebot enthalten sind, oder ein Glas Prosecco zum Frühstück. Wirklich nur Basic's inklusive und viele kostenpflichtige Extras. - Es macht den Eindruck, man möchte gerne auf einen Luxus machen und dann den Kunden für den wirklichen Luxus (Wobei Lachs und Prosecco in einem 5-Sterne Haus kein wirklicher Luxus sind) noch extra bezahlen lassen. - Der Pool war nicht so sauber. Der Pool hatte einen zu niedrigen Wasserstand, sodass das Poolwasser nicht in den Überlauf schwappte. Dadurch hatte das Wasser einen grässlichen Fettfilm und viele Haare im Wasser. Ich spreche nicht von der sichtbaren "Verschmutzung" wie Blüten etc. Was ja nicht wirklich eine Verschmutzung ist. Aber die Wasserqualität war wahrscheinlich wirklich nicht gut, da es keine Umwälzung und dadurch immer eine Reinigung hat. Das war "stehendes" Poolwasser. - Die vielen Tagestouristen, welche relativ kostengünstig in die Anlage gelockt werden und auch noch ein 3-Gänge Menu erhalten. Da werden schon mal die Liegestühle knapp. - Die wirklich etwas überteuerte Abendkarte. - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kamin und das Zimmer roch sehr nach Russ. Immer wenn man das Zimmer betrat, kam einem ein unangenehmer starker Russgestank in die Nase. Wahrscheinlich schon länger her, als hier ein Kaminfeger am Werk war und ausgeputzt hat. - Anlage/Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Da gibt es nichts drumherum.

- Morgane (8/5): Stunning place, great to relax but quite far from the city if you like to walk around your hotel. - -Stunning place with great atmosphere. -The style and decor is grand and with a lot of taste. -Lots of places all around the place indoor our outdoor to sit, lounge and relax. -The pool space is amazing, beautiful and peaceful. -The fact that there are only 26 rooms makes it really enjoyable as it is not crowded during breakfast / by the pool. -It's very quiet (no children policy). -The place is safe (closed with a gate and a wall all around). -The buffet brunch in the garden, while we did not experienced it, seemed magical. the smells and setting was amazing. -Very comfy beds. -The little roof top overlooking the pool is great to watch sunset with the mountains background. -Staff can be either very welcoming and super nice or cold and almost unfriendly. -It's a good 30 minutes by taxi or private chauffeur to get to the center of the city (25€ / journey), there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel as it is mainly fields. -Items forgotten during breakfast (took two breakfasts, happened twice). -Two much eggs on the breakfast menu which is either continental or marrocan style. It is very copious, a buffet would be better and would probably generate less waste. -We experienced quite a slow waitering while other guests were served almost immediatly. -A bit disapointed by the private chauffeur (provided by the hotel) we used every time we wanted to go in the city and back whom was kind of rude when dropping us off at the airport the last day. -Spa was a bit disappointing (got the Palais Ronsard massage). -Prices of beverage (especially by the pool) are kind of overpriced (25€ for a cocktail, 14€ for a beer). Greatest disapointment : We travel every year for my birthday in beautiful hotels around the world and this is the first time we experienced a total disregard for it while it was mentioned at the reservation and while we dined at the hotel restaurant on that day to celebrate it. If you are travelling to celebrate something, make sure to know that beforehand as there will be no small attentions for the day to make it extra special.

- Paula (9/5): An oasis of grandeur in the middle of the palm fields. - We stayed out of season but that didn’t spoil the experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. We booked one of the pavilions with a private pool. Such a beautiful room with great attention to detail in the design. The hammam was incredible, our skin has never felt smoother. We floated out at the end of our detox day.

Room was fantastic - decor beautiful; so much attention to detail. Really good gym facilities also. Stunning gardens. Breakfast particularly good. Staff are exceptionally helpful; couldn’t be more helpful. We have loved our stay Wasn’t able to book for treatments at the spa as no slots available - would benefit from increase capacity; would also benefit from either heated outdoor pool or indoor pool as we visited in an unusually cool week where the weather was mixed including rain.

- Lisa (9/5): Overall, Beautiful property. - The property was beautiful, though a bit further out and tucked away. We did encounter some issues, our shower head wasn’t working the first night, so maintenance had to come the following day to fix it. Overall, our stay was good, and I especially enjoyed the soaking tub. It’s far from the central area, and transportation to and from the hotel can be quite costly.

- Suzanne (10/5): Stunning hotel…a stay is a must! - Stunning hotel. Wonderful staff. Incredible beds. Excellent breakfast! Greet cocktails by the fire. Well equipped gym. Beautiful spa. Lovely grounds. Room service was a little slow. We found dinner and the cost of dinner expensive compared to a simialr standard in central Marrakech.

- Wafa (9/5): Excellent but the streets lights and sign boards are important - The design, specious rooms , excellent cleanliness and services The location is fine however the way to the hotel needs to be looked at in terms of street lights and sign boards , because at night time it is soo easy to get lost in the pitch dark area .
