• Graeme (7/5): Loved the location and the apartment fabulous but needs to feel a lot more homely. And given lots of rules by the young - Great location and a lovely apartment. Strong smell of mothballs throughout the apartment which was unpleasant. As a frequent traveller we were disappointed there was no microwave or bowls etc. Just one saucepan and one small frying pan. Travellers like a microwave - it’s always handy when bringing a meal back to the apartment. Fabulous apartment but lacking the nice features it needs to feel comfortable. One couch and two TV’s which we couldn’t get to work at all. Had to remember to turn hot water on 15 minutes before we needed to shower as instructed.

Vista dalla camera eccezionale, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le petronas e tanto altro. • Bettina (7/5): Eigentlich ein schönes Apartment, aber leider etwas zu sehr Jahre gekommen und etwas zu dreckig. Der Blick auf die Petro - Die Aussicht vom Balkon war grandios auf die Petronas Towers. Der Pool im 46. Stock ist auch sehr schön mit Blick über die Stadt. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten aufgrund einer schlechten Zimmerverteilung war der Service dann über WhatsApp sehr gut. Gute Grab Anbindung und schnelles Internet. Das Fitnessstudio im 46. Stock ist auch sehr gut mit Blick auf die Towers. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, hatten wir aber auch so gebucht. Als wir ankamen, wollte man uns ein Zimmer geben ohne Blick auf die Petronas Towers, obwohl wir Monate im Voraus das Zimmer extra noch einmal mit Blick auf die Petronas umgebucht hatten. Es schien dem Personal zunächst extrem egal zu sein, wir blieben aber beharrlich dabei und bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß und komfortabel, aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise ziemlich verdreckt.(z.b.Stoffbezug um die Betten herum voller Flecken, eklig, darin zu schlafen), die Küche sollte gut ausgestattet sein, hatte aber weder einen Topf noch eine Pfanne, wonach wir extra fragen mussten. Auf die Fahrstühle zu warten, dauert manchmal sehr lange, einmal sind wir auch darin stecken geblieben, wurden aber nach circa 10 Minuten befreit. Morgens beim Aufwachen hat man jeden Morgen über die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer Zigarettenrauch gerochen… In der Küche roch es zeitweise leicht nach Benzin oder Kloake, Aber wenn man tagsüber komplett unterwegs ist, es ist ja nicht so schlimm.

Overall we were happy. The lack of available WiFi in the lobby made it difficult to make contact when we arrived but the security guards were very helpful so only a minor issue.

The apartment was in a central location and had a spectacular view of the Petronas Towers … especially at night . The apartment was modern and beautifully presented .

We were very kindly given an upgrade to a better view and the view was spectacular! The only complaint was in the second bedroom, one of the windows which looked into the hall didn't have a curtain and the light was on all night. An extra 2 chairs for the balcony would be nice too so everyone could sit outside together.

• Linda (3/5): Would not stay here again. I’ve shown a picture of the room configuration we selected and what we were given. Seems like - Location was convenient. We requested a room with 3 beds as we had 5 adults in our party and there were only 2 beds provided. We were then provided a trundle bed later that day which they squeezed in at the end of the bed. So there was no room to move. It was not comfortable. It came with just a sheet and top sheet. No duvet / blanket. There was mould on the air vent in the main bedroom. There was an ant issue. The pool had a nice view but the tiles were all disintegrating with the bottom of the pool grainy with all the broken glazing from the tiles.

• Mario (10/5): - Beeindruckend Aussicht vom Wohn-und Schlafzimmer auf die Petronas Zwillingstürme. Die Aussicht vom Rooftop Pool war ebenfalls sehr beeindruckend. Personal war immer gut Erreichbar und hat bei allem weiter geholfen. Auch nach unserem Check Out konnten wir unser Gepäck im Gebäude hinterlegen bis zu unserem Flug.

• Safwan (9/5): Very Nice Place to Stay - Mr. shahidul islam was very cooperative and never delayed in fulfilling any request. The apartment itself is luxurious and comfortable: - A balcony with a small table and two chairs overlooking the Petronas Towers (the view is absolutely stunning, both morning and evening). - A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table that seats six. - An open-plan American-style kitchen equipped with most necessities. - A kitchenette with a washing machine. - Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. If like walking for 15–20 minutes, everything will be nearby (pavilion, Bukit Bintang, and so many landmarks and shopping malls). -There is only one passkey to control the elevator and open the tower door after 12 midnight, and this is illogical if we are a family. At least we should be provided with two or more keys. -Beds are little bit small. -Less number of towels and blankets. -I hope the owner can provide daily cleaning service.

Pünktlicher und freundlicher Empfang und bei Fragen immer sehr schnell per WhatsApp erreichbar. Lage in der Nähe der MRT Conley wobei wir fast alles mit Grab gefahren sind. Küchenausstattung könnte mehr sein aber für die Grundbedürfnisse ist alles vorhanden.

• Mateusz (9/5): Despite some issues with laundry, I’d probably book this apartment again because of the phenomenal view. - A great view straight to Petronas Towers, the location is also an asset, close to the shops and dining options. The apartment is spacious and modern. Air conditioning working perfectly. Washing machine was broken and we haven’t been advised of that fact prior to our arrival. The staff politely offered to take care of our laundry but unfortunately the service hasn’t met our standards as our clean laundry returned in the same stinky bags and partly wet. Other than that, no other issues.

• Marco (9/5): Mooi appartement met uitzicht en goede service door contactpersoon met enkele verbeterpunten. - Ruim schoon appartement. Mooi uitzicht en balkon. Goed contact en snelle reactie via whats app op verzoeken tot brengen van schone handdoeken, water etc. Geen 10 omdat er te weinig keuken gerei is als kopjes, bestek etc. Alle keuken kastjes waren leeg dus wat vreemd. De oven werkte niet. Slechts 1 toegangspasje voor 4 volwassenen is onpraktisch.

• Marina (10/5): Есть некоторые предложения: не хватает сковороды для готовки ( мы были с ребенком и нам было очень - Понравился сам комплекс , бассейн на крыше и шикарный вид днем и вечером, все соответствовало фото, порадовали балкон и столик и стулья на балконе , ; удобные кровати, 2 ванные комнаты очень удобно . В описании к номеру Была заявлена стиральная машина - она была ! Все было хорошо

Wszystko perfekcyjnie przygotowane ! Opieka i wsparcie Shohesul'a na najwyższym poziomie. Nie wahajcie się rezerwować, na prawdę warto !!! Dziękujemy Shohesul !
