• Gaskin (10/5): - I liked how it had everything we were looking for. Private Pool, pool table, hot tub, 4 bedroom and a private bathroom in each. It was priced just low enough that we could also enjoy other activities in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Also, the hosts were always checking in to make sure everything was good, i appreciate that a lot.

• Tyrescia (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was great! Perfect location, pool was in the main floor which is very convenient with kids. This didn’t really bother me but just giving feedback that the master bedroom bathroom by the front door, may be clogged and has a very slow drain. This did not change anything about our stay, only stating so you are aware and can try to fix it.

Owners checked in several times via email to make sure we didn't need anything. We loved everything about it. I highly recommend this resort. We will most definitely stay again.

Location is great, just have your GPS ready before you leave the cabin because you have NO service once you back out. Beds were comfortable, & every room had its own sound machine for those like us who sleep with a box fan usually lol

• John (10/5): I would definitely stay there again. - The cabin was amazing. The owners were amazing. It was everything we expected and more. I've traveled a lot during my life, and this cabin rental was 1 of the best places I have ever rented. If we ever decide to take a Smoky Mountain trip again, this is where I would try to stay. Thank You Matt and Janna for everything. We had a wonderful time. Nothing bad to say.

• Harold (10/5): This was a beautiful clean cabin that was perfect for our family! - The cabin was wonderful for our large family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was much appreciated. We had so much fun using the game room as well as the pool and hot tub. This cabin was very clean and well maintained. The location was so nice as it was off the beaten path but close enough to visit everything we wanted to. I would highly recommend this place.
• Laurie (10/5): Wonderful cabin and Host - This cabin was amazing. From being overly clean to so much to do at it. The temperature was in the 90s during our recent stay but with the indoor pool and pool table my 2 small grandchildren never made a peep. The resort pool was wonderful for a dip and some sun. The cabins are close by one another but there wasn’t 1 loud night it was so quiet. The rocking chairs on the porch made for a great morning view while having coffee and a great sitting and sharing stories in the evening. The beds were new and the mattress were wonderful. The host are amazing the make sure you have everything u need and check on you to see if u need trash pick up etc. I couldn’t stay longer

We would stay there again Our only complaint & it’s not a deal breaker but the seating area in the living room was not great for more that 2 people to watch TV.
• Melissa (2/5): Very poor - Beds were horrible worn out mattress,no water pressure no trash pickup.Men working on the resort roads at 8am with very loud equipment while on vacation not ideal!!!Sewrer caps left off sewers which were right beside cabin.Will not recommend this place.Everytime we use booking .com the rooms are always a disappointment will be using other sites for now on!!
• Mark (9/5): A+ cabin! - The cabin had something for everyone and enough space to go get some quiet time too. Given we were an older crowd the hot tub was a hit! A+ on location too, five minutes and you're in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. I didn’t care for my neighbors being so close.

Everything was identical to the images and description provided. The location was also great. The cabin is near civilization but also far enough to give the comfort, peace, and silence of nature. The owners are responsive and will check on you throughout your stay. No complaints, everything was perfect!

The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were definitely an enjoyable feature.When I had questions, the owner was quick to respond. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Not applicable.

The hot tub was a little small. Barely accommodated four people. Only a minor inconvenience. The television satellite service was spotty at best, nonfunctional at worst.

That was a very nice touch. The kids definitely loved the swimming pool. Our stay was great and I would definitely stay at this cabin again. No complaints.

We had an awesome time together and enjoyed the pool and hot tub tremendously! It wasn’t ready for check in at 4pm. Absolutely not the host fault. We booked the day of arrival as a pit stop. So we truly did understand.

• Tiffany (3/5): I felt robbed and didn’t get to enjoy the experience. Clean crew still there when we got there. Dirty pillowcases with a - There were enough room and beds for my family. I did not like that when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there. I did not like that the pool was not heated just the room. I did not like that the hot tub was not ready and did not heat up to temperature until the morning we were leaving. I didn’t mind paying the extra $299 cleaning crew at first because of the pool and hot tub combo thought that would be a bonus but it was not clean. There were white stains on our pillow cases as if they didn’t wash and change the bedding. There was dirt on the baseboards, dust on the surge protector outlet, there was built up dust on the ceiling fan. The iron board was broken. Then if there is a cleaning fee of $299 why do we have a checkout instructions list and have to help with cleaning!?! I was just disappointed and felt robbed.
• Roanne (9/5): My family had a great time and would book again and again - The cabin had everything you would need for your stay. Every bedroom had it own bathroom which was great. Our grandchildren loved the in door pool. The water in the pool spent more time with them, than I did. Close to everything. Only thing I can say bad was the temp of the heated pool was a little cold at times, but it was a cold week in the mountains the week we were there.

The indoor swimming pool was fun especially on the cold days! We didn't enjoy the upstairs as much as we wanted but our trip was just amazing! Nothing, everything was spectacular!
