Guest Reviews
- Petrina (9/5): These apartments are clean and the communication is excellent.I had an issue with no hot water on a Sunday night and the - Kitchen was clean and had everything you could need.for a short stay. Bedrooms were clean and had fans. It also had an iron, ironing board and hair dryer supplied. It is nicely decorated.. While the bathroom was clean, when you used the tap in the sink it bubbled up in bath and at times there was a bad smell from the bath. Also the door was sticking on the floor and at times was difficult to open
- Nawal (4/5): Lovely Location, Uncomfortable Sofa Bed - The apartment is in a great location, close to both the tube and bus stops, which made getting around the city really convenient. The area felt safe and well-connected, and the apartment itself is cute and has potential. However, there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the metal bars while lying down, which made it very hard to sleep. In its current state, I’d say the apartment is more suitable for two people unless the sofa bed is replaced with a higher quality one.
I appreciated that the host was responsive and tried to offer a solution by providing an extra blanket to help with the discomfort. Unfortunately, while it helped slightly, it didn’t solve the problem, it was still not a restful experience.
For the price we paid, €241 per night, we expected a bit more comfort and attention to these details. Overall, it’s a small space in a great area, but definitely needs improvements in terms of sleeping arrangements if meant to host more than two guests.

- Dalia (8/5): We enjoyed the apartment and felt quite comfy there. - The apartment is spacious and well appointed. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen for my family. The apartment is a short walk from the Tube station and next to a few grocery stores. Right next to the building entrance there is a great little pizza place and plenty of other food options. The communication with the host was excellent: they did their best to accommodate our needs and very quick in their responses. If you prefer to sleep with the windows open due to hot weather, the noise from the street is quite loud.
- Anonymous (10/5): We loved staying here and had a great time. - Great location near underground, over ground and Thames link trains. Made it super easy to get around. Supermarket near by and dine good restaurants.
- Baird (10/5): Incredible! - Location great very close to alk I needed Nothing everything suited.
- Adetokunbo (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (8/5): Comfortable studio for two people - We loved having the space for ourselves, it was good space for two people, very comfortable. There is a kitchen and even a laundry machine. The location is good, very close to the underground and overground and had a mall with sainsbury, aldi, cinema and restaurants just across the street. The pressure of the shower was not good, almost no pressure. The bed was not comfy, feelt like an inflatable bed. It would have been nice if some laundry machines pods were provided.
- Javier (10/5): Very good apartment in London - The apartment is close to a Underground station, has all the amenities you could need and is worth every money you spend on it
- Madli (8/5): Perfect for our needs. - For my specific trip, everything was great. It was a good price, i got to be in a private apartment with my friends and we didn't spend much money on food, because the kitchen was completely supplied. I required an extra blanket and it took a few days to get one. The trains were quite noisy.
- Gjomakaj (10/5): Exceptional - This property is amazing, it is very clean and in a great location.
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nadya (7/5): Good -
- Azra (5/5): not great value for money - the apartment was well equipped and the lady who coordinated our stay was very helpful the room wasn’t too clean and we had problems sometimes with hot water in the shower.
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant - The hallway needs a vent of some kind to freshen up the air.
- Badreldin (9/5): Superb - Location is very close to 2 tube stations, which makes transportation to almost anywhere easy.
Apartment itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities.
Also, the staff were helpful. The bed's matrice is not the most comfortable.
- Susanne (6/5): Pleasant - very good transport options
Supermarket round the corner
staff very friendly and welcoming facilities sparse but ok for a short stay-
although there's clothes stand, ironing board and iron provided
empty walls
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Juan (7/5): Good -
- Romeer (10/5): Great experience stay - The rooms are costly, comfortable for 2.
3 minutes away from finchley tube station on jubilee line.
Next to food joints, shopping areas.
Great property The bathroom door lock was broken
- Elizabeth (8/5): good location good value - Its located in a great spot accessible to bus, tube and shops. I liked that the flat had all the mod cons and was furnished nicely. Bit surprised by the steep staircase to the 2nd floor, Wifi went in an out.
- Shir (6/5): good location, overall was ok, not clean enough. - first, the host sent us a message with the address and keys and that was great.
it was close to the overground and underground(jubilee line) , and the bus as well.
also, we had two supermarkets nearby the apartment was not clean. when we touched the handles of the doors, microwave and the window - it was steaky.
we had to manage with only 5 toilet paper for ten days.
and the host said that this was not a hotel when I asked for extra towels and that I have a washing machine - but we got no supply to use it, and I came to London to have fun, not buy stuff to do laundry.
- Nagy (6/5): So for this money, I've waited for a cleaner apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. - Everything was close, or you could reach it easily. There was heating in the apartment. We rented an apartment with a kitchen to cook simple, quick, healthy things. There are no pots, cutting boards, etc., in the kitchen cabinet. So there is a large kitchen with an empty cupboard. The apartment was for three people with three beds, one of which was a sofa that was very uncomfortable for sleeping in. It's a good thing there was a vacuum cleaner because after arriving, I had to vacuum and clean the cobwebs. Also, we would need a mop and some rags because the furniture and the stair railing were dirty. If you go with children, you know they will touch everything, even if it is not clean. So for this money, I've waited for a cleaner apartment with a well-equipped kitchen.
- Ana-maria (9/5): Superb -
- Tammie (8/5): Very pleasant short 3 day stay. Nice little apartment. Would rent again. - The host was exceptional in terms of communication. The level of cleanliness was superb. There were no sheets for the couch downstairs for my son to sleep nor was there an extra blanket. The instructions for the washing machine were not in a prominent place. Not all foreigners would know how to use it. Bed in living room was a little lanky.
- Saif (10/5): Pleasurable and comfy. - Clean room from the beginning.
Amenities available and cupboards filled with utensils. Standing fan was a god send as the weather was hot and uncomfortable.
Pictures shown was exactly as advertised. Wi-Fi wasn’t working first day but staff was accommodating and helped with the issue.
- Josef (3/5): The quality was really poor for requesest money. I don’t recommend it - Enough space
Good connection from the airport (STN), good connection to the center. Bed smell on corridor, all was shabby, bath in bed condition, big noice from street-we could not sleep. Location was not very good.
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Georgina (8/5): Very good -
- Marek (9/5): Superb - Space, localisation, equipment. Bed downstairs. There's a need to install a solid one.
- Amelia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Good value for money, nice and close to the underground. Fairly quiet, nothing fancy but was perfectly clean and comfy! Washing machine was a little quirky and kept turning itself off
- Judit (9/5): It was ok - Close to the underground and Aldi, Salesburry Because of the "roadview", the apartmant was a little bit load, becsületes of the temperature the Windows has to be open.
Two blanket by bed, not one big for two person
- Pearl (7/5): Good - The comfortable bed and it was very well facilitated
- Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was near..train station, bus station and underground..near centrum of London. Nice quiet place Just poor wifi for music 😀
- Kasia (8/5): Very good -
- Kevlar1968 (9/5): Brilliant Studio, perfect central location, terrible noise problem - We stayed in Studio 9 (It has the red and grey sofa). The studio has absolutely everything you need for weekend stay or a long holiday.
Ideal size kitchen, nice power shower, comfy sofa and bed and plenty of storage space.
The studio had no WIFI which i don't see as a problem, anyone who has a mobile phone can use their data and link it as a hotspot to laptops or TV's so i don't see why hosts need to provide WIFI, that i see is just a bonus if you do get it, it shouldn't be expected.
Great location for concerts (Next stop on Metropolitan line is Wembley Park from Finchley Road), great location for central London (Next stop on Metropolitan line the other way is Baker Street).
Short walking distance to Camden Market and Finchley Road itself you couldn't ask for any more shops and eateries, brilliant.
To sum up the Studio on it's own was brilliant. Now for the negatives unfortunately.
Things that the studio needs:
An iron with a UK plug not a European plug as we couldn't use it
A pair of curtains instead of just one single curtain that just covers the window.
A tall vertical fan for when the room is hot or warm. Due to the main road outside if you try to sleep with the window open you just can't as there is traffic on it 24 hours a day as it is a main road. On all 4 nights of our stay it was warm and we didn't get much sleep.
Also not sure if it was another guest or someone who lives in the building but there were about 30 youngsters between 18-22 outside the front main door of building for at least 90 mins (11pm till 12.30am)back and forth a room in the building on the next floor above ours. Think they may have been French and it was a real pain as they were very loud beneath our window shouting and singing for all that time and loud up and down the stairs.
Also unfortunately for us directly beneath the window there was main water pipes being taken up a replaced on the road, we had drilling and diggers and workmen from about 7am till 11pm for all 4 days of our stay, it's lucky we spend all our day out but again this wasn't the hosts fault but a warning before arriving may have been helpful or if knowing there is road works going on the host could stop the studios from being rented out during that time as it will only gain a negative response.
You can't control noise or people outside of your own room but that was the main problem for us, noise and nothing more.
- Simona (8/5): Very good -
- Sahfy (6/5): Good stay would stay again - Very near station Very loud outside to sleep
- Mohammed (8/5): Overall, it was good. I will comeback to same Comfy2 - Location No air-conditioning in the room
- Sophie (8/5): great location. helpful staff - everything nothing
- Sophie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stuart (8/5): good - picking up keys- they were very flexible, excellent location, well connected, close to supermarkets needed a few more pots, bottle opener, can opener and the room was hot, difficult to cool
- Marlis (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - I was given the address of 293 Finchley Road, the address is 291 Finchley Road, not easy trying to enter the wrong building. The apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms, it is in fact 1 bedroom
- Hwei (7/5): Good -
