Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Additional guests will be considered a serious breach of house rules and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Hosting parties, gatherings, or events is strictly prohibited. If a party or excessive noise results in complaints from neighbors, the body corporate, or police involvement, this will be treated as a major breach of house rules. Consequences include full bond forfeiture, an additional charge of AUD 3000, and immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure.
Please note that if security is required to attend the property, the first call-out will incur a fee of AUD 250. A second call-out will result in an AUD 500 fee and immediate eviction from the property, with no refund.

- Murray (9/5): Highlight of my month! Will be back!! - Amazing fit out! The place is stunning and in a great location. Love that it is dog friendly and the hosts were really helpful. Just needed clearer instructions on where the key was. It's hidden away - which is understandable but I was looking for a post and it's just on a wall! The lift wasn't working which was a bit annoying - but nothing these guys can do about it!!!
- Dior (5/5): Passable - Good location and very clean, had everything we needed etc The building of the apartment is very run down and old, lift did not work so getting everything inside was a mission. Needed manual keys for every door, couldn’t “buzz up” each other when going for a walk etc.
Unfortunately the booking experience was very disappointing with bad communication, no phone number that gets answered etc and took weeks to confirm and get back to us. Our first attempt at the booking got cancelled with no communication - was really frustrating. Just a whole lot of automated messages and no real help :(
- Elijah (7/5): Good - Good location, nicely renovated apartment Very dated building, operated by an Airbnb business who demands a lot of extra not expected when booking through Booking.com. $500 deposit added on, full questionnaire on everyone's age and what you intend to be doing there. Too many threats about how you'll lose your bond, ie being too noisy or not taking your shoes off inside (despite a $190 cleaning fee for a 1 night stay) 3rd party ID verification program that can be clunky, again with threats that the booking will be cancelled without refund if ID not verified within 48 hours of the booking.
