Pietrzak (3/5): Jestem rozczarowana obsługą - Próba rozwiązania brudnego apartamentu ( zaproponowano że możemy zostawić klucze w skrytce i przyjdzie pani sprzątająca i posprząta ) nie skorzystaliśmy, powinno być to zrobione prze naszym przyjazdem Apartament znajduje się na 5 piętrze bez windy, klatka schodowa bardzo wąska, wieczorem można się jej przestraszyć. Na miejscu nie było posprzątane zostały śmieci oraz niedojedzone jedzenie. Klimatyzacja w 2 pokojach nie działała a noce były zimne, w zamian był 1 grzejnik elektryczny. W łazience brak rolety/zasłony na okno, Więc jeżeli siadało się na toalecie to sąsiedzi mogli oglądać. W łazience są 2 umywalki z czego 1 nie działa i leje się z niej wodospad wody do szafki. W apartamencie zostały klucze mimo zgłoszeniu tego do osoby odpowiedzialnej niestety nie udało nam się ich odebrać bo nikt tam nie przyszedł, zaproponowano wysyłkę o ile je znajdą (leżały na szafce w przedpokoju) końcowi je wysłali i otrzymaliśmy je po prawie 2 tygodniach. Niestety w tak długim czasie trzeba było dorobić nowe klucze NIESTETY NIE MOGĘ DODAĆ WIWCEJ ZDJĘĆ !!!
