No microwave ( oven took forever to warm up) 5 night stay - coffee for only 2 nights (we bought and left extra) Only salt and pepper No paper towels (we bought and left extra) No hot pads No dish towels It was cold and no heat Location was very remote -
Brenda (8/5): We enjoyed Panzano and the surrounding area! - The size and furnishings were enjoyable. Proximity to Panzano My fault that I didn’t check that there was no washing machine. Also the only view ( which was beautiful) was standing and looking out the living room or kitchen window😩 no terrace views or balcony view. Just not the setting we were looking for.

maria (9/5): Weekend in Chianti - Appartamento pulito e arredato con cura, soluzione molto comoda per 4 persone grazie alla presenza di 2 bagni e di un bel soggiorno. Anche se non abbiamo mai incontrato l'host, la comunicazione via mail è stata veloce ed efficiente. In cucina mancano molti utensili indispensabili per potersi preparare da mangiare. Mancano i contenitori per poter fare la raccolta differenziata.

Sonya Hill (10/5): Definitely a Place to Stay - The accommodation is superb - beautiful rooms and bathrooms and lovely living room with a nice big TV with own account access to Netflix etc. Wifi great. Matteo was an absolute star. Location is excellent and 35 minute drive between Siena and Florence. Will definitely book again on return to Italy. Few small issues to be addressed but overall a great apartment.
Pötzsch (10/5): Toller und entspannter Familienurlaub. - Das Apartment ist toll eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Tolles Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Doppelbetten und 1 Küche mit allem Notwendigen. WLAN hat auch super funktioniert. Matteo als Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zentrale Lage im Chianti zwischen Florenz und Siena, jeweils gut 40 min mit dem Auto. Im Ort hat man alles was man braucht, Coop, Restaurants, Weingüter mit Verkauf, Apotheke und ein Shop mit lokalen Produkten (direkt hinter dem Apartment).
Galic (8/5): Great apartment with few "bugs". - The whole apartment looked and felt perfect. From the bathroom to the kitchen which was new. When they fix little things mentioned on the dislike tab, they will have a perfect place to be in. As is it's a perfect spot for roaming the Tuscany and they have a great olive oil shop near which is a must to visit. No wi-fi. It was there but you could not log in to it. Not tabs for the dishwasher. No paper towels in the kitchen. Not enough pots. And electricity is dependant on the apartment downstairs. All that said, these are bigginer problems that they have that will be remedied. We were there a weak and as such the longest staying in ther house. People running it are proffesional and when they fix this little "bugs" they'll be 10/10 for sure.
