• Shelagh (5/5): Disappointing because of noise and no aircon - Spacious studio. Good well equipped kitchenette. Decent bathroom. Washing machine (always a plus) and Netflix THERE ARE SEVERAL BIG PROBLEMS.: - 3 steep floors to climb with suitcases. Not too bad for us but will be taxing on older people - The Aircon does not work and the mobile one is not helping as the hot air outlet is in the room and it is impossible to have it outside. -We were obliged to leave the windows open (btw they let all the light in) so we had to listen to drunkards shouting in the night and the church bells every 15 minutes so all in all not a peaceful night and certainly not romantické

• Adela (9/5): Spacious and cosy stay - Very spacious and clean accommodation in the middle of the city centre. Flexible check-in due to a key locker. There was a coffee machine with capsules but unfortunately no sugar.
• Jiménez (10/5): El mejor apartamento del mundo - El mejor apartamento que me he quedado en mi vida, es impresionante lo cómodo, lo espacioso que es. Me hizo sentir como si estuviera en casa, sería capaz de decir que hasta más cómodo que mi casa. Lo mejor era cada mañana era despertar con el sol en la cara y con calor porwue los calentadores calientan espectacular. Lo recomiendo bastante, amén

• Andrea (9/5): Jinak to tu bylo skvělé👍 - Pokoj byl krásné vybaveny i uklizeny. Využili jsme i kuchyňku, která byla vybavena skromně, ale dostatečně. Navštívili jsme Hradec,když byly ty nejvyšší teploty a tento pokoj v podkroví byl i přes veškerou snahu majitelů ( mobilní klimatické) vyhřáté na max. První den jsme mysleli, ze umřeme, ale na druhý den , už to bylo lepší. Tento pokoj doporučuji spíše na zimu;) Ještě tam byly trochu cítit odpady, při vstupu do předsíně.

• Petra (9/5): Byli jsme moc spokojeni, rádi se zase ubytujeme - Vše bylo čisté, moc hezký apartmán. Cítili jsme se tu velmi dobře. Škoda, že kávovar doslova jen pomalu kape, takže nepoužitelný. Televize sice fungovala, ale nešlo na ní nic pustit. Android box nefungoval.

• Artur (9/5): Lokalizacja w samym sercu miast! - Kontakt z hostem wzorowy, bezproblemowo dostaliśmy się do mieszkania. Parking tuż pod obiektem za kilkanaście złotych na cały dzień. Mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze w zabytkowym kwartale kamienic. Wieczorami to idealne miejsce aby wystartować do lokalnej gastronomii. Mieszkanie wystarczająco duże i w pełni wyposażone. Dzwony kościelne fundowały codzienną pobudkę ;) łazienka i kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba. Mieszkanie czyste w idealnej lokalizacji. Jedyne nad czym trzeba popracować to klimatyzacja. Jednostka zewnętrzna dawała radę ale w przypadku opadów deszczu nie ma opcji wyprowadzenia rury na zewnątrz przez okno dachowe.

• Nanci (10/5): We would like to have stayed longer. For us the experience was a 10 out of 10! - Honza is a warm, generous and thoughtful host. After traveling from London, Paris, Zurich and through Austria we were thrilled to stay at Honza's beautiful attic apartment on the Old City Square. Location is excellent with many choices for delicious meals within minutes walking. For us the experience was wonderful and filled with cherished memories. Thank you Honza and team! Everything was perfect.
• Sławomir (8/5): Unforgettable experience... - I have a lot of trouble in a fair assessment of this place - on the one hand the apartment is very large and comfortable, located in a beautiful old town house on the Hradec Kralove market, but on the other hand - you can't sleep well, because the bells from a nearby church ring all night every 15 minutes ( !!! ), e.g. at midnight up to 16 times ( !!! ). So judge for yourself whether it's worth or not. Certainly an unforgettable experience... No elevator, and third floor, so good shape is needed, especially with heavy luggage. And these bells...

• David (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect! I travel often to Hradec Kralove for work, the hotels are often not so nice, so this time I thought I could try a new place. The pictures were looking very luxurious, the price was the lowest I could find in Booking, and the situation cannot be better, just in the main square! So I booked. The host contacted me for telling me how to find the keys. Superfriendly, without problems and very flexible for me, which I need If I come connecting several trains. The room was on the 3rd floor, superbright. Exactly like in the pictures. Very luxurious. The apartment may be recently renewed, everything looked like in a 5 stars hotel + penthouse. Extreemely clean. Big TV. Superclean kitchen, not even water stains. Bed big and comfortable. I am still amazed. Internet was very fast. I was curious so I did a speed test. 50/20, faster than at my place. For leaving also without problems: just close the door. For sure I will come back

• Yelena (10/5): Enjoyable stay in the heart of the city. - Great location and all facilities are in perfect condition. We used public parking (not for free, but cheap) on the square in front of the building. The host provided detailed instructions to obtain the keys upon arrival, and everything worked flawlessly. The building is old (which is fantastic), but it implies that you must take the stairs. The apartment is right under the roof, so that it may become hot, but air-conditioning works well.
