La proximité des plages et commerces La tranquillité Il faudrait des rideaux occultant a l'étage avec la lumière du jour cest a dire 6 h les enfants sont réveillés. La clim serait appréciée aussi a l'étage, il y a bien des ventilateurs mais c'est bruyant.
