• Soraya (4/5): Incomoda - La estancia en este alojamiento ha sido muy incómoda y nada recomendable. Desde el primer momento se nota la falta de cuidado general en el apartamento. Las camas son extremadamente incómodas, lo que hizo imposible descansar bien durante la noche. Los sofás tampoco se quedan atrás: igual de incómodos y claramente desgastados por el uso. El mobiliario es antiguo y está bastante deteriorado, dando una sensación de abandono y poca atención al mantenimiento. Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en los electrodomésticos, que estaban sucios y poco higiénicos. En general, la experiencia ha sido muy negativa. No repetiría ni lo recomendaría, ya que no cumple con unos estándares mínimos de confort y limpieza.

• Jane (1/5): Stay away - Nothing The thilthy apartement, with other peoples dirty clothes in the wardrobe, grubby windows, fridge that didn't work, broken hob with sharp glass. Offered to move us as it was so bad but then demanded another £92. We had no where else to stay.

Pool area big and clean couple of sun loungers and chairs The apartment needs to be updated flet like it was the first time to be let out. one part of the wardrobe was full of owners stuff sitting room old and needs to be upgraded to a hoilday standard if they continue to let out .flet like owner moved out for a week Iand I moved in

• Rachel (8/5): We had a lovely time, it was great value for money and it had everything we needed for our stay. - The location was perfect for us. Everything was within walking distance. We loved the swimming pool. The place felt very secure as it was a gated complex. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back again.
• Kirsty (1/5): Bad - Location was close to the new town No hot water or heating for 2 days, it was like my great grandparents apartment, very uncomfortable beds, with poor bedding, very cold at night used the blankets, but I wouldn’t give them to my dogs, same towel for 9 nights had to buy some beach towels, arrived Xmas eve so had to wash in the sink with cold water for 2 days as the office was closed. No apology from the office when we told them. Boiler was broken. Very dissatisfied with accommodation I think a hostel would have been better, if it wasn’t Xmas we would have left, plastic cover on bed that scrunched ever time you moved and I slept on a camp bed thing. Wouldn’t recommend to future guests

• Amy (8/5): Great value for money in a safe & secure gated community. - Rinconada Real is a self catering complex ,everything you could need was in the apartment including washing machine. The toaster, however , could have done with replacing. We stayed in 238 which was above some shops & the only access was by stairs which had a bearing on how many times we entered & left the apartment as we are both in our seventies. We did though make the most of our stay & couldn't fault the premises or the staff. Please be aware ,anyone with mobility problems , there are no properties with lifts & no charging points for mobility scooter. If you have all your faculties though this is a great place to stay, pretty close to everywhere ,shops ,nightlife & 15 minutes easy walk to the beach.. Prices very reasonable ,go & enjoy this very well kept complex .

• Dean (8/5): A hidden little gem off the beaten track - Very secure complex, everything you could possibly need in the apartment itself. Really polite, friendly staff member looking after the apartments.
• Joyce (10/5): just couldn’t fault it - In great location , it was clean and spacious offered lots of extras. staff were super friendly and felt really secure due to metal shutters and locked gates really couldn’t fault it. the tiled stairs very slippy if wearing socks , Decor was tired but for price paid couldn’t expect more

• Debra (10/5): We loved the location - The location was spot on, we felt very safe, it was like being in a small village. We are looking at booking again for march, it was in a quiet area but not to far from the hussle and bustle of the benidorm nightlife. There was nothing to dislike
