• Samia (1/5): The worst experience considering how much we paid. The only good thing was the convenient location. - Location was good. The wifi did not work at all times even after they claimed to have fixed the issue. The shower drained was completely clogged and the washroom was flooded every time we would turn the shower on as the water would not go down.
• Zhou (1/5): No good - dislike 1. I don't like the landlord. There is a parking space at the door of the house. I just asked, and he immediately drove his car to the door and said that if I need to park, I need to pay extra. Two days later, he said that my car was parked outside. You monitor me every day, how could you not know that it is not my car? 2. The bed moves and the sheets smell.

• Lucy (5/5): I wouldn't stay here again as I felt my doing so was an inconvenience to the owners. - The owner's, I believe daughter, kindly helped me out to unlock the door as an 'alarm' went off with my not being able to access the room. I went through our messages on Booking.com and couldn't find one with the key code for entry. I therefore sent a WhatsApp message on my day of arrival around 11am asking to be sent it. I had to message again to ask around 4pm. around 5pm the owner replied they'd messaged it on booking.com, which yes, they had, but not until AFTER I chased. I'm sorry but I just felt overall, other than the kind daughter, communication was not customer friendly, it felt as though I were being treated as though I'm stupid!
• Malcolm (8/5): A very good studio apt. Attention to detail would make it perfect. - The location was excellent for my purposes. It was also near a tube staion and shops & restaurants. I really liked the bathroom. There were kitchen facilities with tea and coffee. The host was helpful. I was disappointed that there was no soap in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was an excellent bathroom. I was disappointed that the USB charging sockets didn't work. I was disappointed that there was no internet, although the TV and my smartphone could connect to the router by Wi-Fi. I was disappointed that the TV had no aerial, so no free terrestrial channels. It was a smart TV with mostly paid channels. I'm sure that the host would have resolved the issues, had I asked but I preferred to relax with what I had.
• Julia (6/5): Good - Location was good, it was clean and comfortable and in a quiet area WIFI not good, could have done with another mirror in the room and not just in the bathroom
• Mona (10/5): It’s nice visiting but people are not nice - I had a wonderful experience staying in this airbnb but I had an issue with the staff they was very rude and disrespectful and I didn’t like their behaviour it was not professional at all and they were shouting at us in a bad manner. As a airbnb host your suppose to make your guests feel welcome and comfortable. I had a late checkout and they made very big fuss there was no need to shout and be rude they could have been polite about it. We was going to extend our stay but we didn’t like the attitude they brought to us.

• Clearine (8/5): A good budget stay option. - The property is on the ground floor level and thus is easily accessible. It is spacious enough for a couple or one person. It is a very good temporary place but they don't pay attention to the small details. There is a TV that did not work on my last day due to internet issues ( not the fault of the host), a mini-fridge, microwave, dishes/pots, etc. AC would be nice but there is a fan. I stayed there 3 times and in 2 of the 3, there were random hairs around the apt including the bedside drawers. The last time I was there, the pillows and blanket smelled sweaty. There was hardly any tissue in the kitchen. I asked for one and the one given was not clean. Wish they would give more than 1 towel set. They probably would if I asked, but I dislike having to reach out to the host unless it's an emergency or an absolute need.

• Nethack47 (10/5): A short return to London visiting friends and touristing in London now that we don't live here. - The studio is independent from the host house and done up to a high standard.\ Double bed and small kitchen can be used for most purposes. The hosts where helpful and attentive. It is not far to Gants Hill tubestation. There was no table or chairs so we had to sit on the bed with our cups of tea. Street parking is not allowed. We didn't have anything much to complain about since it was really well setup for a weekend trip.
• Clearine (8/5): affordable with a comforable bed - The location is great. It's close to the train station, buses, restaurants and shops. The bed was quite comfortable and it was mostly quiet. There were some loud noises just behind the bathroom a few times, but that was not enough to disturb my stay. My hosts were pleasant and helpful when I got locked out. There wasn't a chair to sit on. They can add some folding chairs for comfort. Also, there were stray straight hairs all over the floor and walls (kitchen and bathroom). Quite an awkward design with the bed next to the main door and then the kitchen next to the bathroom.

A small but lovely studio .. perfect for overnight trips to East London in a great location just 10 minutes from the tube. The off road parking space right outside the door was so convenient.
