• Adrian (6/5): Rozczarowany - Całkiem dobra lokalizacja oraz wyposażenie. Niezgodność zdjęć w ogłoszeniu do tego co zastałem w rzeczywistości. Niestety miał być klimatyczny apartament z historią i pięknym drewnianym sufitem a zastałem biały sufit. Załączone zdjęcia są poglądowe, poprawione przez AI Niestety nie zrobiłem osobiście zdjęć. Może zmobilizuje to obsługę/właścicieli do uaktualnienia zdjęć.

• Jakub (8/5): We were generally happy with our stay and can recommend appartment (just having one small caveat) - The apartment was ok, it had everything we needed. The option to get into appartment via online keys is good, as its very flexible option. The apartment more or less matched what we saw on the pictures. The location of the apparment is also ok as its pretty close to metro and bus stations. There are lots of restaurants nearby, shops etc, so there is pretty much everything what you need. The appartment was clean. The equipment in the kitchen was also good. There is really only one thing I can argue about - it was a suprise to me that 1 day before arrival, I was asked to pay additional 30 euro for insurance, which I wasnt aware about. This information is included on the booking offer on the last picture, which was even not loading for me at all (it worked on the other phone). I think information like that needs to be more transparent and visible on the offer, not hidden somewhere on the picture. As for the appartment itself, one thing I can slightly moan about was chairs - they could be much more comfortable - of course its not a hudge problem if you spend most of the time outside of appartment.

• Inese (8/5): - Good location, near the metro, clean, quiet apartment. in addition to the indicated price, booking had to pay another 43 euros for tourist tax and mysterious insurance. therefore, if these costs had been known in advance, I would have looked for an apartment closer to the center for the same costs. in addition, I had to scan documents via the internet, describe in detail where I was from, addresses, etc. the link didn't really work to enter nationality, I had to press it about 10 times, the link didn't accept it, but it didn't let me go further either.. I don't understand why I have to solve such problems if I've come to rest...

• Diego (1/5): - Llegamos alrededor de la 5pm al lugar, la reserva ya estaba pagada. El código de la puerta de entrada, pero el código de la habitación no. Intentamos contactar, se demoraron 40 minutos en respondernos y más de una hora y media en dar una solución, que consistía esperar otra hora a una persona que venía a arreglar el sistema. Por ello les informamos que nos íbamos a ir y nos dijeron que pidiéramos la cancelación en Booking. Dos horas y medias más tarde de eso, me vuelven a escribir que ya está arreglada la puerta y que no me pueden dar la cancelación por las políticas de Booking (de acuerdo a las cuáles me devolvían solo una noche). Después de aclararles que la situación no estaba cubierta por las políticas de booking, ya que la cancelación no sucedió porque yo lo deseara sino porque ellos no proveyeron el servicio contratado, accedieron a reembolsarme. Alguien que no insiste, le cobran. Negocio redondo.

It’s not difficult, but this should have been clearly stated in the instructions. Opening the doors via quick links without installing the app does not work. We were with a child, and it was stressful to have to deal with this right at the apartment door outside. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The building has lift, and the apartment all the amenities mentioned. The smell of cigarette outside of the apartment. And should be a manual way to entrance to the property. I cannot activate my rooming on time so without internet I couldn’t access the first time. Also for elderly people or someone that isn’t familiar with technology could be hard.

Okna strasznie nieszczelne - zimą przez szersze niż 1 cm szpary szybko wychładzały się pomieszczenia - problem zwłaszcza z drzwiami balkonowymi. Na szczęście są grzejniki i można było dogrzać.

• Barbora (9/5): Lovely Stay - Everything was clean, nice, and organised. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were not missing. Neither trash bags and dish soap. The view was lovely and it wasn't loud inside. The staff was kind and helped us to store our luggage on our last day. The customer service was indeed exceptional :) Location was perfect as it's the midpoint between the airport and Sagrada Família. We had a lovely stay and we for sure recommend this place to other travellers! The heater in our room didn't work (other ones did). As it was January, we were cold and had to sleep in our hoodies. One more mirror for the girlies would be essential, but that's only a small detail, which is not crucial. The floor is cold, I recommend thick socks or flipflops :)

But accessing the site was horrible, and we had one key to share. - Could not enter the property as the relevant email we needed had not been sent or received. We had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone, which made us late for an event. The way to enter the property. Having to have an email to swipe to unlock was no good as we could not connect to local wifi. There was only one key available inside for two of us.

The pictures make the apartment seem new and stylish, but it was in an extremely shabby condition. Much of the furniture and decoration was missing or falling apart. The floor and kitchen table were dirty when we arrived. The kitchen was very under equipped. There were no cleaning products except dish liquid, knives all bent. The kitchen window was broken.

• Juan Bautista (10/5): Buen apartamento, lo recomiendo. - El estado del apartamento en general era muy bueno y estaba realmente limpio, destacar especialmente la terraza que teníamos que le daba mucha vida al apartamento. El precio fue muy ajustado teniendo en cuenta que nuestra estancia coincidió con el Sonar y Barcelona estaba a reventar. A parte de todo esto, los gestores del apartamentos fueron extremádamente comunicativos y me resolvieron todas las dudas.

I like design of the apartment . The way of opening the doors a bit complicated and must have constant access to the Internet . When you battery is flat becomes a problem. The one bed was falling over , reported looks like broke .the chair was broke in the lounge -reported on the email. Bed was wonky but mattresses was very nice
• Mariana (9/5): Bem localizado e equipado, mas acima disso uma comunicação eficiente com o anfitrião - O apartamento tinha tudo o que era necessário e estava bem equipado. Inclusive tinha produtos de higiene à disposição (shampo, gel de banho, acondicionador). Na cozinha tinhamos saco do lixo, esponja e detergente para a loiça. As camas eram confortáveis e o anfitrião foi extremamente prestável — respondeu rapidamente e resolveu um problema técnico quando ao ligar uma torradeira o quadro elétrico foi abaixo. Essa situação fez com que as tomadas deixassem de funcionar e, possivelmente, também influenciou o termoacumulador (ficámos com água fria uma manhã). Nesse mesmo dia resolveu o problema e entregou-nos uma torradeira nova. A comunicação foi sempre fácil e eficiente. Pelo que considero isto uma experiência bastante positiva. Um aspeto menos positivo é o isolamento sonoro, porque se ouve os vizinhos, mas é uma questão estrutural do edifício. A limpeza geral da casa estava bem! Mas reparámos que os colchões estavam um pouco manchados, único aspeto possível de melhorar!

• michelle (8/5): Nice Stay in Barcelona - The location was not far from the metro. Plenty of places to eat near by. We appreciated having an elevator to get our luggage up 4 floors. Decent size towels. The patio was nice even thought it only fit a chair. The market is only 2 blocks away. Tv didn't work, Need a little more seating for 4 people. There is no sheets in the rooms so we used the duvet as a sheet. The bedrooms get hot and only one fan was working.

• Mariia (8/5): Comfortable apartment, well equipped, but with a few things to be improved - Well equipped kitchen and a comfortable apartment in general as we stayed there for one week, cooked a few times, used washing machine, spent some time really at home and could understand how comfortable the apartment is for longer stays. It is comfortable for one week and you won't miss almost anything there! From clothespins and a drying rack to many necessary kitchen utensils needed for basic cooking. So a big advantage! A frying pan is to be replaced for a new one. It would be good to have a lid for that pan. A bed in a master bed seemed a bit too smal and tight l for us. Sound isolation is not the best one in the apartment. If you would open any windows, sometimes you would hear your neighbors at night or early in the morning. However, I don't know what exactly can be done here. Because of the bed and that sometimes poor sound isolation your sleep quality might be below average. In general the apartment might benefit from some refreshment (some things look a bit worn out and it would be good to replace them by new items).

• Deividas (9/5): - The apartment was quite spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed during our vacation. There's also a metro station nearby, from which you can get wherever you need to go.

Беше много приятно сутрин да си пием кафето там и да се радваме на папагалчетата в клоните на дърветата, а вечер да пием вино на прохлада. Близо е до спирка на метрото, което също е много важно. Някои от съседите бяха шумни, когато се прибираха късно вечер.

Apartment has an elavators which helps in case you have big luggages. Well equiped with all necessary stuff to stay for a long period including kitchenwares and washing machine. Great support from property manager. Firm mattress in case you like medium to soft versions. Some noise from neighbours. However, might be only subject to the days we were there.

Localização com metrô próxima. Fotos não correspondiam à realidade. Sem armários para acomodar roupas. Banheiro não tinha onde pendurar toalhas, box com rachaduras, sem prateleira para colocar sabonete, ducha escorregava do suporte, piso do box escorregadio, sem barra de apoio. Luz sobre a mesa não acendia. Dificuldade para comunicação com o proprietário do alojamento, não consegui encaminhar fotos do check out, conforme orientação de e-mail, chat não entrou.

There are several restaurants or cafes nearby Can't really think of anything. Maybe lack of external-facing windows in the bedrooms? But that's not really an issue

We left both of your keys in the basket on the table where we found them. We closed your windows. Thank you for everything.The things we liked were; cleanliness, natural structure, simplicity of the items, not enough, the treats you left for us were very nice. Since we were only 4 women, the bathroom was incomplete for morning preparations, and a full-length mirror was needed. It would be better if the rooms were the same.

• Tina (9/5): Overall the appartment was cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. - Appartment was very big, well equiped. Located in safe area of Barcelona surrounded with bars and restaurants. Metro station is 7 min walking away (cca 30 min with metro to center). Entrance in the app was very easy, just following the instructions on the email. Beds in the kids room are very noisy and not so comfortable. I would recommend a sunscreen in the living room and also one on the window next to the entrance (there is a light on the floor all night and can be very disturbing for sleeping).

• Blenti (10/5): Perfect Family Stay in a Great Location – Highly Recommended! - We had an amazing 8-night stay at this apartment in Barcelona and could not recommend it highly enough! We were travelling as three generations – myself, my children, and their grandmother – and it suited all of us perfectly. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro and well connected to the city centre and all main attractions. The neighbourhood felt safe and family-friendly, even when walking back in the evenings, and there were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making everything very convenient. The apartment itself was cosy, spotless, and very comfortable for a longer stay. We really appreciated the warm welcome on arrival, complete with a thoughtful treat, which made us feel instantly at home. Communication with the hosts was always easy and prompt, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was the ideal place for a family trip, with great amenities, a wonderful location, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We would happily return and are giving the maximum rating – highly recommended for families and not only!
• Kate (6/5): Pleasant - The door to the balcony didn't close well so we had to put a chair in front of the door so we felt a little more safe. Checking in didn't go well at al because the code didn't work and they told us the wrong information about our room.

It features two separate rooms along with a shared kitchen and dining area, providing ample space and convenience. The location is ideal, with a plethora of restaurants, shops, and a market right on your doorstep. Plus, the metro is just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.
• Ibra (9/5): Very great with minor downpoint - There was everything necessary. With équipements such as toastors, fans, an iron, and much more The only downpoint is the lack of noise cancelation. We could hear the neighbors going up and down the stairs and laughing from out beds…
