- Estella (5/5): Good for one night,and misleading pictures - Location was great, right in the centre of everything. Staff were friendly and helped us check in very late at night, overall the room was very clean and had good facilities. As other reviews have stated, this is based in a shop. It’s extremely loud, with sounds from reception and other floors coming up the stairs all hours. Bed was extremely hard with weird lumps in it, and creaked a lot. There were no windows either, and the photo on booking.com of the nice view is actually from the restaurant. We also paid for laundry here which came back all screwed up so all our clothes were really creased. This was also the most we paid for laundry in Vietnam!

You can still do shopping as it’s ground floor is a mart selling all sorts of souvenirs, bags, clothing etc. washing machine and dryer provided on 7th floor, customer service was helpful and efficient , right in the heart of Sapa central - great place to enjoy night life The apartment rooms felt damp due to weather, mold and lack of ventilation. The kitchen sink could have been cleaned better.. breakfast included means cook yr own as eggs, bread,instant noodles provided

The entire lobby of the hotel was operating as gift shop/knockoff clothing store, and the store wasn't even properly setup so there was stock EVERYWHERE. Our first room was located by the elevator, which conveniently also has an open staircase down to the lobby/hawkers emporium. On the first night we had an awful sleep due to the elevator and the open staircase. The halls are fully tiled so everything echoes. When we finally got back to sleep, we were woken up at 4am by employees talking AND PLAYING MUSIC right outside the elevator. There was only one window in the room... the bathroom. We got moved rooms after the first night. The only window in that room that was funtional opened to a hallway connecting to another room. Neither room looked like the pictures on their listing. Do not recommend staying here.

Difficulty communicating with the staff because they don't know English 2. I was required to remind the staff to replace towels and soaps, and to organize the room 3. The room wasn't completely similar to the pictures in Booking, like it's another hotel 4. The room's maintenance is very poor, with leakage and lack of sealing of the windows, so water entered the room during the rains and I refused for 2 suggested rooms that they showed me.

Attention à bien vérifier cela avant de réserver. Les draps n’avaient pas l’air très propres, le lit était rigide, et les équipements sont vieillissants. L’isolation sonore est inexistante, nous avions une chambre à côté de l’ascenseur et nous entendions tout le monde, passer, discuter et le claquage des portes. Certes, l’hôtel n’est pas cher pour les Français, mais il vaut mieux rajouter un petit peu et trouver un meilleur hôtel.

Waschmaschine und Trockner waren nicht im Apartment, jedoch in der Nähe aufgestellt und zugänglich. Es ist in diesem Teil des Gebäudes etwas lauter zugegangen, leider auch Nachts. Eine Kommunikation in Englisch ist fast unmöglich bzw. nur über Handy App möglich.

I have not found a hotel like this. The receptionist’s treatment of the hotel provides you with complete hospitality that I have not found in any other hotel, such as apples, Indomie, some spices, and plenty of water. We may have language barrier but they did their best to accommodate us. They even upgraded our room which is super nice. They gave noodles, veggies, fruits and lotssss of water for our stay for free since we don't have breakfast. The location is superb! Very close to Sa Pa Station and center so it is easy to navigate. And during our checkout, they even gave us 2 jars of candies as a thank you for staying with them, which was super thoughtful. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Sa Pa! We definitely enjoyed our stay. ☺️ The elevator is a little bit sketchy because it closes and open super slow and there were times when it smelled like pee. Maybe some drunk dude peed on it or something which is gross.
- Mitos (10/5): Exceptional - The location was super convenient - right in the city center and just a 5-minute walk from SaPa Station. The hotel totally exceeded our expectations! Our first room the one on the 6th flr, was already spacious enough for 7 people (just like in the photos), but the next day, they moved us to an even bigger room on the 9th flr - the one we actually booked. (Totally forgot to take pictures, though!) The hotel has a lift, which was really helpful for seniors and PWD's. One thing we really loved was that all the beds in our first room had mattress heaters. Since SaPa gets really cold at night, it made a huge difference and helped us sleep comfortably. In the second room (on the 9th flr, the one we originally booked), a few beds didn’t have mattress heaters but it wasn't a big deal. You might also hear a bit of noise from the neighborhood until around 10 or 11 PM, but it quiets down after that - nothing too bothersome. And as a sweet gesture, they even gave us some local treats when we checked out - such a thoughtful touch! – They do accept credit card payments, but it’s charged per day, which isn’t very practical since there’s a 3% fee for each transaction. – It was a bit of a hassle to repack all our bags and luggage just to move to another room, although the staff did help us carry everything over, which we appreciated.
- Joy (10/5): A must place to stay in the heart of Sapa center - It has the perfect location being in the heart of Sapa center and it is very accessible. The apartment is very spacious and you will feel like you are home. I highly recommend it for those looking for family or group stay. Lien assisted us even before coming to Sapa. She speaks English very well and helped us a lot. It offers free laundry too. They also have hotel rooms in the same building. Currently there is no intercom in the apartment so you need to go down the lobby whenever you need something.
- Brita (6/5): The location and the room set up was great, but it had a few issues for the price. - Big spaces in the apartments. Good location to walk everywhere. Nice beds. Good views. Nice to have a washing machine to access but I did think I had one in my own room and not to share with every room. That was unclear in the listing. Windows leaked condensation and all over the floor and luggage. Smell of mould. Was difficult to communicate with any of the staff.

They provide the breakfast ingredients and you can cook yourself in the apartment. Just having difficulty speaking to the staff due to language barrier. But overall, its very pleasant. we miss sapa already. We have to tell the staff every day to clean our room.

- Hugh (7/5): Good - Great staff, location, bathroom facilities were fantastic Unfortunately no window in room, door doesn’t block noise from outside room and a lot of noise at late hours in corridor so hard to sleep
