Dans la mezzanine, le matelas est surdimensionné par rapport au lit, impossible de dormir sur les extrémités. Comme il s’agit d’une mezzanine ouverte sur le séjour avec parquet en bois, il n’y a pas beaucoup d’intimité. Une climatisation dans la chambre au rez-de-chaussée extrêmement bruyante et inefficace que nous avons dû débrancher (heureusement que nous étions en avril, nous n’en avions pas besoin). J’ai averti le responsable que la climatisation était en panne et ils ont été très réactif en désirant envoyer une personne. Nous avons néanmoins refusé car comme je l’ai dit précédemment, nous n’en avions pas besoin. Malgré tout, le responsable voulait absolument venir avec des personnes et nous a demandé si nous pouvions être présents à l’appartement. Nous n’avons absolument rien compris sur le but réel de cette visite. Nous avons eu l’impression que c’était plus sur la présentation de l’appartement à 2 personnes, alors que nous pensions que c’était pour la climatisation (peut-être un problème de communication car le responsable ne parlait pas français et nous très mal l’anglais). Le fait que l’appartement soit au rez-de-chaussée peut paraître déstabilisant. Cela ne nous a pas particulièrement gêné même si des véhicules d’entreprises stationnaient devant la porte fenêtre. Présence de travaux pendant notre séjour avec le bruit qui va avec.

• Nadine (7/5): Geräumige Wohnung, zetrale Lage, ruhig - Geräumige Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage, trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Praktisch ist auch der Zugang im Parterre ohne Treppen (in der Wohnung selber ist das zweite Zimmer jedoch nur über eine Treppe erreichbar). Küche und Bad sind modern. Der Check-in-Prozess ist unnötig kompliziert. Vor der Anreise erhält man sehr viele E-Mails mit der Aufforderung zur Online-Registrierung. Jeder einzelne Gast muss Vorder- und Rückseite seines Ausweises hochladen sowie zusätzlich ein Selfie machen und alle persönlichen Daten angeben. Auch die Touristensteuer muss im Voraus bezahlt werden. Trotz dieses aufwendigen Prozesses waren die Informationen zum Zugang zur Wohnung sehr spärlich. Ich musste mehrere Nachrichten schreiben und dreimal anrufen, um herauszufinden, wie wir in die Wohnung gelangen. Das machte die Ankunft recht mühsam. Die Einrichtung wirkt nicht besonders hochwertig, Betten und Kissen sind eher hart. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr hell und wenig gemütlich. Die bodentiefen Fenster haben nur Nachvorhänge, die sich nicht richtig öffnen lassen, und es gibt keine Tagesvorhänge – dadurch fühlt man sich etwas ausgestellt, da man von außen hineinschauen kann. Außerdem war es in der Wohnung ziemlich kalt, und wir konnten die Heizung nicht selbst regulieren. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, sie sei bereits auf 24 °C eingestellt, was der tatsächlichen Raumtemperatur offensichtlich nicht entsprach.

• Rita Sepali (3/5): Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - L’appartamento sarebbe molto carino e in una posizione comoda Il modo di fare molto scortese e la gestione dei problemi da parte dei proprietari: la Signora si è inventata delle cose non vere e ha modificato a suo favore la situazione con Booking pur di non andare incontro al cliente. È dovuto intervenire il Servizio Clienti di Booking che si è ingiustamente accollato il problema: noi avevamo richiesto uno sconto su una notte dati gli svariati inconvenienti. Problemi avuti: nessuno che effettua il check in di persona, per cui possono poi inventarsi cosa vogliono sulle condizioni dell’appartamento; internet non funzionante; problemi con il riscaldamento; difficile comunicazione con i proprietari e mancata gestione degli imprevisti -risposte nei giorni feriali anche dopo svariate ore-.

L’hôte a été très attentif pendant toute la durée de notre séjour Tout était très bien mais il est vrai qu’il faisait très froid dans l’appartement et nous devions à chaque fois demander à l’hôte de l’allumer car pas possible de le faire nous directement.

• Carmen (8/5): Good but couldn’ve been better. - We had coffee and it was very clean. We didn’t find any windows that we could’ve had opened so the air wasn’t quite fresh. There were 2 big ACs but we as a family don’t really tolerete it so it wasn’t the perfect acomodation for us.

Restaurants, markets and bar very close. The window blinds for the ones that like to sleep in total darkness can be a challenge.

• Crinag (6/5): We wouldn't come back - It is close to public transport. The access in the apartment is directly from the outside, so it felt very unsafe. Maybe the purpose of this place was to be a store or an office. The apartment is smaller than it looks in pictures. One of the beds was too short, the other had a mattress bigger than the bedframe. The stairs are very badly designed, they are a hazard, you can easily hit your head if you don't pay attention. The price was too high for what this place had to offer.

• Cheryl (8/5): Great location - The location was excellent with proximity to taxis, bars and restaurants. It was clean and quiet. It felt very safe The photos made the apartment look larger and more spacious. The staircase was a bit of a hazard. The upstairs had very little privacy. Lighting could have been better. The key can be found in a lockbox on a nearby fence which was a bit odd.
• Yana (10/5): Comfortable and cozy apartment, very friendly and supporting manager of the property. - The apartment is very good, very well equipped, we were provided with coffee capsules and small bottles of water as a welcome gift. Our flight was a very early one and the manager of the property agreed to get our backpacks at the apartment once the cleaning lady was there, even though the check-in was after 15.00. For us this was really important, because it would have been very difficult to go sight-seeing with all the stuff on our shoulders all the day. The process of check-in and check-out is organized via self-check box, and the manager Fabrizio provided us guidance and short video how to find the property (even though this was quite easy). Nothing, everything was great.

• Lardner (10/5): Good place in a great location - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the place, and it was an incredible experience. The apartment was conveniently furnished and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, which was a great convenience. The location was ideal, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Public transportation was easily accessible, making it simple to get around the city. The host was welcoming and responsive, providing all the necessary information for a smooth check-in and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I recommend the place to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay. My stay was really good, and I have nothing negative to say.
