• Karla (10/5): Close to new mexico and Franklin mountain - Convenient locstion.real close to New Mexico.was able to go to White Sands National Park and Franklin Moutain is practically a block away. REAL QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD!!! VERY PEACEFUL!!!beds very comfortable..pool all to myself.close shopping areas (malls,thrift stores,basic stores like Walmart and albertsons).also plenty of urgent care or hospital settings (I went because my eye was bothering me my Second day/seasonal allergy issues)..the urgent care was in my network and got me back in progress..weather beautiful 😍. Even walked neighborhood and very calm.beds comfortable..clean and has basic items (towels for pool and bath.spoons.pans.hair straightener 😆 ) LOVE that the water gets really hot in shower and good pressure. Tv good size and couches comfortable. Door code was easy to get into. host is good at communicating with guest per phone or text. It might be a me problem.. I might have overlooked where you have to pay daily to heat pool and hottub. I finally was able to get a payment that would work on my side and host willing to accept. And when I didn't put the name in correctly...he was nice about it and just reminded me that it did not go through yet. It was just a VERY SMALL INCONVENIENCE. but the price for stay is decent so paying to heat pool is not that bad.

• Andrea (4/5): Danke, aber nie wieder. Preis, Leistung passen gar nicht - Die Lage Nicht wirklich sauber. Die Betten waren unterirdisch. Schlechte Matratzen, billigste Stahlgestelle, auf denen man Angst hatte sich umzudrehen. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Grill hatte Schimmel auf dem Rost und war extrem dreckig. Die Möbel sind teilweise defekt. Der Laminatboden war teilweise aufgebrochen und wurde billigst mit ??? zugeschmiert.

I had a hard time getting the instructions for the check in i even had to call customer service because they wpnt answer 2. They advertised a heating pool which is a lie because they will charge extra for turning on the heating pool and the tub which i agreed even tho it is not right and when i requested it they told me no because they have a schedule for the pool which it is not specified in the bio 3. The main bedroom has a bathroom that makes a horrible and annoying noise it wont let you sleep 4. The grill dont work Very bad and dissapointing service it is not worth the price dont stay in this house!

• Debora (10/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to others you will enjoy it! - I took a group of youth so It was nice that the rooms had TVs we had lots of room to eat together and play board games. They loved the pool when they had the chance to use it. They didn’t like that the pool could not be used after 9:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 pm on weekends and the event they went to ended at 8:00 pm every night and it was an all day youth retreat.

• Jamie (10/5): Worth the money, - Everything. I enjoy a property that is not shared with strangers, hosts etc. Renting an entire vacation home makes it unique to me. House was cleaner than most hotels I’ve been to. Everything worked as it should and Host was very friendly. No Problems

• Dolores (10/5): We were in town for a family funeral but this home away from home provided a comfortable experience. - It’s a cozy home with modern amenities and located near prime shopping centers. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for morning walks and a good night’s sleep. The host was attentive and answered any questions we had. We liked everything.
