• jose (7/5): Apartament agradable amb una situació excelent. - Situació molt centrica i molt espaiós. Falta d’ascensor per pujar a un segon pis amb maletes. Tancaments justos que deixen passar molt de soroll de l’exterior
• Pere-bcn (8/5): Amplio apartamento en plena calle principal - El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con televisores tanto en el salón como en cada habitación. La cocina está bien equipada, suficiente para preparar algo rápido. La ubicación en una calle principal permite tener cerca supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes, además de contar con un parking de pago muy próximo. Las escaleras para acceder al apartamento son amplias y fáciles de subir. Está bien climatizado y el check-in y check-out no presenciales aportan comodidad. En general, recomendable para quien quiera estar en una zona céntrica y con ambiente. Al estar en una calle principal, el ambiente resulta bastante ruidoso. Las ventanas no están insonorizadas y se oyen personas gritando, vehículos de limpieza e incluso un pianista con altavoces justo debajo de una de las ventanas, lo que resultó muy molesto (aunque paró por la noche). Las camas tampoco resultaron muy cómodas, lo que afectó la calidad del descanso. EDITO: parece que al responsable del apartamento no le ha gustado mis comentarios, y me llama mentiroso. menos mal que le he puesto un 8, que sinceramente me parece generoso. Soy honesto con mis comentarios y no voy a cambiar nada de lo escrito.

Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja, super wyposażenie apartamentu - jest wszystko, co potrzeba (w tym duża lodówka, pralka, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, kosmetyki w łazience, ogromny zestaw ręczników i inne). W łazience jest prysznic i wanna, co stanowi dodatkowy atut. Fantastyczny gospodarz Matteo - bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Przez cały pobyt byliśmy maksymalnie zaopiekowani. Gorąco polecam - zarówno na któtkie, jak i długie pobyty!

• Carine (10/5): - Perfect location; a lovely shopping lane and close to the station for Cinque Terre The apartment is so spacious. It felt very 'homely' everything is there!! The beds are comfortable and the sheets so fresh. Large towels and a beautiful bathroom. Airconditioning in the bedrooms. After a day visiting the Cinque Terre it was a great place to return and relax. We definitely should book it again when we return to La Spezia -

• Antoine (10/5): Exceptional - Smooth self check-in. Matteo was in contact with whatsapp. the appartment was nicely located. totally recommend it did not bother us, but there is some noise from the pedestrian street downstairs, totally acceptable level. sensitive persons beware.
• Michael (10/5): Great apartment. - A lovely, large, fully-equipped, modernised apartment on the 2bd floor of an old building on the main pedestrian street. 10 minutes easy walk from the railway station. Nothing.

• Yue (10/5): Definitely recommend - Great location, in the heart of the city, close to everything. If you come by car, there’s one parking square just around the corner. Probably the only thing is that, it’s an old building so no elevator.

Owner very responsive and friendly. It also has a bath and standalone shower. Can be a bit noisy in the evenings as we were staying over a weekend. Although we do not mind the noise too much.

Big, comfortable rooms with a well equipped kitchen. As the apartment is in the city center it's a bit challenging finding parking options close, but that's to be expected considering the location

Because the place is right on the main road, you hear street noise. It is the price you pay for the exceptional location.
