• Klaudia (7/5): - Mieskzanie zlokalizowanie w centrum Treistu (dobra baza wypadowa do miasta). Mieszkanie zlokalizowane na 5 piętrze + plus wysoki parter co wiąże się z dodatkowymi schodami (bez windy) - warto wziąć to pod uwagę jeśli ma się bardzo dużo bagaży (jak było to w naszym przypadku).

• Valeria (10/5): Appartamento Top e host super accogliente! Consigliatissimo - L’appartamento è molto ben curato con un arredamento funzionale ed estremamente grazioso. È al quinto piano e si gode di una bellissima vista su Trieste, ma l’aspetto più bello della struttura è sicuramente il suo host perché Gianni è una persona estremamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Ci ha portato le valigie fino all’appartamento e ci ha fornito soprattutto moltissime indicazioni preziose circa luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare. Le sue indicazioni sono state davvero fenomenali perché abbiamo potuto cenare in un ristorante sul porto, con una vista meravigliosa sul mare e anche fare un super brunch in pieno centro. Un posto assolutamente da consigliare e in cui tornare.

Alles hat super funktioniert! Wir würden wieder kommen! Nicht für Ältere geeignet, da man bis in den 5.Stock laufen muss. Aber für Kinder und Erwachsene ohne Probleme!!!

• Adrianna (10/5): - Ładny, przestronny apartament zlokalizowany ok. 1,5-2 km od ścisłego centrum Triestu. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, z ekspresem do kawy. Duże, wygodne łóżko. Miły właściciel, polecił nam sporo restauracji. Mieszkanie na 5 piętrze bez windy ale byliśmy tego świadomi wcześniej i nie przeszkadzało nam to. Wydaje mi się, że płyta indukcyjna nie działała - nie mogłam jej odpalić.

Location 10/10 The apartment is located near the city center and both tourist cites and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by foot. The area is peaceful and clean and there was always an empty parking space near the building. 2. Apartment 9/10 The apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. It had everything needed even for a longer stay. The sound isolation is good as we didn't hear much from other apartments or outside noise. The bed was large and comfortable and AC worked good. 3. Host 11/10 The host was very kind and helpful! He met us near the building, helped us with parking, showed us the apartment, offered to help with the luggage and even gave us tips about cafes, restaurants and bakeries and other. There is no elevator so the apartment is not for disabled people or people who have difficulty climbing a lot of stairs, but that is mentioned in the booking info so it shouldn't influence the booking score, especially because the host offered to help with the luggage.

Posizione buona a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, parcheggio disponibile in strada sia a pagamento che libero. L’host disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni e consigli per il nostro soggiorno.

• Gail (9/5): - Lovely host. Small bedsit but good facilities. Fifth floor! We were there with our two daughters so the bed settee was in use as a bed so there was nowhere to sit but on the bed.
• Guest (10/5): Perfect apartment and perfect host. - Fantastic apartment. Had everything we needed. Gianni was there to meet us with the keys and gave us so much information on places to visit and eat. Great location and easy to walk to all the sights within 10-15 minutes.

• Nadia (10/5): Fantastisch!! - Super leuk en enthousiast onthaal van de eigenaar. Heel mooie ruime kamer die alles heeft wat je nodig hebt met de hoogste standaard. Grote aanrader! Het appartement bevindt zich op de vijfde verdieping zonder lift. Geen probleem voor wie fit is maar even toch vermelden.

Well, it’s a small thing, but the apartment was on the fifth floor and there was no elevator. Fortunately my wife and I are physically fit so it wasn’t a problem.

Ma ciò che rende ancor più prezioso questo appartamento è la disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia dell'host! Da consigliare e da tornarci sicuramente Tutto fantastico! L'unica pecca dell'appartamento sono le scale senza ascensore, ma la cosa è assolutamente dichiarata, per cui si prenota consapevolmente

Ho adorato il materasso in Memory, il condizionatore di ultima generazione e tutto (stanza, bagno e biancheria) aveva un ottimo profumo. La posizione è comoda a tutto per visitare la città e l'host Gianni, squisitamente gentile e attento ad ogni necessità, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la nostra seppur brevissima permanenza. L'unica pecca è il piano alto senza ascensore, da considerare nel caso in cui si abbiano bagagli importanti o mobilità ridotta. Nel nostro caso non abbiamo avuto problemi perché abbiamo sostato una sola notte ed avevamo un solo borsone.

• Nadja (8/5): - Tolles neues und modernes Apartment. Gute Ausstattung. Angenehm kühl durch die Klimaanlage. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock eines Altbaus ohne Aufzug. Um in die Unterkunft zu kommen müssen 143 Treppenstufen überwältigt werden.

E printre cele mai complete cazari avute, proprietarul s a gandit la tot ce puteai sa ai nevoie. Comunicarea cu acesta a fost foarte buna, foarte sociabil, ne-a recomandat locuri, a fost ce trebuie! :) Patul si canapeaua sunt foarte confortabile. Fierul de calcat, dar la cat l-am folosit nici nu conteaza :))
