- S.kumar (2/5): Very poor - The rooms are good value for money. They show you one price on the app, then charge 150% when you get there. Horrible receptionist. If it wasn't for the false advertising, it would've been a pretty ok stay.
- Srinivas (1/5): Very bad place to stay. - This is the dirtiest hotel I ever visited in my life. People starting from owner down to the servant are discourteous and irresponsible. No customer orientation. Please remove this hotel from your portal.
- Srivastava (1/5): Bad - There is nothing which I liked. 1) When I reached the hotel (the room was already booked), they said all rooms were booked. So they don't have room. If I want an AC room then I would have to pay extra. 2) They have provided me an alternate hotel option at the same rate (initially asking for more money) but it was 10 min. walk away. I walked at 12 AM night with my luggage! 3) The room was small and it's basin's tap was not working. Its toilet jet was also not working. It was worse experience which I ever had. 4) I tried booking.com for the 1st time. I tried to contact customer care both by call and message but didn't get a response. I have all proof (videos and photos) as supporting documents.
