• Jacline (10/5): Simply amazing - This place is amazing! I spent my vacation with my friends here in May. We chose the villa, because we wanted to have some space where we can relax and enjoy our time together. And to spend holidays in a place like this, was a dream that became reality. 2 of us met the hosts for the check-in. They showed them around, explained everything and gave recommendations on what to see, where to go and where to shop. The hosts even prepared super delicious lemon tarts (I forgot the name of that treat) for each of us and a Focaccia. They are simply lovely! Communication was easy and fast through WhatsApp. There is a lot of space (we were 5 people) to sit at the pool, have BBQ, breakfast outside or play cards inside. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 10min (by car) away. You need a car in this area. The villa is divided into 2 apartments. Two rooms, kitchen and bathroom upstairs, and two rooms, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. That's not bad, we just didn't know from the pictures and the description. So, just for clarification 😀
• Jakub (10/5): Wonderful villa with great swimming pool - Nice, clean villa with excellent swimming pool. A lot of outside tables and sunbeds, perfect barbecue spot. Very quiet neighbourhood. Luca is really great host - very helpful and hospitable. Highly recommended place! One of the apartments is located in the basement, which was not pleasant for us due to the high humidity.
• Morag (9/5): Perfect villa, walking distance to Specchia - Beautiful villa, great facilities, amazing pool. Friendly, helpful hosts Cash deposit a bit unusual. We have never done that for other Italian villas on Booking.com.
• Anna (10/5): A spectacular vacation, a lovely luxurious property! - I don't usually write reviews but this property and host was exceptional! The property was absolutely lovely, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 5min drive to the centre of Specchia, a beautiful typical Italian town. The house has 2 separate units, each with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. Perfect pool with 2 outdoor showers and several lounge/terrace areas around the house so you can always find a place in the shadow or in the sun. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!
