Pablo (10/5): Great place and great host - The place is Perfeclty located: clean, good decorarion. The host was in touch at every moment, welcoming and super empathic about the traveler’s time. The elevator had a technical problem, so I had to go upstairs. Not s big issue at all.

Dan (5/5): Passable - It in the middle of Copacabana and easy to get everywhere. There are cafes which open early where one can wait until checking in as there is no lobby or waiting area in the building. Floors were far from clean and need to be vacuumed better. Host is very pushy with the rules to clean, wash, take out trash, fill out forms, sending ID documents and charging a cash safety deposit to be returned at check out. Host shows up before check out time and is was unresponsive when trying to organise check in time. And in the end begs for a good review.
