• Ferid (8/5): Sehr gute Ferienwohnung - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr gute Kommunikation vorher. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ein fester Garagenstellplatz war vorhanden.

• Eline (8/5): Fijne, verzorgde en rustige plek! - Contact bij het inchecken liep soepel incl. duidelijke uitleg. Het appartement had alles wat we 'nodig' hadden, was schoon en verzorgd en we hebben regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van het fijne zwembad. In de directe omgeving liggen weinig voorzieningen behalve een supermarktje. Maar dat wisten we vooraf dus dat viel ons niet tegen maar kan fijn zijn om te weten als je het appartement boekt.

• Alphornbankster (10/5): Bequem etwas ausserhalb der Touristen-Hochburg - Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern; diese waren bereit, uns die Wohnung vor der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Schöne, neue Wohnung mit Ausstattung in neuwertigem Zustand. Blick auf's Meer zwischen den Nachbarhäusern. Parkplatz in der Garage mit einfachem Zugang zur Wohnung. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurde die Nachbarwohnung renoviert, mit unangenehmem Lärm; die Vermieter haben uns von sich aus jedoch die Miete erstattet.
• Isabel (10/5): - La struttura è molto carina e curata. L’appartamento è bello spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. C’è anche la possibilità di accedere alla piscina. I proprietari sono una coppia carinissima e super disponibile. In caso di necessità ci hanno aiutato prontamente. La vista dalla terrazza era bellissima. La posizione per noi è stata comodissima e il posto auto coperto è stato un plus.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, die jederzeit nett und zuvorkommend waren. Klare Weiterempfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Andrei (10/5): A quiet, cozy stay in a great location, with kind hospitality and all the right details in place. - The accommodation is located in a low-rise residential complex with a very pleasant urban feel. It’s a quiet and well-maintained area, with clean surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. It’s also comfortably far from the hustle and bustle — a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a 10-minute drive from Los Cristianos, very close to Siam Park, and only about 20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport, the location offers great access to the island’s highlights without being caught in the crowds. The apartment is fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, along with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. A lovely touch: we were welcomed with cold beer, wine, and water waiting for us in the fridge — a small gesture that made a big impression. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, perfect for longer stays. The living and dining area feels very cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Outside, the terrace includes a table, chairs, and sun loungers, facing toward the ocean. The sea view is distant but very pleasant, especially during the quieter parts of the day — a perfect spot for breakfast. The underground parking space was also a big plus — secure, convenient, and especially appreciated in the summer heat. Finally, our host Martha was extremely helpful and kind, offering quick support with any issues we encountered. She also provided us with a list of recommended restaurants, which turned out to be a great guide for dining in the area. Overall, this place offered us a peaceful and comfortable stay, with everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed the calm surroundings, the thoughtful details, and the care put into making this a welcoming space. During our stay, the apartment across the hall was undergoing some renovations. It wasn’t a problem for us, as the work took place while we were out exploring, and it never really disrupted our time there. This was, of course, outside the host’s control — and most likely, the work is already finished by now.
• Andriy (10/5): Absolutely amazing experience 10/10 - This was amazing experience, every one was extremely helpful with assistance that I required. I can’t recommend it enough, property was great, it felt like staying home far from home!
• Dave (10/5): Didn't want to leave - It was better than home. The walls are squeaky white, this is a very well maintained apartment, and also the whole complex is well maintained. There's so many details the host thought about. The bin is large enough and the bags actually fit perfectly just to name one. The terrace is south orientated, so you can sunbath, there are 2 sun lounge chairs, complete with cushion, beach towels, etc. Or let the blinders down if you like shade. There are even beach chairs and an umbrella if you want to go to the beach. The free parking spot is right underneath the apartment, so one stair up or down away from your car. The parking spot is inside the complex, so very safe for your (rented) car. The bathroom is very clean and modern, there are also some black towels along with the normal white ones. Kitchen is fully equipment. The apartment feels spacy, perfect for 2 persons. Bedroom can be made completely dark, bed with lot's of cushion. The location is very quiet during the day and at night. 10-15min from Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas by car. There's even a free swimming pool in the complex which is equally well maintained. Dishwasher with some tablets. Coffee-machine with some coffee . Washing machine with some powder. All the little extras, make you really feel at home. The person that does the check-in, Francesca, speaks fluent English. I definitely recommend it! Nothing
