- Razzan (10/5): - The location is perfect. It is the ideal location in Üsküdar. I used to live in the neighbourhood so I can honestly say this area is perfect. Close to restaurants, cafes, metro, ferry - everything is a short walk away. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was like a little apartment - it was very comfortable and I highly recommend it. Şahika at the reception was always extremely helpful - thank you! The walls are a bit thin which wasn't an issue for us but I could see how it could bother others. The place is new so it is quite clean. I did notice that when we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, it wasn't always the most thorough cleaning - more like tidying up. Again, these things didn't take away from our experience.

- Mukatdes (7/5): Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis gut und sehr zentral. - Zentral, gleich nebenan ein Supermarkt. Cafes, Restaurant, shoppen eine ganze Strasse entlang bis zum Meer. Sehr lebendig. Zimmer eher pragmatisch eingerichtet, keine Bilder, Deko an den Wänden. Man hört das Abwasser der anderen Zimmer.

Es wäre schöner gewesen, wenn das Frühstück reichhaltiger gewesen wäre, weil man unter „Büfett“ etwas andere Vorstellungen hat, als man es bekam. Mit dem Kopfkissen kam ich nicht klar, aber man bot ein anderes, was mich angenehmer schlafen ließ. Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir wiederkommen! Die Lage ist perfekt, um überallhin zu kommen. Frühstück Auswahl!

Het gebouw is vrij nieuw, de faciliteiten waren modern en netjes. Daarnaast was het personeel behulpzaam en aardig. Het gebouw is iets te gehorig, maar niet storend. Ik heb lekker geslapen en genoten van mijn verblijf.

- SaraG (10/5): Fantastico soggiorno a Uskudar - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per due notti in questo hotel di solo donne e ne sono rimasta entusiasta! La posizione è ideale: carina, autentica, atmosfera dinamica e vicina a traghetti e mezzi pubblici per raggiungere facilmente un po' tutti i quartieri di Istanbul. Le addette alla reception sono sempre state super gentili e disponibili, la camera pulita, silenziosa e molto confortevole. A pochi passi è possibile godere di una bellissima vista sul Bosforo o addentrarsi fra le tipiche mosche e locali. Vi è una grande sala dotata di forniture da cucina dove possibile cucinare e fare colazione. Comodissimo il supermercato attaccato alla struttura. Consigliato a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e genuino nella parte asiatica della città. .
- Dana (1/5): Kontaminiertes schwarzes Leitungswasser - Auf den ersten Blick gute Lage, Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. ACHTUNG! Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisiko – kontaminiertes Wasser, keine Information oder Entschuldigung Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Frezya Women Only Hotel eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Beim Einchecken wurden wir über keinerlei Wartungsarbeiten oder Einschränkungen informiert. Bereits beim ersten Aufdrehen des Wasserhahns kam nur stoßweise Wasser, das stark roch. Kurz darauf stellten wir fest, dass aus dem Hahn und der WC-Dusche schwarzes, übel riechendes Wasser kam. Auch andere Gäste berichteten das Gleiche – eine Dame wurde laut Aussage sogar beinahe von kochend heißem Wasser verbrüht, was an dem Morgen passiert sei, woraufhin ein Installateur gerufen worden sei, der den Tag über im Hotel an den Leitungen arbeitete. An der Rezeption erhielten wir im Zuge der unmittelbaren Beschwerde lediglich die Information, dass „Arbeiten an den Heizungen“ stattfinden würden. Wir sahen den Installateur im Zuge unserer Beschwerde noch an den Heizungen an der Rezeption arbeiten und die Dame an der Rezeption fragte ihn sogar noch, ob das sein könne, was wir erzählten und er bestätigte es. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Hinweis, keine Warnung. Im Gegenteil, man versuchte die Situation noch herunterzuspielen. Das Ganze ist nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern stellt auch ein erhebliches Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisiko dar, da es sich um überriechendes dunkles stehendes Wasser handelt, was bekanntermaßen gefährlich werden kann bei Benutzung oder gar Einnahme. Wir haben Fotos und Videos als Nachweis. Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist inakzeptabel, solange grundlegende Sicherheitsstandards nicht eingehalten werden und Gäste nicht informiert oder geschützt werden.
- Muhammad (8/5): I like this place, but Its not suitable with kids as the property is very cosy and slow. - Beuatiful location, safe location and all clean and new property, Bravo to the business. Breakfassttttt—— Breakfast was 3/10, no good way of serving coffee, and tea, the salami and meat selection was bleeh, there was no option for the warm foods. One lady in the staff was very rude and unkind, infact hurtful.

Para recomendar. - Excelente el hotel, el personal de recepción, Esma nos atendió con mucha simpatía, buen desayuno, la habitación con vistas al Bósforo. Muy cerca de todo. Muy buen ambiente en el barrio. Un supermercado al lado del hotel. Por la noche muy tranquilo, se podía dormir perfectamente. Lo único que nos desepcionó fué que Booking se hacía cargo del taxi desde el aeropuerto al hotel y nunca nos recogieron. Esperamos horas para ver si venían, y nada, hasta que buscamos como llegar al hotel en transporte público, con las dificultades del idioma. Tampoco nos trataron de contactar desde Booking. El hotel no tenía ninguna responsabilidad.
- Ulviyya (9/5): Good - The hotel was clean. The rooms were also quiet, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was filling, and the pastries were fresh and tasty. There were also some stoves in the breakfast area, but I wasn’t sure if guests could use them or if they were only for the staff. the staff were not very friendly. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. Breakfast started at 8 a.m., but about an hour later they added a few more food options — unfortunately, we had already finished by then.

- Katharina (6/5): - Die Lage und die Unterstützung vorab und vor Ort waren top. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Wenn man nur übernachtet, ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Das Frühstück (Müsli) wurde jeden Tag weniger und es war kein Personal in dem Raum, welches man ansprechen konnte. Das Zimmer hatte keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck ordentlich abzulegen. Ein oder zwei Haken an der Wand und etwas mehr Platz für das Gepäck wären schön gewesen.

This won’t be my last stay here – I’d definitely co - I had a really great stay at Frezya Hotel – everything was nearly perfect. The staff were wonderful: friendly, kind, and always helpful. The room was very spacious, even as a single traveler, and it had a lovely view. The location is fantastic, right in Üsküdar and within walking distance of all the nice cafés and local spots. The only two things I missed were having a safe in the room and a bit more soundproofing – the walls are thin, so you can hear what’s going on around you.

Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever, güleryüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi ve avantajlıydı. Konaklamamız sırasında banyoyla ilgili küçük bir sorun yaşadık, fakat personel hemen ilgilenip hızlı bir çözüm bularak bizi çok memnun ettiler. Odalar oldukça temiz, geniş ve rahat. Genel olarak her açıdan çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Sadece odalarda kasa (safe) yoktu.
- Nur (10/5): - Virkelig trygt og behageligt hotel med det sødeste personale. Særlig stor tak til Tuğçe fra receptionen, som var utrolig hjertevarm og behjælpelig med at svare på vores spørgsmål. Beliggenheden var glimrende - vi havde alt i gåafstand.
- Füsun (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ob an der Rezeption oder im Speiseraum , die Sicherheit, die Lage, das Zimmer. Die Dachterrasse war sehr groß und angenehm. Dass es kein Fernseher gab, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es im Speiseraum etwas Hintergrundmusik gelaufen wäre. War sehr ruhig

- Dina (4/5): Mir wurde ein kleineres Zimmer zugewiesen - Die Lage ist gut. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Die Fährenstation ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Bei der Buchung des Zimmers konnte ich zwischen unterschiedlichen Zimmergrößen auswählen. Ich habe 22m2 ausgewählt. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir ein viel kleineres Zimmer zugewiesen. Auf meine Anfrage ob ich auf ein anderes Zimmer wechseln kann hieß es, es sei nichts anderes frei. Ich wollte dann, dass man mir einen Teil des bezahlten Betrages zurückerstattet, da das Zimmer nicht der Beschreibung entspricht wofür ich gezahlt hatte. Der Manager war nur über die Rezeption erreichbar und lehnte dies ab. Es hieß ich soll mich beim Kundenservice von booking.com melden. Das tat ich auch, sie versuchten Kontakt mit der Unterkunft aufzunehmen und bekamen keinerlei Rückmeldung. Dies hat mir booking.com zurückgemeldet. Finde ich echt schade.
- Elbiru (10/5): Women rock! - Loved everything about this hotel--the location because it was near the Metro and Ferry stations, lots of restaurants and cafes around, lots of good vibes, and very safe. The staff was very helpful and polite--great English too. And the breakfast menu was superb--even for a vegan like myself. The supermarket FILE right next door, and the WIFI consistent and fast. That I stayed only 5 nights. Uskudar is a great area to explore.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Çarşaflar ve yatak örtüleri polyester yerine pamuklu kumaştan olsaydı çok daha iyi ve sağlıklı olurdu. Onun dışında çok güzel bir otel. İskeleye çok yakın ve yanında file market var, bütün ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilirsiniz. Ulaşım çok kolay ve hızlı.

- Roya (10/5): Flott hotell, trygg og moderne - Hotellet var veldig rent og moderne. Vi var veldig fornøyd med standarden her. Hotellet ligger sentralt og man finner alt man trenger i nærheten. Det er også en myntvaskeri som ligger noen minutter unna. Vi spiste ikke på hotellet så kan ikke uttale meg om maten. Dette er forøvrig første hotellet jeg har vært på som bruker papir-kopper. Og vi fikk ikke nye før vi måtte be om det. Det samme gjaldt påfyll av te og kaffe. Jeg håper de får vanlige kopper i fremtiden, da jeg liker konseptet med bare kvinner på hotellet. Vi følte oss veldig trygge og kommer garantert tilbake hit om vi drar på flere jente turer.

It’s great to feel you’re just between women, feel safe even if it was just for one night. It was a bit too far from the old city for me to visit things.
