• Samuel (2/5): - Its location Considering this was supposed to sleep 6 people, which we paid for, it quite simply didn’t. You can’t advertise it as a six bed house when the double bed on the sofa doesn’t fit two people! This is unacceptable and the house smelt and was falling apart.

• Ieuan (1/5): Worst stay ever - The location The apartment was disgusting and clearly hadn't been cleaned for awhile every cup and glass was mouldy there were bits of plates wedged in the pool table. Missing skirting boards, there wasn't a banister for the staircase, the carpet was sticky and had been ripped from the walls exposing the tack strips, the mattresses in both rooms were brown and extremely itchy where two of the guests found it so unbearable they decided to get a taxi home making the trip pointless, every single wall in the apartment was damaged or stained in some way especially the bathroom door which barely had any paint left on it additionally to this the toilet paper was somehow mouldy and the bathroom tap had absolutely zero pressure it was just a dribvle.Overall, the apartment was nothing like what it was advertised and definitely will not be booking anything through booking.com or property promise again.

• Sienna (8/5): Great - lovely house nice and spacious and the beds were comfy only down side of it was somethings were damaged upon arrival, shower boiling hot couldn’t change temperature aswell as finding a few ants in the property. But overall lovely stay.

• Angie (3/5): Unclean and unloved property. - If you are happy to get cheap accommodation and not worried about where you stay then this place is fine. BUT the property has been neglected. It looks like there has been fights in the property - punch holes in the floor and walls. The carpets are filthy - it’s definitely a case of wipe your feet on the way out! There were only a couple of mugs on the kitchen and they had mould in them. I didn’t stop for a shower as the bathroom was grubby. I stayed in the smallest room with a small bed that’s pushed up against the wall so didn’t have a good nights sleep.

• Baron (3/5): Very unhappy had to find own parking at night in strange place. - There was no breakfast not even a small jar of milk nor croissants as you normally get at other airbnb. we arrived quite late so very disappointed couldnt make a cup of tea Small milk, croissants or biscuits, some fruit, shower gel and shampoo, parking. The stairs are quite treacherous as nothing to hold on to as you go upstairs. Nothing to hang clothes - no wardrobes no hanging points not even in the bathroom

• Tamila (7/5): It wasn’t to bad - Had alot of space it was really good after we cleaned everything It wasn’t clean the floor had like a lot of oils on it was so slippery that we had like 10 injuries up stairs was all clean just not the sink but downstairs it had alot of sticky stuff like the kitchen the floor dirty mop was left made alot of mess

• Terry (2/5): Cheap stay. Literally get what you paid for with this property but regardless of price there is normally a minimum stand - The exit. There were a lot of issues with this property… The property didn’t fully match the pictures…there was 1 stool instead of 2 at the bar, 1 sofa instead of 2 and it was really uncomfortable to sleep on! 1 of the bedrooms had a clothes rail held together with parcel tape, an ironing board that could not be used due to it not having the other ‘leg’ to support it. The carpet is worn and frayed on the stairs and upstairs, the property is dated and needs modernising. There was a pool table with 1 ball missing and inadequate cues to play with so a bit pointless having it there to play with in the first place. The shower could not be used properly as we could not regulate the temperature…it was boiling hot! The water flow in the sink could only be described as a trickle so could not be used properly to brush our teeth or even have a wash. Once the sink was eventually full it seemed to take an eternity to drain out. There was a big hole in the tiles on the floor in the kitchen area and skirting board missing from the lounge area. The property overall is in a poor state and not really fit for purpose to be rented out as it is in my opinion, also I have never stayed in an apartment/room/hotel and had to be out by 10am. Would not recommend and would definitely not stay here again!

• Mary (10/5): Excellent value apartment in a convenient location - Lovely apartment, with a pool table which was a great bonus, TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Tons of space for the cost, great value, all very clean and tidy, also was nice to have tea and coffee provided. All good

• Brian (8/5): Great time in Cardiff for Bruce Springsteen. - Comfortable, great location for city centre - 1 mile walk. Good facilities. Reasonable pub nearby. Expensive for 1 night but Bruce Springsteen was in town. Wasn’t particularly comfortable with the car parking as there were parking restrictions in many of the nearby streets.

Everything is broken or filthy,no TVs in the bedrooms plug sockets hanging off the wall,stunk of cannabis,chairs missing,one tiny sofa,cracks in the floor,marks all over the filthy walls,dirt everywhere everywhere,tobacco products on the floor even though it’s supposed to be dog friendly. • Evans (3/5): Not worth the price - Decent location. Not exactly as described. Photos are far better than it actually is It wasn’t as clean as we wanted. Lots of holes, marks and just all around needs an update. Didn’t get a wifi code till hours after i’d asked. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the towels were so small we needed 2 per person so people were drying wet. Says it’s for pets but no garden so had to work in the rain to let our dog out which was not ideal
