• Olga (10/5): - We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and truly had a wonderful time here with my mother. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, and made us feel at home from the first day. The hosts really care about their guests and think about every little detail. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee capsules, juice, water, milk, butter, and jam waiting for us — such a thoughtful and kind gesture. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay: cleaning products, laundry capsules, and all the essentials. The bed is incredibly soft — sleeping there felt like sleeping on a cloud. Everything was clean, уютно, and made with care. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our vacation even more special! There were no downsides, I liked everything.

• Sisi (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in the property. Thanks 🙏 - The property is very central with good bakery and restaurant around. Only 5mins walk from the coast. The instruction given was super clear, very easy to find and park. The host was very nice, provided the adapters and nice selection of breakfast. We were unfortunately caught in the period of the war period, the host was very understandable if we’d need a change of plan.

• Steffi (9/5): - Die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht und ist mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet auf Fragen sofort. Für mich war die Matratze viel zu weich und es gab durch die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit etwas Schimmel.

• Paul (10/5): Clean well equipped and great location - Best welcome email we have received from any property - very clear instructions and timely received. Coffee and coffee pods with coffee pod machine, bread, milk, jam. salt. pepper, water, oil and more provided. Nice new decor with great shower. We only stayed for 3 nights but this would be great for a two week stay. Walking distance to numerous restaurants / coffee shops / bars. We will stay again. Nothing.

We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome – the fridge was stocked with some basic food items and a variety of coffee options, which was such a nice touch. Everything was spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very central and close to bus station. Highly recommended!

До ближайшего пляжа идти буквально 6 минут , магазины , рестораны , остановка прямо под домом . Шумо изоляция очень хорошая , не смотря на то что это центр города и прямо снизу караоке , нам ничего не было слышно. Апартаменты были идеально чистые .Хозяева очень приветливые, отвечали на все наши просьбы . Но единственный минус это слив душа , который не правильно установлен и по этому если ты идешь в душ ,то вся ванная комната и спальня в воде , для нас это стало минусом на отдыхе постоянно вытирать полы . Но хозяин нам сообщил что в конце сезона они обязательно исправят это )

Nothing wrong with the apartment, just the strong smell of cat urine at the front door every time entering or leaving. But people seem to love all the stray cats so I guess that is the small price to pay

I’m sure I’ll be back here as this place was perfect for family holiday stay. Fully equipped, enough space clean and renovated. Close to the most beautiful Cyprus beach. There’s nothing missing here and again - kind, understanding and totally no problem owner who always provides help needed regarding everything. Friendly and supportive atmosphere which made our stay even better than expected. There was nothing that could be improved. Everything was perfect.

• Simona (6/5): Perfect for young couples and short term stays - Location The " bed" in living room was impossible to sleep in(small and uncomfortable), the water was floating every time we tried to take a shower ( need to mope all the time ), very noisy and laud during the night from karaoke bars or restaurants. First day morning we ve got there, nothing was ready. The host forgot that we are coming and it took some until she came, clean and got the room ready for us( but we got a free breakfast in change). Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay

The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The host was very kind and helpful. We especially appreciated the thoughtful starter pack (water, coffee, bread, etc.), which was very useful as we arrived late. There were plenty of towels, small hygiene kits, and all the essentials. We also loved the coffee machine! Overall, we felt truly welcomed and cared for! +We would add some more hangers and shelf to the bathroom, it would be useful.

Welcoming and polite owners putting a lot of passion and effort running this property. Special thanks for the gifts in the freezer!) Something could have been done with leaking water in the shower. The mattress is a brand new, but was a bit too soft for us.

• Bohdana (10/5): Great place to stay! - Host gave clear instruction how to get to the property. Apartments were spacious, clean, and neat. Really liked the design and huge well-equipped kitchen. Host left complementary food and coffee capsules, which made our stay even more pleasant. 100/10 stay and totally recommend. It’s close to bus stops, shops, and the sea. The noise from outside was bearable but it’s a great idea to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

• Tatiana (10/5): Well-equipped, brand new apartments with most helpful and hospitable host. - Well-equipped, brand new apartments.I think this is the most well-equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. all household and kitchen appliances are available. this is important for me as I cooked for myself during my holiday. New crockery, which is very nice. two air conditioners in each room, the air conditioners are silent, new. Special thanks to the host for the compliments, coffee pods, water and snacks. very comfortable bed and pillows. for me the apartment was perfectly located on the second line behind the main road. near supermarkets, coffee shops, shops, many restaurants. it is the epicentre of entertainment. to the beach 7-10 minutes walk. I would like to stress that I liked everything, but perhaps for someone it will be important to know that in the evening you can hear the entertainment programme from the neighbouring hotels. It did not disturb my sleep:). And the second nuance - the view from the balcony is the backyard of cafes and restaurants.

Had everything needed for a short or long stay plus kindly gave free bread, juice, water etc which was extremely helpful when only staying the night! Little noisy due to karaoke from neighbouring bar but only really bothers you if balcony doors are open.

From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Cleanliness has always been a top priority for me, especially when traveling, and this accommodation left nothing to be desired. The room, bathroom, and common areas were spotless, and I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. It was clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for guests. The location of the accommodation couldn't have been better. Nestled in the center of Ayia Napa, I was within walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife that this vibrant town has to offer. Whether I wanted to explore the beautiful beaches, indulge in delicious local cuisine, or experience the nightlife, everything was conveniently close by. In summary, my stay in Ayia Napa was made unforgettable by the exceptional cleanliness, the warmth of the host, and the prime location of the accommodation I couldn't help but notice that water seemed to find its way everywhere in the bathroom. Despite my best efforts to use the provided bath mat and towels to contain the splashes, the floor would get quite wet, and it was a bit of a hassle to deal with.
