• SONIA ANNA (10/5): Ottima sistemazione - La sistemazione si trova in una zona centrale di Firenze, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ma in un'area dove si può accedere con la macchina. L'appartamento bello grande offriva 3 stanze da letto oltre che 2 divani letti, dando così ampia scelta per dormire. La casa era dotata di tutte le comodità con un grande frigo e lavastoviglie. Comodissimo!
• Gina (7/5): - The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was beautiful and stocked well. It is very large with 3 bathrooms. Nice size refrigerator and grocery store within a close walk. Great restaurant right next door. It was a bit too far from the center of Florence and during our stay in August the area around the apartment was so dead due to businesses closed for vacation. Since it was so hot, frequent breaks to return to apartment needed a taxi rides. Although it is walkable, it was too far in heat of August. AC unit on in 2 bedrooms, which made for very cold family members at night while the rest of us were too hot even with doors open. Management did drop off a fan when we asked, which helped a bit. Washer/dryer was nice to have but you could only use 1 at a time as there were 2 outlets. Sofa beds were awful 😞
• Bassem (9/5): Overall, a great stay and we would recommend it, especially for large families or groups. - Check-in was smooth—although we needed to call staff to open the main door, after that it was easy to grab the keys from the lockbox. Only one set of keys was provided initially, but when we asked, they quickly gave us another. The apartment was a great size for our group of 11 people and very clean. Having a washer was helpful with kids in the group. The location was excellent—safe, quiet, and walkable to most major sites of interest, as well as the train station. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby (Conad and Penny) along with several great bakeries and restaurants, which made it very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place had a rustic, old-world charm. A couple of things to note: air conditioning is only available in two of the four bedrooms (though extra fans were provided), and there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to walk up one flight of stairs.

• Richard (10/5): Fabulous Florence - The location was amazing. The apartment was large and fit a family of 8 perfectly. The restaurant downstairs is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The difficulty getting a taxi to the actual location of the apartment even though we were given the exact location. If you give the taxi the bar name, it works perfectly.

• Susana (10/5): Great place to stay with your family or group of friends!. The apartment is Gorgeous, you feel you are living in Italy!. - Everything! The apartment is amazing! The location even better you can walk from there to explore Florence! The apartment is very spacious! The rooms and beds very comfortable! The kitchen is gorgeous! Even though we just use the “Greca” for Coffee and a pan for eggs, you have everything you need if you want to cook meals!. Have a washing machine and a soft dryer which help us a lot !. There are many restaurants near by and you can park on the blue lines your car!. Overall this was the best place we stayed during our trip to Italy!. Great for families and large groups!.

• Araceli (8/5): Would stay here again if I had a group. - Location, quiet, felt safe walking around, walkable to the heart of Florence. Large rooms, though one is odd since it had the larger dining table. Could find street parking in November. During office hours, woman who helped us with checking in and questions was very kind. She also let us store luggage at their office after check-in. This was a huge help. We really appreciated this. online Check-in process was a nightmare. Would not upload my photo ID for hours and no one from Booking.com or the management co. answered my chat or email. Also, we were 8 adults, and only 1 key was provided. We requested additional key and it never came.
