Kitchen is excellent with enough kitchenware for easy cooking When we arrived, there were a few spot of water on the kitchen floor, its wet n slippery. Look like just been mop but not being mop dry. Also only one lift operating at one time so sometime it take longer wait to get the lift

Security guard was easy to deal with when checking in. Agent/owner was very easy to deal with during the stay. Very helpful. One free parking spot was provided. I asked for an extra spot, no problems with a minimal fee. Location was good. A short walking distance from Quill city mall, Lrt and Mrt station, a few mamak place, a few kopitiams. On the second night there was a snafu with the parking spot where It was double booked. The owner handled it very quickly. In less than 5 minutes I was parked again. Other than that, some power outlets were not working. Overall, only minor gripes.

El responsable del apartamento no se portó bien, le pedí por favor que me enviara la clave de acceso al apartamento 24 horas antes de la hora del checking porque iba a estar 23 horas seguidas volando en 3 aviones para llegar a Kuala Lumpur y llegaría de madrugada sin datos móviles y no lo hizo, no fue consecuente con la situación del cliente y eso hizo que me viera en la calle sin posibilidad de entrar al apartamento porque no sabía la clave de acceso del auto checking y finalmente tuve que suplicarle a una persona que caminaba por la calle que me compartiera sus datos móviles para tener internet y poder acceder al apartamento

- Jonathan (9/5): Großes Apartment in toller Lage - Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Auf die Stadt hat man einen tollen Blick und die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu UBahn und vielen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal via WhatsApp war problemlos und schnell. Den Pool darf man nur nach Anfrage nutzen, da er eigentlich den Langzeitbewohnern vorbehalten ist. Man schreibt dem Personal auf WhatsApp und dann holt einen jemand ab. Das ist etwas umständlich. Der Pool lohnt sich aber sehr!

- Marius (6/5): Great locations but poorly maintained place - Location with a great view is one of the things that we mostly liked. Other than that beds are very comfortable. Very good wifi. As already seen in some of the comments, I would like to echo that the place does need a proper cleaning. Mirrors has finger prints, shower walls someone’s hairs etc. It’s really disgusting. I would say thats is barely possible to get to a rooftop pool.

Layanan diberikan sangat bagus,memudahkan urusan daftar masuk. Paling penting ada disediakan keperluan mandian,sabun basuh baju,sabun basuh pinggan.. memang akan menginap disini lagi jika ada urusan di Kuala Lumpur.

- Arysha (10/5): Would definitely choose this property for my next visit to KL. Totally recommend - Overall, I had an amazing stay at this property. The unit was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Kudos to the admin who contacted me via Whatsapp to send me the instructions on the self check in. Very fast response to all my inquiries. Spectacular facilities, lifts were fast and very safe carpark. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. Wifi also working great. My unit’s parking lot was on the 7th floor, quite a climb for the drive. That’s about it.

CANCELARON LA RESERVA 3 DIAS ANTES¡¡ Hicimos la reserva hacia 6-7 meses y 3 días antes de llegar, en plenas vacaciones de navidad, nos comunican que nos busquemos la vida que no tienen ningun apartamente disponible. Una verguenza total. Ibamos 2 familias con 3 niños. Imaginad el estres que nos provocó esta cancelación, y sin darnos ninguna explicacion ni alernativa.

Na blacie kuchennym biegały drobne robaczki dlatego nie polecam trzymania na nim jedzenia, myślę że warto by było wymienić pościel na nową-widoczne przebarwienia na poduszkach

- Julia (9/5): - Imeline vaade, korter asub 23 korrusel vaatega Petronase tornidele. Lihtne iseseisev check in. Omanik saatis väga põhjalikku kirjeldust kuidas saada korterisse. Väga mugavad voodid ja padjad. Korteris on väga palju ruumi. Lähedal on suur toidupood ja kaubanduskeskus ning palju kohvikuid. Olemasolevad pann ja pott on väga vanad ja neid pole võimalik.kasutada, isegi muna praadimiseks need ei kõlba. Kahjuks ei pääse elamu 8.korrusele ega katusekorrusel iseseisvalt ilma teenindava personalita ja selleks peab nendega eelnevalt kokku leppima, mis on ebamugav. Mõnikord ei olnud duššivesi oiisavalt kuum.

Gefährliche Schwellen im Bad. Insgesamt hat man es mit der Reinigung nicht so genau genommen.

Perille saapuessa kävi kuitenkin ilmi, että sali on käytössä vain 60+ päivää yöpyville, josta ei missään kohtaan ollut mitään mainintaa. Kommunikointi ongelmasta jätti hyvin epämiellyttävän tunteen, kun tekstiviestini luettiin mutta ei vastattu.

- Yuli (7/5): - The location of the building and the unit is excellent. Everything is within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and points of interest. Honestly, the location is even better than expected and is the strongest part of this place. The building and unit have amazing potential, but the reality is very poor. Despite the beautiful design, large size, expensive materials, pool, rooftop, and amenities, everything is in a neglected and dirty condition. There is no proper cleaning or maintenance at all. Stains on mattresses, pillows, blankets, and the sofa, an unclean and worn-out kitchen, and overall lack of care throughout the unit and the building. This is especially disappointing because with basic cleaning and maintenance, this place could be exceptional. Instead, its full potential is completely wasted.

- Francisca (8/5): So comfortable, good location, but dirty, and gym not allowed for "short" stays (I stayed x 9days) - Communication with the host was very smooth. As for the apartment, I loved the space and how beautiful it is. You have a large, comfortable living room, as well as a bedroom with very large beds, although the mattresses weren't very new and were uncomfortable. The separate shower bathroom was comfortable. There was a desk and a closet for clothes. And although dirty, the windows are incredible and have beautiful views. As for the pool, it's very nice and has great views. The only thing you have to keep in mind is what swimsuit to wear. There are always security guards watching to see if you're complying. It's strange, and although bikinis ARE allowed, you have to be aware that you may end up arguing or debating with them, because if your bikini has straps on the sides, they don't like it, unless you defend your position, since what is NOT allowed in a bikini is a thong, NOT one with straps on the sides. The location is very good, in the Chow Kit district, a large neighborhood with lots of contrasts. The metro, monorail, and bus are nearby, and there are also many shopping centers close by. Right outside the hotel, you'll find a corner FULL of food stalls that are open 24 hours a day. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, I don't recommend them, as they don't look very clean (you can see how they reuse the oil, and there are some little rats outside). If you walk in the opposite direction, you'll find the counterpart, Jalan Medan Tuanku Street, where The Row is located, which is a collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes that are VERY reasonably priced and very cozy. The apartment was VERY dirty; I had never seen accommodation like it. Although everything was nice and tidy, it was covered in dust and dirt; It was as if they had only changed the sheets and wiped the floor with a cloth (and even then, the floor was still dirty). My companion and I had to buy everything we needed to clean the entire apartment, the furniture, the bathroom, even the bathroom walls, There was even a piece of toilet paper stuck to the wall. The kitchen furniture was covered in cobwebs and dust, and the glasses, plates, etc. were covered in grease. The windows were also dirty, which is a shame given the magnificent views. I should also mention that I brought this up with the host, and they offered to have someone come clean, but I preferred to do it myself and buy cleaning supplies. IN ADDITION, they don't allow you to use the gym, saying it's for long stays, and I was there for over a week.

- Asif (1/5): ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING APARTMENT AND A THREATENING OWNER - Nothing. Everything was dust covered and dirty. No attention paid to cleaning whatsoever. Owner is a threatening Chinese Malaysian and has no morals, ethics or manners. Our access card was blocked by the new management after warning the owner for having counterfeit access cards to buy original cards. Unfortunately it all happened on our first day of stay and we did not have an access card. I went to the building management and they spoke to the owner who refused to buy the new card to be provided to us. The owner was on speaker when he abused and swore at us, threatened me and my family and asked us to leave the apartment by 3pm. I wish I was in Australia at the time, I would have fixed him up but I was in an unknown territory as a visitor. We left the apartment and booked an apartment on a very short notice. I already received my refund a week ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Apartment and the owner

- Olivia (8/5): Top Lage, perfekt für Familien! - Top Lage, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht. Einfacher Check in, alles sehr easy. TV mit allen bekannten Apps möglich(YouTube etc). Fan und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Super schnelle und nette Kommunikation. Man ist auf einen Fahrstuhl angewiesen, der manchmal dauert oder nicht richtig funktioniert. Es gab keinen Schrank im Schlafzimmer mit Fächern, nur etwas zum Hängen.

- Safiyah (10/5): Spacious room, clean and comfy bed - The bed. I got two deluxe bed. The bed truly comfy to the max. The unit is spacious. The amenities complete. Location was great. Cannot use gym. Gym only for long stay residence. No water filter. For me water filter truly a plus point if the host can provide.

- tantan (9/5): - Es war groß. Komfortabel. Klima und Betten waren okay. In der Regel war immer jemand per WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Kissen und die Bettlacken hatten Flecken. Es gab keine Handtücher, nur Badetücher. Zum telefonieren war keiner erreichbar.
