• Alberto (7/5): Viaggio di lavoro - Era la seconda volta che pernottavo presso questa struttura in quanto mi ero trovato bene e si trova a breve distanza dalla sede del fornitore con cui lavoro. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. È una struttura ben organizzata e le aree verdi rendono il soggiorno rilassante. Avevo prenotato con le colazioni pagate per l’intero soggiorno che non ho mai fatto tranne una mattina la quale, durante l’orario di colazione, ho ordinato per me e un collega due caffè americani. Al check out me li hanno caricati sul conto nonostante abbia segnalato di non aver mai sfruttato il servizio colazione.

• Karen (9/5): Beautiful nature - The garden grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in an apartment, which offered extra space. The choice of restaurants was exceptional. The heating wasn’t the best in the room.

• Desmond (2/5): Very poor - I was kept awake by guests staying above me, having a very loud party until 4am. I informed the reception several times but they didn't seem to bother. And at 7am construction started next to my window. Just my luck!

• Cassie (8/5): Very comfortable stay near Shivapuri - Huge room! The staff were also very friendly. The resort is very big so it feels spacious and relaxing. Has in-house spa and international dining options. Great view of Shivapuri
• Adhikari (4/5): Spacious and calm but can do better with renovations and better food - It is spacious , and has a calming feature to it Everything feels old from the beds , sheets everything, the plugs and lights The curtains feels cheap , not enough amenities and isn’t soundproof so expect to hear a lot of noise if you have noisy neighbors. The food isn’t great at all , and the bar closes early to serve the room . Staffs are okay .

• Dinesh (4/5): Disappointing - I stayed at this hotel for one night on 10th July, and my experience was mixed. The location is undoubtedly fabulous, offering easy access to budhaneelkanth Temple. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked genuine smiles, which significantly impacted the initial impression.Moving on to the dining experience, the food was quit expensive, quality was below expectations, even compared to street food standards. The service was painfully slow, and while the staff was polite, their lack of efficiency was noticeable. It's worth noting that despite the hotel's claims, it falls short of the five-star standard in several aspects.In conclusion, while the hotel's location is a definite plus, the overall experience was marred by poor service, subpar food quality, and a lack of warmth from the staff. • Das (8/5): Overall nice stay. Could have been better. - The property is huge with ample space for walks and sitting space. Good options for food. The ground floor suite rooms aren’t fun, I had asked for an upgrade but wasn’t available. The suite rooms could be better, it just feels like a normal room with more space. The food service at the main restaurant is horrible, the wait time is huge. Also the food is okay not that great. Breakfast options are limited and they charge hefty for it.
