- thami (1/5): Very bad experience with booking.com - The reservation was cancelled by Booking.com late in the afternoon, without offering any alternative accommodation. I am very negatively surprised by this level of service, especially considering that this concerned a two-night stay in a major convention city like Nuremberg during an event, when finding available rooms is extremely difficult. Offering only €80 in compensation is clearly inadequate given the circumstances.
- Andreas (1/5): Mies - Info per Telefon: Wohnung gibt's schon länger nicht. Ich soll an anderer Adresse schlafen.(12min Fußweg) dort war kein Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten. Ich soll in den Handyladen gehen. Dann hatte ich Schlüssel, aber die Wohnu g wurde nicht warm und der Fernseher ging auch nicht. Ich bekam wieder eine neue Wohnung. morgens wurde ich von 3 Männern geweckt, die mit Schlüssel in die Wohnung kamen. Sie waren Bauarbeiter, die den Badboden heraushämmerten. Ohja das haben sie vergessen.. Ich kann noch ne Nacht umsonst bleiben... Beschwerde bei Unterkunft blieb unbeantwortet.. bei booking auch.. telefonisch hat man mir 25euro Gutschein versprochen... die Wohnung steht weiterhin online

We were two friends and only one blanket provided, the owner do not respond to our request. No instruction provided before ariving so we need to call him and for chek out too. Tv do not work properly. The bathroom need renovation because the toilet very old...
- Dr.Phil (8/5): Zweckmäßige Wohnung - zentral gelegen nähe Hauptbahnof - Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt in einer Seitenstraße im hinteren Hofbereich im ersten Stock. U-Bahn ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt - und ideal für Messebesuche (Richtung Langwasser Süd bis Messe). Eine zweckmäßig, eher karg eingerichtete 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit etwas größerer Küche und kleinem Bad. Das Zimmer selber besteht aus einem Bett und einem kleinen Schminktisch mit Hocker davor. Ein Fernseher ist über dem Schrank zwar vorhanden, aber Fernbedienung fehlte. Es gibt ein Cerankochfeld und Ofen sowie auch eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher. Dazu auch noch eine Waschmaschine und einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Bad ist schlauchförmig und eher eng mit einer Dusche und Toilette. Toilettenpapier allerdings 3 lagig - keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsseltresor Leider kein Fön. Schlüssel hakt - so dass man ihn nicht ganz in das Schloss einführen darf, damit er sich überhaupt dreht. kein Extratisch im Wohn-/Schlafbereich - nur ein Schminktisch keine TV-Fernbedienung - kein WLAN (Passwort) - Bad recht eng
