• Sabrina (9/5): Hermoso y muy cómodo departamento muy cerca de los parques - Hermoso departamento cerca del club house. El Resort es muy lindo y completo! Hasta un mini cine! El departamento súper cómodo y completo!!! Utensilios de cocina, cable, toallas para la pileta, todo todo para que la estadía sea buenísima! Lo volveríamos a elegir!!! Lo único que puedo decir es que no pudimos encender la lámpara del comedor y la cama del cuarto principal un poco chica (mi marido mide 1,90mts).
• Sandra (9/5): It was excellent! - Clean, organized. Liked the fact that it was next to the clubhouse and tennis court. Easy access to the pool. The fitness room was excellent, and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting at the little balcony area. The laundry is a big plus👍🏻 The bathrooms didn’t have any hand soap. Drinking glasses were a thin glass, and that’s a risk for easy accidental breakage

• Andrew (10/5): - Great spacious property for a family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed, the kids loved the pool which was close to the property. Great location for Disney and universal. The owner was also very helpful and on hand to answer any questions we had.
• Toronto (10/5): The perfect vacation home without any worries!!! - It was our 2nd year, and we had a lot of fun again. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Contacting the owner was very easy; he sent people immediately to check and fix the issues (We had only a few minor issues). The main room bed was very comfy, so we both slept very well. The gated community had everything: a big pool, a gym, tennis & pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a BBQ area... They even held a Bingo night, which was a lot of fun. We could stay there like we were in our home. We totally recommend this unit to everybody. I can't think of anything.

• Lashanda (4/5): It was ok expected better - It was very quiet and peaceful M More pots and pans to cook with only one pot one pan had to go but some to cook a meal in the chandelier was dusty and had spider webs the floor was dirty could of been mop and swept had to sweep my self one of the bedrooms had ants and the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a tv

• Toronto (10/5): The 5-star accommodation! - This property was perfect for us. The unit was very clean and spacious, with three decent-sized bedrooms featuring real beds. The location is extremely convenient—just 30 steps from the clubhouse, which includes a pool, gym, tiki bar, store, and tennis & pickleball courts. When you open the door, you can see the courts, making it easy to check if they are available—another great convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and all the appliances look very modern. The interior decor is also stylish and well-maintained. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed restful sleep every night. The host was thoughtful and easy to reach whenever we needed to contact him. One thing to note: this resort does not have elevators, so moving a large amount of luggage could be challenging. However, don’t worry—this unit is located on the ground level, and we had no trouble bringing in our belongings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this unit and will definitely return specifically to this one! Thank you very much!

• Sildecarda (9/5): First Disney vacation with my 2 y.o. grandson :) - The host is kind and attentive, something highly appreciated. The apartment looks brand new, it is very nicely decorated and equipped with modern appliances. It is just by the pool and club house, this is a super plus. It takes 15 / 20 minutes to reach the parks, so location is also convenient. Me and my family enjoyed very much our stay at Windsor Palms, would consider coming back and recommending this apartments to our friends and relatives. I would only comment on a couple of minor details that would have made our experience fabulous. We missed our morning coffee and toast at home. Perhaps consider adding a toaster and a basic coffee machine (the coffee machine available looks great, but we could not tell which supplies to buy, so maybe leaving some samples for day 1 would have helped). Having an air extractor fan in the kitchen would indeed be a great addition, to reduce odor and smoke when grilling. Finally, consider having a night light for the three bedrooms (the main bedroom did not have it). These are just really minor comments for our host to really offer the best to future guests.
