• Sandra (7/5): Leider keine 5 Sterne, ansonsten schön- wenn man keine Privatsphäre braucht - Es ist ein schönes Resort, wenn man keine 5 Sterne erwartet. Essen war gut - Atmosphäre grauenhaft. Das Frühstücks Restaurant für die Pool / Suiten ist sehr schön und wird von sehr netten Leuten geführt. Dorf konnte man mit Privatsphäre frühstücken. Die Crepe Bar war toll Keine 5 Sterne. In unserer Welt zählt dieses Resort zu einem 3 - 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Essen war gut. Die Atmosphäre ist fast schlimmer als in einer Schulkantine. Tische stehen dicht aneinander, es ist nur 1 Station vorhanden an der sich alle Hotelgäste bedienen müssen. Bei allen Mahlzeiten für dies sehr schnell zu absolut im Chaos. Unsere Klimaanlage war die ganze Zeit defekt. Auch nach mehrmaligem Fragen wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert. Alle Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten eine Riesen Kakerlake im Badezimmer ( das ist auch ok/ es ist der Süden) Es wurde sich nicht dafür entschuldigt. Trotz Nachfrage wurde das Badezimmer nicht ausgesprüht. Insektenabwehr Die Strand Toilette wurde von uns nicht besucht, da sie voller Kanal Fliegen und Mücken war. Im Kids Club gab es nur freies Spiel, trotz Programm.

• SM (9/5): - Unser Aufenthalt war super, die nähe zum Meer, der Pool, das Restaurant mit Buffet, das Personal, der Fitnessraum, etc. Wir fanden einfach das Essen im Restaurant mit Buffet besser als in den 3 anderen Restaurants. Die 3 abneren Restaurants haben jedoch alle eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer, am Abend mit super Sonnenuntergängen. Wenig Fernsehkanäle.

• Anastasia (7/5): - The hotel was nice overall. The heated pool was a big plus, especially since it was quite cold outside. The food was good, but nothing special—there wasn’t a wide variety, and some dishes were already gone before most people arrived. Considering it wasn’t peak season and the hotel wasn’t very busy, this was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, not all bars were open, and there was no entertainment offered. The kids’ club was very poorly organized, with no real activities, and it closed at 4:00 PM, which is quite unusual. I wouldn’t recommend coming here with children. What we really didn’t like was the spa. The hotel is supposed to be a spa resort, yet they charge €20 per person for just one hour of access to the indoor pool. I’ve never seen such high prices for simply using a swimming pool. On top of that, the sauna (€25) and other facilities come at an additional cost. It’s a very disappointing approach.

• Izabella (10/5): Jeden z najlepszych hoteli na Krecie, do którego chętnie się wraca. - Pyszne wszystkie posiłki. Bardzo duży wybór dań kuchni śródziemnomorskiej i międzynarodowej. Wystrój restauracji, nieskazitelna czystość, miła, uśmiechnięta obsługa całego personelu. Fantastyczny widok na zatokę, ładna plaża, która w części jest idealna do pływania z rurką ze względu na interesującą rafę koralową i bogatą faunę. Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.

• Teodor (10/5): Little paradise didn’t disappointed at all !!! - We had a really nice and enjoyable holiday with our 2 yrs old, very clean and spacious rooms; we had one with a jacuzzi on the balcony, really nice addition and strongly recomended. Very attentive staff starting with the reception and going all the way down to the restaurant. Good food diversified every now and then but generally speaking good and tasteful; the resort has a small place designed for the little ones to have some fun(that was a good place to spend a bit of time with the little one before bed). Overall good experience and frankly we’re looking forward to get back as it was quite enjoyable and pleasent therefore we can only recommend this resort as it was a little paradise for us. We had 2 small incidents with the staff on the beach bar but things been solved quickly and professionaly by the reception; no biggie for us.

• Ribone (10/5): Exceptionally good, I recommend it to anyone looking for value for money. - The hotel has a private beach that is well equipped with sun loungers. Snack kiosk and the mini bar make it all perfect. The beauty and facilities at the pool are amazing as well. Visited the hotel in October, facilities were enough to cater for everyone. The room was perfectly big and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were well coordinated and had variety with hard working staff. Absolutely nothing.

Lo staff è eccellente, sempre sorridente e gentile. La camera impeccabile sotto il punto di vista della pulizia, la spiaggia è piccolina, ma con sufficienti lettini per tutti, la piscina principale è bellissima con la sua forma a pesce ed altrettanti sdraio. Bar ovunque, una splendida creperia/gelateria, cibo buono e delizioso ed intrattenimento alla sera. Che volere di più? Nulla

• Sofya (8/5): Хороший отдых для семей с детьми, особенно за свои деньги. Есть все необходимое и даже чуть больше. Написала много нюанс - Быстрая обратная связь с отелем. По просьбе оставили холодный ужин из-за позднего прибытия. Чистые номера - уборка каждый день, обновляли полотенца, наборы для принятия душа. Номер достаточно хорошего размера - семья из 4 человек. Уютный балкон со специальным приспособлением для сушки одежды после купания. Собственный пляж с удобным входом в море, песок из мелких мелких камней. Расположен в бухте, но все равно в ветреную погоду есть небольшая волна (не мешала купаться в море). Достаточно быстро становится глубоко. В бассейне чистая и достаточно теплая вода, работает до 19 вечера. Рестораны “a la cart” весьма достойные, особенно понравился греческий. В общем ресторане вкусна по домашнему еда, достаточный ассортимент, чтобы подобрать себе и детям по вкусу. В отеле отдыхает очень приличная публика- и родители, и дети. Отличное покрытие вай фай на всей территории отеля. Кровать не двуспальная, а две одноместные, сдвинутые вместе, - постоянно разъезжаются, и образуется дырка. Не предусмотрены одноразовые наборы (щетка, паста, шапочки для душа, крем для тела). На пляже и у бассейна не просто найти свободный лежак после 9 утра. Люди занимают лежаки (кладут полотенца) и уходят на весь день. Отсутствует возможность самостоятельно заменить пляжное полотенце - надо просить у уборщиков поменять на чистое во время уборки номеров или же сушить. Отсутствие спасателей на пляже и у бассейна. Весьма странные, хоть и бесплатные, алкогольные коктейли - так и не поняла, что не так с алкоголем. Очень странный спа-центр- на мой взгляд, достаточно не дешевый, но в то же время есть путаница с предоставлением услуг. Заказываешь одно, вроде оплачиваешь, а получаешь другое. Может быть, мне просто не повезло- видела очень довольных клиентов. Еда вкусная, но не ищите изысков. Ограниченное меню. Не сказала бы, что богатый ассортимент. В «час пик» в столовой очень страдает обслуживание- сервис. ОЧЕНЬ ОЧЕНЬ жарко в общей столовой - помещение не закрыто, выходит к бассейну. Кондиционера и вентиляторов не хватает, чтобы охладить воздух. «Детские аниматоры» (если их так можно называть) выполняли свою функцию с явной неохотой. Это было смешно)

Кожен день має «програму» розваг для дітей, але за 7 днів відпочинку нічого з програми не було проведено.

• Gabriele (9/5): Soggiorno stupendo a San Niccolò - Un resort pregevole in un anfratto dell'isola stupendo. Vista incantevole, mare cristallino, servizi al top e personale ultra gentile e qualificato. Cucina varia e completa, ottime pietanze così come i cocktail nei bar. Stanze bellissime, spaziose, silenziose e fresche. Unica nota stonata, ma davvero l'unica, è la corsa mattutina per accaparrarsi i lettini in piscina o in spiaggia. Purtroppo non sono sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti e bisogna svegliarsi presto per occuparli con il telo mare. Peccato, si potrebbe garantire un posto per ogni stanza.
• Ricardo Reis (9/5): Tranquila, relaxante o com um staff incrível. - Ficámos muito satisfeitos com o Hotel e todas as facilidades. O Staff é muito prestável e simpático. O que mais nos surpreendeu foi a alimentação. O Buffet e os restaurantes à La Carte são muito bons e com bastante variedade. Talvez os cocktails pudessem ser melhores, mas são francamente bons.
• marianna (6/5): - Il mare è molto bello, la spiaggia con le piattaforme comoda Ristrutturata a pezzi, anche nelle camere alcune cose sono vecchie. Aree comuni e ascensori vecchi e tristi. Pulizia media. Nella nostra doccia non c era acqua calda ma solo tiepida e non sono stati in grado di risolvere né ci hanno offerto un cambio camera, l ultima sera era addirittura fredda. Cibo non cattivo ma buffet troppo piccolo per la quantità di persone.

It seems that the fan in our room can be controlled by our neighbour's remote. So the fan sometimes "automatically" starts and shuts off, which can be annoying in the night. The staff fixed the issue very quickly though.
• Fares (7/5): A 3-star resort at max. (Beach is the only plus for the hotel) - Spacious room. Nice beach. Nice view Jet ski (expensive though) Room was not clean (first day we walked in plenty of ants in the rooms, we changed the room then the next room we found hair in our beds and sofa). Hotel requires maintenance. Bad AC if you like cold room. Hygiene is not up to a 5-star standard (3 stars at max) Food is below average and the gourmet restaurants are worse than the buffet Glasses and spoons are always dirty and smells like rotten eggs. Limited activities almost nothing for teens. Limited sunbeds by the pool. Limited drink options for both adults and teenagers. Small resort.

The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It was equipped with all the main facilities one might need, including reliable Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The food at the hotel was truly delicious. There was a diverse menu offering a variety of options, all prepared with fresh ingredients. Breakfasts were particularly enjoyable, with plenty of choices to start the day right. The hotel features several nice bars that offer a great selection of drinks and a relaxed ambiance, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The beach area was well-maintained, providing comfortable sun loungers and attentive service, making for a perfect day by the sea. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure every guest felt welcome and well-cared for. The hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, quality dining, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities. • James (10/5): Would stay again, worth every single penny. - Great room, heated private pool, room facilities were modern and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Everything was exceptionally maintained. Ya Mas breakfast fantastic, as was the buffet breakfast. Buffet restaurant had a great selection and great variation/themes on different nights. Resorts own A la carte restaurants, extremely limited menu and not really authentic. Fine dining experience didn't cut it. When I didn't do the all inclusive buffet, I preferred to visit many of the local restaurants that were actually fantastic. (Short drive mostly, some in walking distance)
• Kathy (10/5): With our coming all the way from Hawaii, it was a nice treat and a great price compared to our Hawaii Beach resorts. But - Was very clean. With a great surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a private pool, and just off the front lobby. So close to everything and did not have to get into a small elevator each time coming and going from the room! Maybe the crowd at the buffet for the All inclusive at dinner. One had to be a little aggressive to get the food. Some of the Europeans can be a little pushy. But the front Beach Bar was very cute, and the loungers at the shore were good, nice small swimming area. It was great to grab a burger or slice of pizza. I think all of the Staff were nice, in all areas.

• Aner (9/5): Really nice but could be bit better - Staff were really nice, room was spacious. Food was great in main restaurant. Creperie was excellent. Couple of things should be better in 5 star hotel. For example our toilet seat was all scratched and should have been replaced probably couple of years ago. Sound isolation is really bad. We could hear children running through the hall, their parents calling them, etc. even if somebody is simply talking in the hall you can hear everything. That was really awful and every morning something would wake us up. The beach could have couple of more sun-beds as everything was full two days and we could not find a spot.
• Marjolein (10/5): Wonderful hotel to spend a holiday. - Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Very clean with a large walk-in double rainshower. We had a large patio with a beautiful view of the sea. Great pool with bar area and a nice private beach for the hotel guests. The variety of food served at the restaurant is excellent and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated about 10 km from Agios Nikolaos. Taxis are easy to arrange and not expensive. Only suggestion is to decorate the hallways more. Now the look is a bit sterile.
• Moshe. (5/5): Passable - This is not a five star hotel. The food was excellent and the selection very wide. But: 1. It is not possible to take a shower in the shower because the stability of the water (between cold and hot) was impossible when every 10 seconds the water changed from very hot to very cold without any reason. 2. The shower cubicle is crowded and there is no place to put clean clothes. To get dressed after showering, you have to go to the bedroom. 3. There is no tissue in the room. We had to go out and buy it ourselves. 4. To enter the bathroom you have to maneuver. A large or fat person will not be able to enter the toilet. 5. The coffee machine did not work. Instead of perforating the capsules it crushed them so that coffee could not be made in the machine.
• Ariel (10/5): excellent resort very recommended - excellent resort, well located, with a good pool and private beach. food was great. staff very friendly. we were upgraded to a room with a pool, which was a lovely and large enough room. the all inclusive package provided good alcohol and cocktails and the special crepe and waffle spot is a very good idea! we enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the hotel! i would suggest adding a box of tissues in the room.
• Kerry (10/5): Beautiful Place amazing holiday in Crete . - We had a lovely swim up Room . Views were amazing . Buffet a bit boring didn’t really eat much . But ate out quite a lot in local restaurants . More variety would be good for the money spent . Drinks also would be nice for better choices .
• Charlotte (7/5): Family friendly hotel - safe bet but no wow factor - Family friendly hotel with beautiful ocean views. Decor of the room was chic and modern and the gym was well fitted with good equipment and trainer on site. On food despite it being a buffet, the food was always fresh and varied and there was a good range of drinks within the all inclusive package. All outdoor pools are saltwater, without any chlorine options other than the indoor pool. The staff were nice and friendly but not excellent & the children’s entertainers were very low energy. When it came to dining, the setting was very chaotic as the design of the main dining area squeezes the buffet into one corner. Beyond this, whilst the staff were attentive to ensure you quickly received a first round of drinks orders, it was also sometimes very slow for any further drinks orders at the table. Location wise was very pretty and beautiful sunrise views directly on the ocean however it was not walkable to any small towns or life outside of the hotel resort meaning you did not explore as much as you would have if the hotel had been closer to life beyond the resort walls.

• Alexandra (8/5): Overall an ok experience, I would rate it an 8 minus. We enjoyed our time but probably would try another place next time - The property was ok overall, the food was quite good compared to similar resorts we’ve been to, but with fewer dishes to choose from. Nonetheless, a good compromise. It had a small playground for kids, although not very well maintained. Most of the staff were nice and attentive, but not all. The in-room cleaning was not really good, the included hot tub was quite worn down and the bed was short. Drinks at the bar were some of the cheapest possible.

• Azmie (9/5): great. - the hotel was great, the room was spacious and clean, the beach was wonderful. the staff were very nice and helpful. the overall experience was great. the food in the a la carte restaurants did not meet minimal standards. food at the hotel dining room was much better. no reason at all to take the trouble to reserve in advance in order to dine at the a la carte restaurants.
• Lisa (8/5): Gorgeous hotel stunning location fabulous staff - The hotel was spotless and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was stunning. The restaurants were good with nice selection of wines to buy by the bottle at reasonable prices. Water sports down at the beach were great fun for the teenagers. The buffet wasn’t great, cocktails could be better.
• Sonia (9/5): Beautiful hotel in a stunning location with very friendly and helpful staff. - Very good selection of your typical and traditional Greek breakfast options. They had both thyme and flower honey which was a real treat. All other meals had such a wide selection of good quality foods that we were always able to choose enjoyable, healthy options. The location was beautiful. Crystal clear water, a great beach bar and plenty of loungers. The hotel was stunning and they even infuse the air with an incredible sent! The stand out for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of every single member of staff which made our stay very special. The black out curtains didn’t really block out the light. The sofa bed is quite a small single. For breakfast, it would have been nice to have freshly baked bougatsa rather than frozen.
• Patrick (6/5): Location great, Food disappointing - Location is great, staff is nice! Also clean everywhere. The food is very disappointing!!!! Mexican evening twice a week? That is not why we come to greece. Food at beach Snackbar is very disappointing! A la carte restaurants are not worth. You can feel that the whole concept is opting for Profit maximization. All inclusive wine was like vinegar and the beer is well... We were disappointed.

• Maria (8/5): Good but not 5 star. - Very good breakfast. The italiàn rearaurant Marino al Mare excellent, especially the waitress. The chairs in the main restaurant were overed by oily spots. The water on the restaurant's floor the evening rain was not removed for breakfast. The room was not up to a 5 star hotel level.
• Paylun (7/5): Good - The location and facilities We booked bed and breakfast at this hotel for 1 week. I believe the staff is used to all inclusive clients. They did not recognize our wrist bands and every day we had to explain we are also guests in the hotel, it was very annoying. We also had a massage at the SPA. My face massage was simply applying cream to my face. It was very expensive so think again before you book a massage. Finally, the room was very spacious and nicely decorated. However when we first checked in the room, i found hair on the pillow which is really unpleasant.

A small word - if using sofa bed, carry a portable fan (that can easily fit in a handbag) as the surrounding area may become a bit hot. All inclusive not fit for vegetarians or for those with dietary restrictions. Most dishes were of beef.

Serviced every day. Beach towels. A bottle of wine on arrival and fruit plate. Little bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash. Even a restaurant bar at the beach, no complaints. Fantastic views to beach from your room. Elevator straight to beach All good. No complaints
